Christmas morning, my shower hot water would not turn off, I called Orange Coast Plumbing and received call back from Jeff and guided me to shut off hot water and scheduled service next morning. David G. and Josh (JJ), did a great job with replacing water main valve, and 2 shower valves despite the major challenges that arose. I live in condo complex and water shut owned by the city of Anaheim did not work. City had to come replace which delayed work on my place. David stayed and did all prep work need. I am so great full to them and Orange Coast Plumbing.

Called them to come look at a slab leak Im having at my residence. They were at my house within 2 hours which is amazing. The Service Technicians they sent , Colton and Alex went above and beyond job protocol to answer my questions and explain things in details. As a Property Manager for many years I have worked with many vendors. Orange Coast has always been the top notch company to call any time for any job but nights emergency pipe burst under a 1915 historical home in Orange reminded me of the value of using responsible, skilled technicians. They could not access the leak thru the flooded basement last night but first thing this morning Nolan and Tommy began sleuthing, preparing, then completing multiple repairs over 8 hours both under the house and outside the house. They did an excellent job and left the home beat and tidy. Now to complete the drying out and the home will be better then, well, 108 years old. Thank you for your good service!

We have been using Orange Coast Plumbing for the past 5 years or so and specifically request Rock whenever we make an appointment. A few years ago we called really early on a Sunday because our water heater went out and he was able to troubleshoot the problem the very next day. Ever since then we been loyal to Orange Coast Plumbing for the quick response time and we had such a good experience with Rock.

Josh came out as promised. Showed up on time and off he went extra effort help me to remove the old rusty faucet which he had to use sawzall to cut to remove. He completely removed and replaced the hot and cold valves under the sink which had been there for many decade. It was a difficult task since you have to work in a tight crawling space and he made it look so easy. I cannot recommend this company enough. Ive only ever used them for any plumbing needs in our home, and with knowledgeable, friendly plumbers like Henry (who fixed our dish washer in under an hour!) I can honestly say Ill keep letting them be my go-to plumbers. Henry was even kind enough to take a minute out of his day to say hi to our cat when we explained that were trying to get her less scared of strangers. Love love love the service and quality, and always fair prices.

FOLLOW UPAs a follow-up to his initial visit, Bobby Sandoval returned to complete the agreed-upon repairs to my hydronic furnace. Since I live in a condominium where the HOA plumbing company manages water shut offs, I coordinated with them to turn off the water.Bobby arrived just as the water was shut off and began the repairs right away. He replaced two valves, the solenoid, the thermostat, and added a new service valve. Everything went smoothly, and he confirmed there were no leaks from the main hot water supply or the hydronic heaters pipes. Throughout the process, Bobby kept me updated and answered all my questions, ensuring I was comfortable with the work.At one point, he had to leave briefly to pick up the correct solenoid, which involved navigating congested freeways. Since I had errands to run, we agreed to meet back in about an hour and a half. When I returned, Bobby informed me that a neighbor had complained about the water being off. He politely reassured the neighbor that the water would be restored soon, as residents had been informed it might be off between 9 AM and 5 PM. Other neighbors inquired about the repairs, and Bobby explained that they were for a hydronic heater. I then contacted the HOA’s plumbing service, and the water was turned back on quickly. I appreciated Bobby’s respectful and professional communication with both the HOA plumbers and my neighbors.Although the job took longer than expected (due to the age of the system), Bobbys perseverance ensured it was completed that day. I now have a fully functional, leak-free hydronic heater. The final price, considering the parts replaced and Bobbys time, was in line with my research and expectations. At the end of the job, I understood everything that Bobby had done, and how to properly operate and service (with his help) the hydronic heater in the future!If you need help with your HVAC system, I highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing, especially Bobby Sandoval, for his expertise in plumbing and hydronic heaters!INITIAL REVIEWNeeded to have my furnace inspected to ensure proper operation before the winter months set in. Bobby Sandoval came out and did a thorough job of assessing the situation so he could give me an estimate of what needed to be done.Since this is an OLD hydronic heater, not all the parts are in tip top shape. We settled on a date, time, and set of activities and the cost for the effort. Plumbing / heater repairs are not cheap, but felt comfortable with the price and scheduled a date for completion (in line with my research and expectations). Bobby went above and beyond the duty in explaining the workings of the furnace and the possible options to make sure it is properly functioning.Will provide a review once the work has been done. Based on this visit, I am totally satisfied with OCP and Bobby, in particular. Would recommend for your plumbing / HVAC needs!

