    David M. is always amazing. He helped me two years ago when I had a back-up in my laundry room. This year he helped me when I had a leak (which turned out to be from irrigation system). We talked about replacing the main water line (which was in desperate need of being replaced) and getting two new toilets. Not only is the work done amazing, David is so personable and friendly. I really feel connected with him and safe. I couldnt ask for a better experience.

    The technician, Miguel Rodriguez, was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, organized, and detail oriented. The technician also discussed all options possible from adding parts to existing water heater and buying a new water heater since mine was a 2008. Miguel encouraged me to read over all variables with cost so to make an informed decision without pressuring me in any direction. The technician was on time, mindful of neighbors, and cleaned the work area before departure. Miguel also showed me the work done while explaining each aspect/part implemented for the job, and did not leave the job until he confirmed that I had hot water expelled from each faucet including shower. The company was very helpful as well by getting someone out to me the same day, and back to do the job two days later working around my schedule. The pricing is within range of other contractors, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience start to finish as well as the finished project including it being esthetically pleasing. Much gratitude to all.

    What a phenomenal experience!! David was our rep and he was AMAZING with my older parents (who had a million questions). He did research to find us the best filter at a fair price… installed it flawlessly and even helped my parents understand yep to use/replace the filters. He was so patient and Mr. Rooter is lucky to have David on the team. Will definitely be calling him back for all our plumbing needs!!! So excited to have a new faucet, new water filter, and my parents house in better shape. Thanks David!

    This is the first time I’ve left a customer review for David. He’s repaired clogged lines at my house twice. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the condition of the pipes. Each time he’s come out the service has been great and the plumbing is working again. Because the pipes in the house are so old he gave me a brief history of what could happen in the future if these pipes are not repaired. He showed me Footage of a camera down the pipes which helped me visually understand the damage that the pipes are under.

    Mr Rooter assigned David Magnuson to deal with my issues. Water was in all the heating ducts throughout my home and the crawl space under the house was filled with water. David helped us rent a pump and 100’ of hose. He picked up the pump and hoses from the rental company and set up the pump and hoses. He explained what to look for so the pump would not burn out. I was astonished by the water intrusion and very upset. David explained next steps. I am so grateful to David. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I cannot have higher praise for Mr Rooter. From our initial conversation with Elsie, who was professional and informative to the best service I have ever experienced from David.

    Mr. Rooter technician, Kavan, arrived on schedule, along with a trainee. Both were very pleasant, professional, and explained the problems to me as they were discovered. They were able to do a large part of the work in one day, but found an additional problem so Kavan set up a day next week to complete the work. Kavan wasvery clear about the charges before beginning each stage of the repairs. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter, and hopefully get Kavan, if another problem arises in the future.

    My sump pump stopped working and my crawl space was full of water. It was maybe 3 ft.deep. The technician came in just a few hours. He was polite, friendly, and very efficient as he pumped some of the water out and then got the sump pump working again. The pump then ran from 5 pm until 9 am the next day. I’ll use Mr. rooter again!

    Kavan was fantastic. Promptly replaced a leaking toilet and fixed a second toilet with a simple fix. I highly recommend this company, and especially Kavan for anyone who might have difficulty with workers coming into their home. As a survivor of a neurologic injury it can be difficult to have people work in my home- he made it accessible to me. Very grateful.

    The service was so wonderful.We had Garbage Disposer trouble and Aji came to help us.He came to the house on time and quickly resolved the issue.Also, we were so impressed that he used shoes cover when come into the house to avoid dirt from outside.Really great service.

    Leak repair was scheduled for September 29, my birthday. When I arrived at 1290 Beto and crew had already daylighted the line. He showed me my leak and a slight leak in the other building, different owners, on the same lot. I contacted that owner and she agreed to have MrRooter fix her leak. Technician Chris showed me the first repair and the slight loop to allow flexibility. My next concern was with possible friction between the two couplings on each line. Chris explained lattering of the couplings. I ran out for lunch and as soon as I got back Chris said backfill was ready and please inspect the work. Both lines were repaired and couplings positioned to eliminate friction on the other line. I was impressed with the amount of sand used during backfill.I checked my smart meter for the following three days and the is zero usage/leakage when the building is unoccupied. I am 100% satisfied with the quality and professionalism that Beto and crew exhibited. MrRooter made my birthday a happy one. Thanks guys.

