Return customer, another great experience with JB Woolf and their team. Ordered a 12x16 barn shed based on my budget and that’s exactly what was built. I’m absolutely happy with the build and have been upgrading to fit my needs. Kevin built in less than 4 days on his own in the heat and I continue to be impressed with quality. Just painted before the recent rain and have had no issues. This is my second shed from them and everything has been great!

It’s been a year post build and the quality is impeccable.He had to go to 2 Office of Historic Preservation Historic Design and Review Commission hearings to make it happen and deal with incredibly patience testing personalities on the commission.He kept me updated on the progress all along the way and found a way to yes with San Antonio bureaucracy.

J.B. Woolf Sheds just completed our new 24’ X 30’ garage / workshop with a 10’ X 30’ porch and 10 ft. ceilings, and the whole job took less than 3 weeks from start to finish. I have to say that my wife and I couldn’t be any happier with the job they did. Jerry, Rene, Rick, and all of the guys on their crews were always polite, courteous, and professional. Their crews were always prompt and respectful, and they kept the worksite clean. When the city inspectors came out, they found a couple of minor items that Rene and his crew addressed immediately at no additional charge. The price was excellent and best of all, there were no bad surprises at any point during the whole process. I got exactly what I expected to get… and I would highly recommend them. From the start of my project to the very finish I couldnt have asked for a better experience. JB Woolf Sheds and everyone who works there truly exceeded my expectations.I needed a company that was willing to customize a shed for me and turn it into a beautiful store for my business. I stopped by their office and sat down with Rick to begin designing my building. He was incredibly nice and helpful and was able to accommodate all of my needs. Each time I needed to make a slight change, or add something to my building during the design process, Rick was always very quick to respond by phone or email and I was never once told they couldnt do something.I met Jerry (owner) and his crew Rico and Jay on the job site on a Wednesday and they began construction. Everyone was so nice and knowledgable and were truly excited about the project. Jerry was very attentive to detail and made sure Rico and Jay knew exactly how I wanted things. He continued to stop by and check on the project throughout the entire build. By Friday of the same week they had the entire thing mostly finished. I couldnt believe how quickly it all came together. Due to wind, they had to wait an extra day to paint and put the roof on. That weekend, I was down at my building and Rico showed up (on his day off) to put a protective covering over the plywood roof to keep any moisture from getting inside, just in case it were to rain. I was so impressed with his professionalism and just the fact that he took the time to come over on his day off to make sure my building was protected. It blew me away!The kind of customer service I received from everyone at JB Woolf Sheds is something that is hard to find these days. If I ever need another building, they will absolutely have my business. They are professional, courteous, attentive, friendly, fairly priced, and provide a high quality product. I visited 5 shed companies and communicated with another 9 before I arrived at their site. I had already selected a different company but visited their model site.The staff was able to accommodate my needs and after a 45 minute visit I had designed a building with Rick (they raised my sidewalls from 8 to 9 to give me more overhead storage), signed a contract and made a down payment.The other companies needed 4 to 8 weeks lead time to start the build. I had to pour a concrete pad and still they started 13 days after I signed the contract.2 days before the build started Jerry (the owner of the company) visited the build sight to verify the pad was appropriate size and square. He confirmed color for shingles and reviewed the order with me. That was a nice touch!!!A young 2 man team was able to unload all materials and frame the building on the first day and finish the 2nd day building and shingling the roof , installing windows, installing 6ft french doors that I provided, building a 4X16 loft, installing an AC, painting 2 colors and cleaning up the area.They were very professional and worked well as a team!I am quite pleased with the quality, price and fast action by JB Woolf company and have nothing but praise for the employees and management!If you need a shed dont buy until youve given them a shot!

JB Woolf Sheds has built two garages for us over the years (different locations). I highly recommend them to build your next garage, carport or shed for the following reasons:1) Pricing: They have upfront pricing on their website and my custom estimates were in line with their posted prices. No surprise charges, fair costs on the requested upgrades, with everything detailed out in the estimate.2) Communication: The office manager and the onsite foreman communicated the schedule and verified the details of the build at every phase of construction. I always knew when the crew would arrive and appreciated them double checking on the details like paint, etc. before beginning.3) Both times the final product was exactly what I was envisioning. Owner Jerry followed up to make sure everything was complete to my satisfaction.Both of our garage builds with JB Woolf were upgrades and differed from the standard, but that was no problem for them. We wanted our new garage to match our existing house (e.g., custom siding); our estimate was priced fairly and the final build looks awesome. You’d never guess the house and garage were built 20 years apart! They also built us a well shed that included floor cutouts for easy access to the pipes, if needed in the future. Its that kind of thoughtful design and construction that I appreciated.If you’re looking for a solid garage or shed build, JB Woolf has upfront and fair pricing, great communication and a commitment to quality. I likely won’t have need for a third garage/shed, but if I did, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Woolf Sheds again.

