Bulman Painting is a fantastic company that takes great pride in their work. The owners, Steve and Michele are very professional and knowledgeable. When I called for a quote, Steve came to my home and gave me a detailed bid of everything they were going to do. When I wanted to make additional adjustments, Michele came out to ensure they were going to do exactly what I wanted. I live at the beach, which is very tough on paint and wood. Bulman’s team did a fantastic job preparing, repairing and painting a ton of detailed exterior trim work - some of it over 30 feet high! The house looks fantastic and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Bulman. They do great work at a great price and our genuinely great people to work with.

I recommend Bulman Painting to anyone looking for interior painting help! We had a somewhat irregular request, which was sanding down and repainting badly painted door jambs throughout the entire house, and required lead abatement measures. The crew of Eric, Logan, Daniel, Jeffrey, and Jose worked diligently and carefully throughout three days, taking care to protect the house from dust and paint. They also tackled several ceilings throughout the house, and added on a quick job on the fly. The office staff is friendly and accommodating, and helped manage my expectations and needs throughout the process. Finally - this crew was the cleanest I have ever had in my house! The house was impeccable at the end of the day, requiring no cleanup for me, which was a first!

Bulman Painting painted the fascia and eaves on my home and did a fantastic job. Logan & David arrived on time with all of the equipment that they needed and went right to work. They put two coats of paint on fascia and eaves and did the whole job in one day. There was no overspray or paint where it wasnt supposed to be and everything was clean when they left. The job was done at a very fair price and everyone from the company was great to work with.

I saw one of my neighbors in Point Loma having their home painted and told one of the painters what a great job they were doing! I got home and realized it had been 15 years since I had my home painted. Steve Bulman came out and gave me a detailed bid of everything they were going to do. I hired them the next day. Michele Bulman came out not once but 4 times to make sure the trim color was to my liking! I cant say enough about Taylor (the foreman) and his entire team. Being a detail person I was very impressed with their attention to detail. Ive had many contractors working on my home over the years and have to say they are the BEST!

There is no doubt I will contact Bulman Painting when I am ready to have the exterior of my house painted, because I am so pleased with the work they did on the interior. The crew was friendly, which was great, but more important they were careful in my home. They did a great job with containment, ensuring non-painted spaces were sectioned off with plastic, floors and furniture were covered. I have a room with high, beautiful wood beams. I was really worried about the wall paint getting on the beams where they touched the walls. I had nothing to worry about - they were so careful and did a beautiful job. I had good communication from the office, the crew was on time and they left my home clean when they finished. All around I am very pleased with Bulman Painting.

Was recommended to use Bulman Painting by a friend who had whole interior and all cabinets done by them. She said she did tons or research and they were great and was so happy with how her house came out. We had an unexpected leak in our ceiling and they were very understanding to work with us time the start of painting after the ceiling had been fixed.We are more than 1/2 way done with the interior of our house and are extremely happy. Eric and Logan have done an excellent job. Tons of prep work including appliance covers and lights removed and taped over, flooring covered, and all furniture covered in plastic.Will definitely be using them again when ready to redo cabinets!

We recently had our new accessory dwelling unit painted exterior(fascia) as well as whole house interior by Bulman Painting. Not only did they do an excellent job applying paint, they also provided valuable input with regard to the selection of paint colors. Jose, the painter who completed the entire interior, was even aware of Joanna Gaines and her reputation for color selections. He took time with us to help select complementary colors for the Living/Kitchen area, the hallway, the bathroom, and lastly, the bedroom. Jose is the type of employee that every company would like to have on their payroll. On the exterior, a briefdiscussion with Michelle enabled us to select the best color for our building trim. All in, we received outstanding advice, workmanship, and a job completed on time. We would recommend Bulman Painting in a heartbeat.

We were getting ready to list our home for sale, and needed to get an estimate quickly. The owner, Steve came out the next day, sent the quote that night. The pricing was fair, especially since the workmanship was outstanding. Michelle and Rachel were able explain everything to me, so I knew what to expect. On site Taylor was leading the team, and always very respectful and kept me up to date. He went out of his way to be sure all our concerns were addressed. He even helped with some projects that weren’t in his job description. Logan and Kenny were very hardworking, and so quiet, that I never even knew they were there. Bulman painting was fantastic. I had almost the entire interior of the house complete and it looks great. I was really on the fence about painting my kitchen cabinets but after some discussion with the owner I felt very confident that they would do an excellent job and I was right. The cabinets turned out amazing and you can’t even tell that they were painted over. Tyler and Dean were at the house for over a week and were a real pleasure to deal with. We completed a major outdoor painting job with Bulman that included a large number of small details as well as painting the entire house and various structures in the yard. They took care of every detail, large and small, including stucco repairs and carpentry repairs. I had a long list of items to fix and paint and, at the end, every single one had been completed and done well. The owner Steve and the foremen on the project, Daniel and Eric, are all very knowledgeable about paint and they made sure the correct type of paint was used for each aspect of the project, while never trying to up sell us on the job. They kept us informed throughout the project to be sure that every part of the job was done to our satisfaction. Whenever a problem occurred, it was resolved promptly to our satisfaction - the sign of a high quality business. All of the painters who worked on the project were polite, exceptionally pleasant, and professional. Special thanks to Eric for his excellent carpentry and painting skills, his meticulous attention to detail, and for pulling the entire project together at the end. Great job. I am in the process of opening a barbershop and needed to get some painting done on the buildings exterior. We recently had BULMAN Painting paint our property. There were two houses, stucco property boarder walls, various metal gates and railings. They took the time to walk me through all areas of the project when they did the initial estimate walk through. They answered my many questions and put me at ease about areas I though would be difficult to get to for painting.They were timely in getting my estimate and the estimate was clear and the prices were great. From day one of working with them they were extremely communicative. They kept me up to date on timelines, provided resources for me regarding paint colors and generally talked me through anything I had questions or concerns about.Taylor was our main painter and Dean and Kenny were there as well. They were all amazing, thorough, and asked clarifying questions throughout the process. We have a dog that we needed to take to daycare while they were here so asked for them to let us know what days they would be there in advance and they were very accommodating with this. There was a lot of rain and holidays and they continued to communicate what their plans were the whole time. Taylor listened to thoughts I had during the painting process and went above and beyond to help make those happen.The end result was beautiful. I just can’t tell you the night and day difference. I used Bulman painting several years back to paint the exterior facia and eaves of a home and then used them to paint the interior of a condo earlier in 2022. We were so pleased with their work that we went with them to repaint both the interior and exterior of the home in October 2022.