There was a design flaw with the faucet causing the leak. Rudy spent another 10 minutes detailing the type of new faucet to purchase to avoid problems in the future, all at no charge to me. Tomas and Rudy came to install an epoxy liner for our sewer line. They were polite and knowledgeable. They took the time to fully explain the process and answered all our questions. This was a two-day process that included hydrojetting the sewer line and digging up a large area of our front yard. In addition, Tomas and Rudy reviewed and adjusted our home’s water pressure. When all work was completed, they replaced all dirt and turf that had been dug up. Great job with no complaints🙂

Nolan was here around 10am to start replacing the water heater. He reviewed my set up and pointed out that there are some line updates he needs to make as the previous set up was not correct. 4+ hrs later, I have a new water heater and new piping for it.Team was really nice and very professional. Didnt feel like I was being ripped off. Orange Coast Plumbing will be my go to for plumbing needs in the future.Bonus, they take Apple Pay. Just ask the tech to invoice you to your email.

Our furnace broke down and we contacted Orange Coast Plumbing as we had good experience with them in the past. We were able to get a service visit the very next day (Friday), which was wonderful given the cold stretch. Reese arrived on time and gave us an honest assessment of our 33+ year-old furnace. He suggested a new furnace and gave a very reasonable estimate that we compared to other vendors. They completed the install on Monday. Reese and Oscar were friendly, courteous and efficient.The new furnace provided great heat to the entire house. We did notice, however, some unusual sounds. We contacted Orange Coast Plumbing and they had Reese arrive the next day. He made a few adjustments, the sounds are gone, and it is running wonderfully.Overall great experience. We needed a plumber to unclog two upstairs toilets that could not be used because they were overflowing. After waiting three days for a plumber we had used in the past, he came out analyzed the problem and said his schedule was so full he couldnt do the job for 7 to 10 days. We needed them fixed as soon as possible. I called Orange Coast Plumbing and the phone was answered immediately and I was told someone would be out between 9 and noon that same day. This was good news to us.I got a text message at 11:30 that the plumber, Steven Neece was on his way. He gave us a quote, told us about potential problems he could encounter, and with our approval began working. He managed to clear the clog without having to go through dry wall which was more good news. It turned out that the flanges where the toilets seal onto the floor needed replacement so he gave us another estimate and he began that work. He also recommended that we replace the toilets which were old so I picked up two at Home Depot.He worked 6 hours the first day then came back first thing the next morning and worked 4 more hours to finish up.I cant say enough good things about Steven. He is extremely conscientious and takes his time to do a good job. He kept us informed on the progress of the work as he went along. He was very knowledegable and seemed to be very confident in his work. He is a personable young man who I would definitely ask for again. This turned out to be a bigger job than we initially thought it would be but we didnt want to have similar problems in the future so we opted for Stevens recommendations.

We had a water leak on Saturday, so we called Orange County Plumbing around 6:00PM. They had a tech call us back within a few minutes, and he explained that he was a on a job but could stop by when he completed that task. He showed up right on his time estimate, 8:00 pm. I was convinced he would take a quick look and offer to come back on Sunday. Instead, he asked if we wanted him to fix it that night. I told him yes and he went right into trouble shooting. He found he leak behind some dry wall, cut a couple of holes and found the leaking pipe. He repaired the leak and was able to restore the water supply. Problem solved by 11:00 PM.Thank you Danny R and Orange Coast Plumbing.A great job, we were really impressed.