16x32 Man Cave! we had to wait 4 months to get put on the schedule due to their other jobs ahead of us Orlando is who I mostly spoke with. Jerry and Rick were great also. Once they started they were done in 4 days You can save some money if you dont want or need a concrete foundation. (My wife noticed that so she saved us some money) Great price for the size and scope of work that was done. Thank You.

We just had the View storage building built and we absolutely love it!!!! It’s beautiful and so well built. It’s a perfect addition to our backyard near our swimming pool. I was so impressed with my 12 x 28 barn (2019) I ordered a 16 x 24 (2020). The crew was amazing, flexible, easy to work with. Sales Manager Rick will patiently work with you until your design is exactly what you want. TIP: If you are looking at the gable style you should consider the barn style instead. My fiance and I purchased a 20x20 building through Woolf Sheds and designed it as a tiny house. The inside living space is 12x20, two stories high with a loft bedroom over the top of a living room and kitchen, and a single sloped roof facing south. The porch also has a single sloped roof, facing north. We are so utterly impressed and satisfied with our purchase, and going through with using Woolf Sheds. Jerry and Rick were a pleasure to work with, and the workers are great guys who were enjoyable to watch and listen to while they work. And they can make cuts like a CNC machine, theyre very talented.We even panicked on the job site that one of our windows was too high (due to our measuring mistakes). The Woolf Shed workers changed it to our liking right on site like it was no big deal.If youre looking to find a company to stick build something on site, look no further than Woolf Sheds. We searched and searched and it seemed that no one was willing or capable to take on our design, but Rick sat us down and took a good look at our designs and plans, and told us hed work something up. He got back to us with the price and I was sold. When can you start?? I immediately thought....These guys are who you want to build a quality building at the best price.I look forward to getting moved into our tiny house.

I was very pleased with this company, after researching many shed installing companies. They had the best reviews and the best prices for their products. The sheds that I personally reviewed at their company location, where well put together and with quality products, very solid. My wife and I had plenty of styles and sizes to choose from. When we arrived at their company location on a Sunday afternoon, we were first impressed with the clean and very organized display of their different selection of sheds. When we went inside we were equally impressed with the clean an welcoming interior. There was a gentleman sitting at the main desk working at the computer who greeted us very pleasantly and welcomed us to the company and asked us to sit down. He was a very relaxed and asked how we were doing and if he could be of service. We explained that we were in the market for a storage shed and that we had researched quite a bit and we had selected J.B Woolf Custom Sheds & Garages as the company we wanted to use. We asked him what his name was and he answered that his name was Jerry, he was the owner of the company. He apologized for not introducing himself at the beginning. My wife and I thought he was such a nice man he was notpushy and he never put pressure on us to select one style or size over another. He gave us access to all the sheds and let us look them over at our own pace and told us to take our time. After we had the style and size selected he explained all the details that we needed to know to pick any options that were available. It was a very easy process and we made our choices and he set us up with the earliest delivery and installation date. I received a call on an earlier date because someone cancelled on the following day. We were offered that earlier date if we wanted it and of course we took it. The day of delivery I met Richard and George. They were very polite, they asked me where I wanted the shed to be placed. After that they began working and did not stop not even to take a lunch or a break. They were a very efficient team, they worked together like a well oiled machine. I would go out and take pictures during the building of the shed and would ask them if they needed anything like water or soda and they would kindly say no thank you. Before I knew it Richard knocked on my door telling me they were done. He led me to the shed so that I could review it and I was so impressed with their work and how solid it was! I must commend Richard and George on their excellent work! And must say that Jerry and his company are the best here in San Antonio and I know that this company will grow and become a very respected organization in the Shed & Garage business. I would with out question recommend this company to anyone that wants a professional and well built shed for a great price.