    Mr. Rooter is 5 stars plus! Before arriving Kavan, the technician, sent a text with his photo and time of arrival. When he arrived, I already knew who he was. Nice security detail. While snaking out the sink, he came across another problem, and arranged to get that taken care of as well. Both Kavan and “Mr. Rooter” were highly professional.     The scariest part of my Halloween this year was to have a backed-up toilet that was close to overflowing. Having just had hip surgery, I did not have the physical ability to try to plunge it myself, so I called Mr. Rooter of Santa Rosa even though I was dreading the cost of an after-hours service call.The dispatcher was courteous and efficient. He promised someone would be there within the hour and lived up to that promise.This is long overdue but wanted to give a shout out to the amazing and kind plumbing professional who arrived to help me, Adem Taka.Adem was able to clear the clog by plunging – avoiding any need to pull the toilet up. He cleaned up the mess I had made trying to deal with the clog myself and brought everything out to my trash barrel. And not only did he not charge me, but he also wouldn’t even take any gratuity. Just said he was happy to help me. Thank you Adem, and thank you Mr. Rooter!

    We called Mr Rooter about a water break in our community as well as an issue with an improperly installed sewer cutoff. Mr. Rooter came out within a couple of hours to check out both issues and gave us an estimate. They were originally going to start the jobs four days later but where thankfully able to clear up their schedule and came out the next morning, first thing, to repair the water break. They were also able to get another technician out to rectify the sewer issue and replace the utility slab. Through it all, Gerry Suarez, the training Manager, stayed on top of the job and kept in contact with us to let us know what was happening when. After the jobs were completed, the water break area had to dry up for a few days before it could be filled in. Mr Rooter let us know when they were going to wrap up the clean up and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them for plumbing needs. Thank you Mr. Rooter for a job done over and above!!!!

    I would like to include not only Vinson, the service tech, but Ashley as well in my review.I was impressed by Ashley for being honest and totally transparent about my options. She was more concerned that I receive the service I need than she was just to make a sale. In my experience that’s a quality many businesses don’t possess. That, in and off itself, is what will encourage me to do business with you in the future.I found the tech, Vinson, to be very personable and knowledgable. I failed to add the reason for calling in the first place, which was because I didn’t know where the water supply valve was for my fridge’s ice cube maker. My intention was to retire my portable ice cube maker.Vinson discovered the water line valve was placed under the house. When he mentioned the cost for accessing the valve was $400 I had to decline. Surprisingly, he offered to look in the crawl space to see if he could locate it. Unfortunately, it was not visible. The fact that he offered to do that was another big factor in deciding to seek your services in the future, should the need arise.It’s my hope you truly appreciate and acknowledge the efforts of these two employees as much as I do.I may be only 5’1”, but I have no idea how to do a short review, as you can see.

    Gerry of Mr. Rooter couldnt have done a better job in our minds. We contacted him on a Friday afternoon. His communication skills are top notch. He sent a pic of himself along with the appt. confirmation. This helped as this is a rental property and we werent present for this work but we could let our tenants know so that they would recognize him. He showed up to the scene of the pump issue on Saturday morning at 9am. This is lightening speed! The company that had just installed the pump offered only an appt that was a week away which wasnt going to do so we called another plumber and we chose Mr. Rooter. Gerry diagnosed the issue, took his time to get this dealt with correctly as to ensure the lack of issues later. He got our permission to proceed, it took two days and he accomplished the tasks with due diligence. He took pics, took the time to write out a detailed summary on the invoice. He answered our many questions with such patience, personal touch and professionalism. We have multiple houses on the same property and he is now our go to plumber for any plumber related issues that may arise. Gerry couldnt improve on any aspect of this job as far as we are concerned. It wasnt cheap but cheap isnt the way to go as you get what you pay for and we werent dinged for the work that was done on a weekend day which was a nice surprise. Gerry was smart about the way he divided out the job over a two day span and compassionate when it came to the charges. We had a question from our former plumber whom we had contacted initially and Gerry handled that with thoroughness and didnt waver to the invoice billing question at all. He was direct and never gave us any reason to not trust his judgment. The initial plumber even commented to us about his integrity. Gerry is the best plumber weve ever come across and we have had many over the years with rental properties in two states. You must be proud to have a guy of this caliber on your team, we are glad that he was on our team for getting this dealt with in an expedient and professional manner. He also has such a nice personal side that made us feel so comfortable with him. Gerry deserves a raise as he cant be beat in our humble opinion! Thank you Gerry!     I’ve used Mr. Rooter for years now. Often I need from small to large plumbing jobs for my rentals and our own homes. They have come thru every time.Recently I had David Magnuson do a small job for me. This is the second time he’s been my service technician. He was prompt, friendly, explained everything he had to do in a very simple way so that I knew exactly what was going on. He even gave me a couple of options to choose from. He did a professional job in a timely manner. David is an asset to his company.I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with any kind of plumbing problem.     I had many jobs for Sal, all plumbing related. After new countertops, he re-hooked up my sink, the button for a new garbage disposal, an air gap, the disposal itself, and reconnected my dishwasher. There was a problem with the disposal so i had to run out and buy another brand that was more user friendly. Sol and another plumber worked for hours on that first disposal. Sol put in a full day, and then returned the next day for the second disposal install. He never complained about how long it was taking, and was very thorough. I really appreciated his coming back so soon to finish up the job. I trust his work and Im fully functional.

