Low and behold, Josh answers the phone and I explained I needed something small engraved. He was ecstatic to help me out and asked that I bring it to him after a certain time and that he’ll do it immediately. Then he texted me and made sure I was good with the time. I needed 7 uniquely engraved wooden items for my team members I work with.