To set the scene, my wife and I searched the web and compared many companies that offer sheds and garages. When it became decision time, we chose J. B. Woolf Sheds and Garages to build a 16’ x 20’ custom garage for us.Why? Price was certainly a factor. All of the other options required that we provide the concrete foundation at our expense or use a wooden floor which was the standard… at a similar cost. Also, Jerry Woolf personally came to our house to discuss the project, explain his methods and insure he understood our goals. Additionally, he made suggestions to improve our outcome which were invaluable.Finally, I visited Woolf’s location and was impressed with the model buildings, the office and staff … and the whole place was clean!Not only do we have a wonderful new garage, but the experience was great from start to finish. Woolf Shed built my attached 1 car garage. They took down the existing leaky carport to build. I got quotes from other companies and Woolf had the best quote and warranty. Jerry, the owner came out several times during the construction process as well as after the final city inspection. His team Rick, Rene and Lenny are professional, knowledgeable and friendly and take pride in their craft. They went above and beyond to make sure it was right and stuck to the original price quoted. I’m so very happy with how my garage turned out and now that it’s complete, my neighbors have been visiting to say how great it looks and how it looks original to the house. The folks at JB Woolf Sheds are true professionals. And their wood structures are competitively priced. They offer a broad cross-section of wood sheds and they are able to custom build if thats what you need. I highly recommend them and wont go to anyone else. That said. They shoot straight from the hip and they are upfront about what it will take and what it will cost so you know exactly what youre in for. They stay pretty busy so if you have a project you need to be started soon give them a call as soon as possible so they have a fair chance of meeting your deadline.

To start Mr. Woolf was great. Kind, patient and very professional. We choose a design and signed a deal. The build experience has been excellent. It started with the concrete slab. The contractor Estaban Concrete, were like worker bees. They were fast, efficient, kept our place clean and finished ahead of schedule. The crew from Woolf were outstanding. They were respectful of our property and our neighbors. They kept the jobsite clean, worked from sun til dusk and finished everything ahead of schedule. I purchased a utility shed from JB Wolf and the experience was fantastic. Mr. Woolf promptly scheduled a visit, showed up on time, and provided a quote on the spot. Im a do-it-yourselfer but I found myself in a time-crunch. The price he quoted was close to my material cost calculation.... and I didnt have to break a sweat. The install was originally scheduled a few weeks out, but an opening came up and I jumped on it, so the whole process from quote to finish was only about 10 days. The install crew of 2 worked hard and finished in one day. They did a great job. My shed was approximate 10x10 and was a custom size to fit an existing slab. They even matched my roofing shingles on my house. This shed definitely improved my home value which I eventually sold. Now Im looking to build a shed at my new home..... J.B. Woolf Custom Sheds will be my first and only call!

On top of that, Jerry was a one stop shop so we just had to work through him. These guys came to build for me near Medina Lake. Its a 2 car detached with loft. 10 tall bottom story,on a 28x32 slab. I wanted them to match the garage to our home and they did that perfectly.3D shingles and Hardi lap siding. I believe its been 2yrs ago and no problems with construction. We had our shed built a couple of years ago... Our HOA required any shed to be built with hardy board.. which Lowes or Home Depot do not sell. So we discovered J. B. Woolf (when their location was conveniently on Bandera Rd.).... They had everything we needed. We ordered through them, and they came out to our home and built it. We LOVE it!! Cant do without that extra storage... Its beautiful and matches out home VERY well. Would recommend them to anyone needing a shed.

Mr. WoolfYour company installed a new 12x20 shed for me in January and I have been meaning to tell you how pleased I am with the whole process of ordering, installing and completing the job. I had stopped by your display several times in the last year and finally decided to have a 12x20 barn installed. I called your office, ordered my shed and a week later your crew showed up unloaded and six hours later it was completed.The city I live in required a permit to build the barn and the morning your crew showed up our building official happened to drive by going to another job he was looking at, that evening as your crew was leaving he again was going to another job and decided to drive by and later (when he was passing my inspection) told me he was surprised at how quickly your crew finished. The building is excellent, I PM many jobs and can be more than a little critical but I have not found any problems with the barn at all, just been enjoying the room and workspace.Your crew was excellent, professional and made sure I was completely happy.You and your company have been a joy to do business with.Thank youBen

We had purchased a storage shed with J.B. Wolfe Sheds several years ago, we were very pleased with how professional the installer was. We never had an issue with the shed. I even hired an electrician to run wiring to the shed to have light at night, and install a motion detector at the top of the shed. We even though about bringing the shed with us when we purchased the new house. Recently we contacted J.B. Wolfe Sheds to construct a new shed to our backyard. The shed we went with was very similar to the shed we had at the old house. The installation was flawless and the two men who worked on the project did excellent work, and they finished the shed in one day, one long day for them. There was a small issue with the flooring, and Jerry and one of his team members came back to the house and rectified the situation. Jerry and his team we very professional and well use him again when we try to get a patio cover built over the deck. I highly recommend Jerry and his team if anyone is looking for someone to build a shed, look no further than J.B. Wolfeshed. They have a great outdoor showroom that has several sheds so you can see the quality of work they do.Ruben& Delia Barrios
