Hassan is a patient, honest guy. He came out to discuss a potential leak and after several minutes, it became apparent that the most reasonable thing to do at this time was NOT use any of his services--a conclusion he agreed with. However, even though he knew he wasnt going to make any money, he never rushed the conversation, spent plenty of time with us, and made doubly sure that we didnt have any remaining questions before he left. Definitely a solid guy and someone Id call back the next time I need plumbing services; highly recommended!

Great experience working with Hasan of Nova Plumbing. He did great work installing sewer cleanouts and repairing and replacing the kitchen sink plumbing and house shut off valve and piping. But most importantly, he was patient working with the homeowners schedule and spending time scheduling and waiting on the city to do their part at the meter box. No other company would have done this. And he was so nice throughout the visits. I highly recommend Nova Plumbing.

We used Nova Plumbing for the leak at bottom of our toilet. Hassan came and confirmed the leak for more than 1 toilet. He was able to fix all the leaks and even went got the missing part and get it all done same day. He is very good, we are happy with his work. Reliable professional and got the job done right.

Its a great experience working with Nova Plumbing. Hasan is very capable and very professional. His intelligence and courtesy sets him apart from other plumbers Ive used in the past. He technically did more work than we agreed upon. After capping a gas line. He removed the old and abandoned gas line, shutoff valves and pipe going into the fireplace box free of charge. This allowed room for wire to be run for our electric fireplace conversion. I would recommend his services.

Contacted Nova Plumbing about a garbage disposal replacement in the morning. Hassan showed up in the afternoon despite having a loaded day.He showed up promptly. Diagnosed the situation, politely let me know that he will try to un-jam the disposal before going with the replacement. We did end up having to replace it but what I love about the entire experience is that Hassan was not only patient but he takes the time to think for the customers first and not the dollar sign.He was done with everything quick, swift, and professional. To top it off, it was THE best price that I’ve gotten from all the inquiries I’ve sent. Cannot recommend Nova Plumbing enough to anyone looking for any plumbing related work. Easily 5 stars.

I hardly write online. However, I am tempted to leave this review about Nova Plumbing.We had leaking situation under the sink, and Hasan was the only plumber who answered my call directly. Calls to others were met with receptionists who tried to schedule plumber’s visits at some other day.Since I could explain our problem to an actual plumber and he could come to our home in matter of hours, I arranged his service.Once he arrived at our home, I found out he is intelligent and very sincere professional. He is not part of some big company, He looks like an expert who is trying to build up his own reputation and business.He provided a clean job on our disposal replacement and went further to answer clearly and solve our other plumbing issues without extra charge.I wish best of luck to Hasan and his company.