    On July 3, 2023, we had hired a plumber to fix a domestic water leak in our complex. He worked on the leak for 45 min, said he couldnt find the leak and left. This left us scrambling to find another plumber. Mr Rooter was recommended and they were called. They said that they would respond by 6pm, showed up at 5:20 pm and got to work. They werent able to complete the repair due to the lack of the proper parts, which isnt uncommon. He tried to do a temporary fix so that 23 residents could have water through the night, but the fix wouldnt hold. He returned on the July4th holiday at 8am and had the leak repaired and the water back on by 12:30pm. Alex Suarez, the service rep from Mr Rooter did an excellent job and kept us informed of his progress every step of the way. He was personable, professional and confident in his skills to get the job done. I wished we had started off with him as his efforts were truly above and beyond to make sure we got the service we expected. To top it off, he did it with a smile that reassured us. I would recommend Mr Rooter to anyone looking for exemplary service and follow- through.     Christian was amazing!I call Mr. Rooter on a Friday night after 9pm and they sent Christian out - he was technically off shift, but came anyways to turn off the water to the house so the leak wouldnt cause more damage overnight, before we were able to get an appointment. I was then able to call back in the morning, and get an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Christian worked tirelessly on cutting into the exterior of my house (concrete and stucco), and was able to replace the damaged pipe as well as install a new operational water shut off. Christian was extremely helpful in explaining all of the work he did, kind, and had excellent customer service skills. He deserves major recognition in my book. Thank you Christian and Mr. Rooter!! I had asked for an estimate for a large job and I understood later that a camera inspection was necessary in order to offer an estimate in the first place. But this was not made clear to me over the phone, which I would have appreciated. When the receptionist called to confirm the appointment for the estimate, she asked if we needed our drain cleaned at the same time. I said no and so figured that this wouldnt be a service call. In the end, I would say that this is only a small criticism, but that they should say on the phone that there will likely be some service charge for any kind of visit.

They completed the job in 5-6 hours, amazingly fast!They also tested the water line and house pipes/flow to ensure the meter wheel was no longer moving. And it wasnt!!!!     Once PG&E determined that the gas leak problem was on my side of the meter.. they scattered like rats.. leaving me to get the leak repaired. I called Mr. Rooter and they had Andrew at my house in under an hour. It was a bit complicated but he found where the leak was and replaced the bad section of pipe that was between the wall and under the floor. Andrew was Professional, friendly and kept me apprised of what was happening. A bad gas leak is not a great start to a day but Mr. Rooter and Andrew had us back together by that afternoon .

    Kevan was great. Efficient, professional, and kept everything clean and tidy. He identified the issue with the clogged pipe, gave an estimate, and performed the work in one visit. I only have one bathroom so having it down for any length of time no matter how short is an ordeal. Kevan explained the problem, showed me a disturbing video of my drain pipe (think colonoscopy of a 56 yo man whose idea of fiber is eating the crust on his daily pastrami sandwich), and then gave me my options. I went with the basic fix for now and will go over the bid for a hydro clean (think colonic for your house) at a later time.I feel much better having their number in my contacts. (That’s a Rolodex for the older folk.)

    You couldnt ask for more. Being an emergency plumbing issue. (two back to back tubs backing up) Polite, pleasant and clear speaking receptionist to take the call. The immediate attention with the service person to make contact, give the estimated time of arrival and be within the estimated time of arrival. Quickly analyzed the problem and clean out the line and good to go. One little draw back on spending time and not having the right tools to open a 3 cast iron plug that was time welded. Then he went to check the tub. I think he should have checked the tub first and come to the conclusion it was just the tubs and not the 3 line. Either way, being a Sunday night, He was prompt and courteous and concerned to do a great job. In which he did. The young man is a good asset to have on your team. $ 350.00 for less than an hour. OUCH but hey its Sunday night right. Ill recommend Mr Rooter to others for emergencies, that is for sure. The one price to fix. No Weekend rip off rate. Thank you, Randy
