    Excellent company and service, i have used affordable air here at the beach for over a decade and they always come through and solve the problem. Great people, great service, fair pricing, …….My experience recently, a 98 degree day, air not working all night, came next morning after an online request for service, attempted fix which worked for few hours, then system quit again, but like an MVP Chris the tech came back for a second time and solved the problem, air working… mom cool, so life good….. Thank you Chris and Tracie, Jonathan, and team at Affordable Air for good communication, and seeing the problem solved…. I continue to be a fan, and special shout out to your tech Chris He is an MVP….     Affordable air is the one to call!!! They have put in a new A/C unit for me and recently replaced my HVAC ducts after a leak happened! Shoutout to Jamie for always being a phone call away/coming to the rescue and shoutout to the best general manager, RAE!

    I have called Affordable Air on several occasions to respond to the vacation rental properties I manage. They are by far the most professional, courteous, and reasonably priced company Ive dealt with. They have been able to handle all of my emergency calls, also. They are fantastic people that want to help in any way they can. This is the only company I call when I need help now. Thank you guys for being amazing!

    We had 6 different companies come out to fix our issue! None of them fixed anything, some made it worse even, but Affordable Air was able to get our heat working again! Corey was amazing! Professional and friendly, and took the time to figure out our unique system. So happy with them!

    I called Affordable Air when my blower fan was running 24/7. They had Jaime out later that same afternoon. He diagnosed that problem. And within 30 minutes he told me he had to order a fan blower relay and it would be in in a couple of days. Two days later Jaime came, replaced relay, voila, problem solved. Affordable Air could not have done a better job. They did such an excellent job that I had them replace the other A/C system. That was older technology and needed an update. Super Happy!!

    I highly recommend the Affordable Air team! The techs are knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy to get the job completed in an urgent, yet professional manner. Sam and Dannielle are always a pleasure to speak with on the phone! They are passionate about their profession and my go-to choice when the rental condos I manage have issues to address!!

    Reliable, skilled, friendly and reasonably priced. With six rentals and a 50+year old home, I call them a lot more than I would like to, and they are always wonderful. I have never before written a review, but they deserve the best. I’d give them six stars.

    When it comes to AC service there are many; esp in Florida. HOWEVER when it comes to service, I have to say that Affordable Air went above and beyond the call of duty when the AC stopped working one hot summer night with a 3 month old baby! They came after hours and delivered exceptional service at a more than reasonable rate. Customer for life! Thank you Affordable Air!

    Very professional and fast!!!! AC went out on a Sunday evening in the middle of summer and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes. They were even nice enough to bring portable AC units for us to use in case they had to order a part. They were a lifesaver and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

    These folks are awesome! As a rental manger i have delt with many companies out of necessity and nobody is as honest and reliable as BROWNS. I worked with the dad for years and now he has retired and his son is just as honest and dependable! Dont go anywhere else!

    Good plumbers and HVAC. I have used several times for personal projects and via referral. They provide timely HVAC service and clean coils and diagnose. Service does not end up being a sales call. I like that Im not sold up and they repair. Of course, the will also install new. But that is not the primary mission.

    Residential assistance. Timely and efficient. The source of the problem wasnt clear, so he took the time to explain what he was doing, how he planned to fix the issue, and even went as far as to check if parts were still under warranty. Never felt he was trying to rush through the appointment. Very patient and hospitable. Would recommend and call them back for any A/C issues.
