My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the job that Ruben and his team at All Time Plumbing did for us. He was on time, clean and very respectful to our needs. Upon his arrival, he went through the whole process with us and suggested a complete pipe refit for our aged gas lines. He was able to get us back up and running so quickly, which was a blessing since the utility company shut off our gas! The only hold up was waiting for the city to come inspect the work. After that, we discovered that our water heater needed a replacement. Rather than push us down the road, Ruben was able to get us a new water heater installed the very next day! We are enjoying taking hot showers and cooking again! Thank you All Time Plumbing! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

We were experiencing very low water pressure throughout our house, and we also needed our tub faucet handles rebuilt because they were falling apart and the screws were stripped. Ruben came next day and was able to troubleshoot and fix our issues very quickly. What a relief to find a professional who knows what he’s doing, explains it well, and charges a fair price for excellent work! This is our go-to plumber now, would highly recommend.

Mr. Reyes and his son arrived on time and communicated prior to arrival their ETA. Having a busy work schedule they accommodated my varying work hours on short notice and with true professionalism. I found them based on google and decided to use their services based off reviews only. However, I am glad I did as their pricing is straight to the point and standard for the type of job with work hours already in there. I asked them to come out for a general house inspection of work to be done and have called them back THREE times after that. If there is one thing that I can say about this team is that there is no need to look any further for a family orientated, respectful, set of subject matter experts. I am glad to have called them and am glad that whenever I do for future work, my home is in good hands. Thank you guys for all that you do!!!

All-Time Plumbing did an great job replacing the air gap and drain hose from my dishwasher to the disposal/sink. Water was rushing out of the air gap every time the dishwasher drained. Im so glad I called them; the kitchen sink stink is gone! All-Time Plumbing arrived on time; they were very cordial; they had everything they needed to get the job done in their truck; and they fixed it quickly. They are not cheap ($301 for this job) but they have a fair pricing sheet and gave me a clear quote of the cost upfront. They are trained professionals. I would use them again.

Ruben came out to give a quote to replace my water heater. I had purchased a fancy heat pump model, and he looked into the special requirements for it before showing up to install. He also tested my existing plumbing and found my regulator wasnt working (I had suspected that was the case, but didnt bring up). While I spent more than I initially planned, he made sure the job was done right and it looks a lot better than the previous installation was (before I bought the house) and to code.

We contacted them late at night and they were extremely responsive. It wasnt an emergency but they sent Ruben out early the next day. Ruben was very transparent about his work and made sure to show me and explain exactly what was wrong. After diagnosing the problems he clearly laid out the different repair options and pricing. It was obvious he made an effort to problem-solve our specific situation in order to come up with the best and least expensive solution. He had been upfront about possibly having to open up a wall and us having to source a new faucet ourselves because they were expensive custom fixtures, but then he was able to salvage the part we already had and did the repair without opening the wall. He put in the extra effort to make it the best case scenario for us. He did extremely high-quality work and we will absolutely use All Time Plumbing again for any plumbing issues in the future.

They were professional in appearance and demeanor and flushed and descaled my tankless water heater in the time they estimated and cleaned all the space around the water heater area when finished, leaving it as clean and neat as they found it. I recommended them to several neighbors who also utilized them, and they were all pleased with the performance and the cost (about 60% of what other plumbers quoted.)

Ruben replumbed 2 bathrooms between the upper and lower level in my home. This allowed me to remove a chase in the ceiling below. I had been told there was no way to fix the problem from several other plumbers. Ruben took the time and effort to research with other plumbers and suppliers to solve the problem. He also put a new sink in my kitchen and in doing so fixed a problem I had been having since I bought my home. The old sink would back up at least once a year. Ruben changed the size of the plumbing pipe and I can now use my disposal again with no fear. Ruben was very prompted and respectful of my home. Before he started work, my floors and carpet were protected. When he finished everything was cleaned up and moved out of the house into the trash can. I will call Ruben again if I ever need any plumbing work done.

OMGOSH! I’ve been battling gnats for a year paying for pest control monthly with only minimal results. I called All Time Plumbing and Ruben was able to remedy the drain gnats by power washing the drains, he used a camera and showed me where the problem was coming from...
