I called them on a Monday because my A/C went out in the hottest week of the year. They came out the next day and gave me recommendations. I needed to replace my whole unit. They were incredibly professional and fast. They had me up and running in no time and even showed me the cost difference between the units and the efficiency rating. Great company and the communication was outstanding. I cant recommend them enough.

I have used Alpine Home Experts (formerly Hot & Soft) for many significant projects, including: installation of a water softening system, replacement of an old water heater with a tankless water heater, installation of a new furnace for my downstairs rooms, and installation of a new electrical panel (to support electric vehicle charging stations as well as the installation of my new induction stove). I wanted the work to be permitted and the team stayed in close contact on every detail over months of different projects unfolding.Jerik and Tyler ensured we had everything the city needed for the permitting process. They also worked with Dominion Energy to ensure that the upgrade of my gas meter proceeded without a hitch (talking to technicians and sending them technical details directly when paperwork from the city had not reached the gas company). They navigated each step professionally, from installation to inspection days -- not only for the projects they did themselves but also helping me out on permitting a big project that had been done before I met them!A transplant from California, I had hastily put in a heated driveway right after 4 feet of snow fell on April 2nd, one day after I moved in, so I needed help getting that permitted too. Jerik worked with the original contractor to get all the technical details and was able to add the driveway into the rest of the projects we were getting permitted. He and the rest of the team were great as they shepherded all the projects through the city process with ease. This was a wonderful partnership and provided such relief as I had taken on so much in upgrading the 1950s house that I bought up in Olympus Cove.Having one company see me through so many successful projects was great. Knowing that I could trust their technical expertise and that they would always stand by their final work made the experience simply awesome! I can highly recommend their work as well as their customer service focus.P.S. I like the new name - Alpine Services Experts. Seems to fit the broad expertise and services Ive appreciated.

Their technician ran through everything before giving me a quote and explained my options with a price breakdown. He had to run & get a few things, but three different plumbing issues around the house were fixed in just like two hours, I thought it was going to take more than one visit, so I was extra happy with the speedy service. The technician left the work areas very clean and I will totally be using these guys again for our upcoming electrical upgrades I have planned (and any other plumbing projects we come up with)

These guys are incredible! Got me in for a quote/estimate the day after initial contact and then after a day or two of contemplating and finally deciding on them, they got me in at their earliest slot. The copper lining of my outdoor spigot just have had some water in it over the winter, subsequently froze, and caused a major crack in the pipe. This spigot just so happens to be the only one available for my swamp cooler to connect to. Being without any sort of AC for any period of time during the Utah summer is a bad time, so I am glad Hot and Soft were able to finish this up quick.Shoe covers, on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. All as could ever ask for when it comes to anyone in the trades, but especially someone repairing stuff on my home.Their prices are fair, and the repair itself was done in less than an hour.I would definitely recommend this team and any of their techs. Will be using them in the future as well.

Our main master switch providing power to our home blew out on Saturday afternoon. We made many attempts to find help, surprised that 24/7 companies really arent 24/7. Eventually, we got hooked up with Hot and Soft. Josh and his team mate were able to get our antiquated meter base replaced for us on Sunday because they had connections enabling them to get an electrical supply place to open their store so they could obtain parts. We really appreciate their help. They did a great job for us.

Called Hot and Soft for a shower issue as we saw them mentioned by someone in a review for a different company. Jamie was extremely helpful, flexible, and accommodating on the phone with me. As a landlord of multiple properties I am limited in time and ability to meet people for every issue at every property. She was very flexible and reasonable able to get me a ballpark estimate based on the info I had and work with me around my specific issues. She was very prompt, had availability that day to send someone out and I just got a good vibe from her which reflects well on the company. I did not end up going with them as their estimate was very close to our normal plumber we use, so decided to stick to him. I did not have our work done by them but I feel they are definitely worth hiring. Very reasonable and responsive willing to work around your specific needs for convenience. I feel bad not using them as they were very great to work with!
