Jake and Kuli did an amazing job with my sink. I’ve had two other plumbers come in and try to fix the situation and it couldn’t be done but then they used the Hydro pressure washer for my drain pipes and within minutes my whole problem flushed with the water down the drain. They were kind, respectful, Informative about all the things they were doing. They treated my home with respect and kept it clean, and I would recommend for these two specifically to come to your home. Amazing work!!!

I changed my review... This is my second one. Aaron and Troy were awesome, quick and honest. And what I like most is neither of them try to shove sales or reviews down my throat. They simply notified me of my problems and potential hazards/code requirements but not ONCE tried to pressure me to buy the service or parts. I really appreciate that and believe that is the way it should be handled.I even had to ask Troy if I could write a review. He never asked.Im %100 requesting either of them for my repair needs in the future.

Our guy was Jim. He came in transparent about the home and what it needed and pricing right off the bat. As new home owners that was excellent that we were informed by an expert but also not pushed. He gave us our options and told us if we need anything else he’s our guy. It was excellent local care that made a huge difference for us! Would recommend to new home owners.

I called action plumbing to inspect my water heater since it was having popping noises and was concerned that it was going to explode. I was extremely surprised about the amount of sediment that came out while flushing it, Aaron and Blaine gave me some options to replace it, decided to get more estimates. Had 2 other estimates one was almost half the price and the other one was almost the same… BUT they were not as professional as Action was. Decided to call them back and took care of my water heater, one of the options was a TANKLESS water heater which the other 2 company’s didn’t give me that option. Now I have a tankless water heater and a new sediment filter and will be telling everyone about Action. You get what you pay for. Cheap is not good, and good is not cheap.

He came to look at our water heater which had a leak and he explained every thing he was doing every step of the way. My heater died in the early morning Wednesday and Jim was the initial technician who came out to diagnose the issue. Due to lack of parts available he told me the next step was to purchase a new heating system. With the weather supposed to reach a high of 48 degrees and have a low of 28, he said that I was placed on a high priority list and would guarantee my install would be completed that night. He stayed longer to begin the removal of the old system that way the install team could just begin the installation. With Jake the manager coming out with the install team, they were able to place the unit in and get us running with heat. I appreciate the sincerity that their staff has to understand, and help get the job done.

Needed a diagnostics for a sewer issue we have with a property in Provo. Brandon came in and worked really well to assess the situation and offer us a good deal. Were still reviewing other services in the area but Brandon made sure not to make us feel pressured to sign up or do any service. I felt we could get a serious quote without the insistence of a sign up thanks to him. Will review again if we decide to work with this company but the customer service is efficient and responsive.

Emanuel and Moss were wonderful. The original install had an issue that wasn’t resolved by a follow up visit. So we were worried that this visit would resolve the issue. Emanuel listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to explain the repair, obtain additional parts and correctly secure the repair. Both were so kind and patient and personal in their work. Andres and Tony came over and fixed our water heater and they were awesome! They were super kind and got everything fixed quickly. I would give Tony and Andres 5 stars but the office was disorganized and was not great at communicating with me. They said they would keep me updated on waiting for parts and when they were coming but I had to call them days later to get that information and then had to call the day of to find out when they were coming. Nothing to crazy but it was a little frustrating on my end.

Devan was awesome he came out on a Friday after an “ emergency” job according to the office staff that’s why he was late. Informed me that it was just an ignition sensor begging to go out. As far as honesty he’s a good technician. He’s a 5 star the office staff and scheduling on the other hand very disorganized and disappointing! Absolutely no communication till you call them then they try to lie to you and say the tech tried calling me and left me a voicemail informing me they’d be late 10 mins after I had called in asking when they’d be there keep in mind my appointment was 10am-1pm window didn’t show up till 2:30

This company has the BEST employee. I’ve hired them to do various jobs around the house including replacing a defective humidifier in my heating system. Today Roston and Mica came out to do the job. They arrived on time, wore their shoe bootys and walked me through everything they were going to do. They laid down drop cloths so they wouldn’t mess my floors. When they were finished they walked my through the system and explained everything to me so that I understood it. They left the area cleaner than when they walked in. Edmundo and Darcy were very pleasant and very professional. Ill be honest -- Im not a big fan of many plumbers in the area for a variety of reasons, but this experience was great! There was an issue with the guys tracking some detritus down my stairs, and it wouldve been nice for it to be acknowledge and rectified, but we have a safe, working furnace. So, thanks guys!!