The gentlemen from Orange Coast Plumbing who serviced my houses plumbing needs were on time, professional, helpful, and extremely nice. They explained everything that needed to be done in simple terms and delivered results in two days. The long short is, I had over 10 feet of roots growing in my main line and needs to not only remove the roots, but get plumbing cleanouts installed as my home is old enough and didnt have them. I also installed a lining on my newly cleaned out main line to prevent this from happening again. The crew was efficient and timely and did what they could to help me, as this was a huge out-of-pocket expense. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

He did so just because he thought he might be able to do it, saving us a lot of money. That is the kind of service that brings back customers. When we got back and all the home remedies werent working, I called Orange Coast Plumbing hoping to get someone out the next day. I had a toilet flange issue with an old cast iron flange. Called OCP and they said the could get a technician out between 2 and 5 pm. James Athens was the technician who came to evaluate issue. He quickly came up with an option to remove and replace flange and realign. James was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. I had a brand new toilet to install and we found a defect in the casting that leaked. Installed new toilet the next day and it fit perfectly to the new flange.

Nov 2019I needed a water Heater replaced and called several plumbers out. They all came out and said that when previous owner moved my water heater from kitchen to garage it turned out to be all illegal. No one but Orange Coast would give estimate or were willing to fix ASAP. Jeff from Orange Coast came out the next day and spent 2 days with very intensive labor fixing the multitude of problems. They were a little on high side on pricing but after the installation I can see why. He kept me informed every step of the way without making me feel like an idiot. I would recommend this company before going anywhere else. Absolutely fabulous.I did a few estimates before Jeff got there but no one else was willing or able to do the work________________________________________________________________03/20/20Had a gas smell in my kitchen and called the Gas Company who came out and shut us down. I remembered what great service I got from Orange Coast and gave them another try. Turned out one was from my new HVAC system Ive only had for about 2 years. If it wasnt for Jeff who knows what would have happened especially since my older mother is on oxygen. Nolan retrieved my AirPod Pro case and saved the day and my toilet!Not sure how it happened but my AirPod case fell into the toilet after using the restroom and of course without realizing it, I flushed the toilet. I called Orange Coast Plumbing because they did great work on installing a new faucet and the same toilet last year.Came out same day (big win). Required taking the toilet off and tried tirelessly to get it out but it was lodged in the bed of the toilet. We finally could see it, giving us hope. I acted as his cheerleader, lol! Nolan kept working at it with the auger, the hose, tilting it, until the AirPod released! But the story doesn’t end there. Nolan is first class all the way. He is super polite and informative. And he I insisted on cleaning up everything, even removing the scratches made by the auger inside the toilet. Nolan takes pride in his job and it definitely shows. He’s my new plumbing hero. Excellent service!!My bathroom master sink was so clogged that the water could not drain properly. Now the drain works perfectly and I have no standing water in my sink. I had a problem with a PVC pipe today. I called another plumbing service, but they called twenty minutes later and said it would be several hours before a technician would arrive. I then called Orange Coast Plumbing. When Nolan arrived, he was bright and friendly. I explained the problem, he asked a few questions, reviewed the area and inspected the pipes. Once he confirmed what he was going to do, he went straight to work. The job was more involved than I originally thought. Nolan and I discussed the new challenges, identified a new strategy and again, the young man went to work.Once Nolan finished the job, he reviewed the work with me, advised and cautioned me on when and how best to turn the water back on after the pipe fittings had a chance to dry and set. He assured me that he would return should there be a issue or concern with the work he did. I couldnt feel more confident. I literally watched him work non-stop from the time he arrived. The make things even better, just before signing the final bill, he reminded to give him the coupon I found online when searching for service. James was very polite, friendly, professional, and great to work with! Went above and beyond checking parts several times to make sure that the new faucet was properly installed and wouldnt start leaking on us. We had one of those old Dishmasters but the hot valve broke. We ended up replacing it with a new faucet. He asked if there was a specific way I wanted the hot and cold valves installed for aesthetic purposes and even cleaned the tile that had been hidden behind the old faucet, which were very nice touches.

I had a leak and needed immediate service. I looked around and was unable to find same day availability but Orange Coast Plumbing was able to come and help me out. Reese found the leak and replaced my pipes, he also found that my water pressure regulator wasn’t working and replaced that as well and took care of a spigot I had on my patio that needed replacing. Hopefully I won’t need any more work done for a long time but all my projects were a job well done and Reese was very friendly and professional.

