Dave Gibson came out to help install a car charger for my house. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick! The price ended up being half as much as any hour services quoted me. I would definitely recommend this company to do your electrical work!

Carl was friendly, thorough, honest, and didnt pressure us to buy. Because of his assessment, we ultimately did decide to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner, so that the larger and more efficient equipment will be better able to heat and cool our entire house, after we renovate the garage. We were so pleased with Carl that we intend on paying him to help us with both the ductwork and the electrical when it comes closer to time to renovate, too. Thank you!

Quick to call me and set up a time to come out. I had other bids that were 500 dollars higher than what I paid Lucent. Dave even helped come up with a solution to add a heat source in an enclosed shower/toilet room that I was having an exhaust fan replaced in. I just told him what I wanted and he gave me a couple of options that were cost effective. I had a very good experience with this company. I would highly recommend them.

Weve had several house calls with Lucent, and had Carl, Josh & Raymundo out to help with electrical issues ranging from changing out smart switches to replacing lights and receptacles. All were very professional, friendly, and Carl even worked late hours to help us meet deadlines to get everything done. He worked through some tough challenges including old boxes and wiring in an hold house and helped bring everything up to modern outlets for us. Very friendly and courteous with fair pricing, highly recommend!

I wanted an outdoor outlet installed and to check and see why an existing outdoor outlet wasnt working. Dave came out quickly and gave me quote and then we scheduled a different time for him to come perform the work. He had the new outlet installed in no time and quickly found out that the existing outlet will work if you have a outside light switch turned on. He didnt charge me for the diagnosis which was awesome. Overall I am pleased with Lucent.

This place was not cheap, but they were the only electrician to return my calls. There ended up being a scheduling snafu on the first try, and nobody showed up on the second try, but they got someone out to my house on the third try. The technician was great. He did solid work in pretty short order, and he didnt try to make the problem sound worse than it really was or upsell to a bigger service job. The service reps on the phone were really friendly too. Just the pricing was hard to swallow, so between that and the scheduling snafu, I cant give them 5 stars.

After having troubles with another company- I called Lucent Earth about a duct I was told needed to be hooked up and fixed. Lucent Earth came out quick and they were upfront and honest with me. They saved me $600! They told me the duct didn’t need work and it was an old duct that wasn’t being used anymore. They could have scammed me for money but they were HONEST! So refreshing. THANK YOU.

The technician was prompt, very up front with all charges and professionally and quickly found and fixed the problem. I would definitely use Lucent Earth again. I normally do this kind of work myself because of the care I take when others dont and the technician treated my stuff as his stuff. Very happy.

My warranty company sent Lucent earth to fix my fuse box and they got to me very quickly. Carl was excellent in the work he did and went above what I expected because he also attached the fuse box door that had fallen off and was bent. Many times companies I have used that the warranty company sends has been a problem. I highly recommend this company and Carl.

I stumbled on them by accident, I needed an outlet installed behind our new dishwasher. I called in the morning, they had Dave come out by the afternoon. He was professional and suggested a better solution than I was thinking, and since it was simpler than originally thought, he didnt charge me the full estimate. In and out in about 30 minutes, what more can I say - they came through for me and Ill probably use them again. Thanks!