Although I needed my keys and it was a job he could do, he indicated it would be cheaper for me to get a new set of car keys because they are electric keys. Orange Coast Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing company for about four years now. They have always done a through job. On 01/06/22 Colten did a repair on a leaking toilet. I thought he was the epitome of a good service person! He was on time, friendly, did his work quietly and did a great job. I asked him to look at another toilet that showed signs of a slow leak and he serviced that one on the same call. Since I will need to install new flooring in one of these bathrooms, he said hes return when that is done and reset the toilet. Ive only had good service from this company.

I stupidly drove a nail into a wall and went straight through a copper water pipe on Valentines Day. I shut off the water main and had a mental meltdown. Orange Coast Plumbing came up first in my Google search for plumbing emergency and I took the chance. The service was perfect from the first minute. The dispatcher took my information and said shed call back ASAP to let me know the soonest someone could be here. She called back and said he was on his way. The plumber, Nolan Rodriguez, arrived in only 20 minutes and assessed the situation and I instantly felt I was in good hands. Within a half hour he was able to get in the wall and replace the damaged pipe perfectly. Nolans calm and friendly approach calmed me down and his work was excellent. The price very fair and lower than I expected. Such a relief! I am so happy I found these guys. They are my plumbers for anything that comes up in the future. Thanks, OCP!

I always call this company for our 3 commercial properties and the response time is great! The problem is solved, they always provide camera footage, and the best part is their communication. They always call me when they are on their way, when they are there and at completion. I appreciate the details that are provided during their work and the solutions they give to avoid further issues. Their techs CHRIS, JAMES and a few others I cant remember, so sorry, are always so patient with me and make sure to do the job even if they have to go back and fix their error the very next morning. (some glue hadnt dried yet on the pipes)The sewer drain was really clogged apparently due to toilet wipes and it took them a while to get it cleaned out but they didnt leave until they checked with my tenants to ensure all was good.THANKS GUYS.....YOU ARE THE BEST.....a bit pricey, but worth it during our emergency situations!

My family and I woke up to a broken A/C unit and of course, it had to be on the hottest day of the summer. I’ve called several ac companies and nobody was available to come out. Luckily, Jon G. from orange coast plumbing arrived exactly when he said he would. He was careful to respect my home and wore booties over his shoes and wore a face mask due to COVID.Jon G. walked me through the inspection process and told me exactly what he will be doing. He inspected the a/c unit and took all the measurements needed to identity the problem. He had the replacement parts in his vehicle and was able to install them on the spot. He even went out of his way to let me know which parts that needed to be replace soon. He didn’t pressured me to buy anything additional. Overall, he got my a/c unit back up and running in an efficient manner. Thank you Jon, I appreciate it. Very professional, I highly recommend.

Top level summary – We had a super plumber here. No other plumber will be allowed to work in our home.Excuse the long review, but we had a lot of work done for me to comment on. The toilet downstairs had a broken flange and was leaking all over the floor. Since we were having a plumber come, we thought lets have them look at the toilet upstairs as it’s bolted tight but rocks. The water valve on the toilet does not fully turn off so let’s do that too.Then I thought I’d check the valve under the sink to see if it’s frozen up as well. With my wife saying don’t touch it, don’t touch it…….. I touched it. Snapped right off. Now I got the whole house shut down. Fifty percent of the time I have to shut off the water supply, the valve handles snap right off and sometimes sprays away. So we wanted the plumber to fix both toilets and change out all the water supply valves with something even I can’t break.When we called Orange Coast Plumbing, we asked for Alex. He had come out on a middle of the night clogged main line issue. At that time we were impressed with how he handled himself and the job he did.Alex came out and we showed him all we needed done. We went over everything we wanted fixed or upgraded in two bathrooms and the kitchen. He pulls out a super robust water valve that meets the “even I can’t break it” requirement. He explained everything he was going to do to fix our issues and what it was going to cost. Then, he got to it.It was a big job of cutting pipe, chipping concrete, pouring concrete, installing valves and flanges. He even fixed the stoppers on the sinks that I couldn’t get right. That part he didn’t charge for (don’t tell his boss).We were very impressed with Alex. He presented himself well with knowledge and a friendly demeanor. He really knows his stuff!We were completely, totally impressed with Alex and would recommend him to anyone and everyone. We will be calling him back (by name) to do the install work for a whole house water system and kitchen drinking system we will be putting in.God bless Alex and Orange Coast Plumbing for doing such an excellent job.
