My wife and I wanted a shed built in our backyard for storing stuff. We have very limited space behind our house because we are built on a slope. Handy Grandpa suggested we add a door to and build a floor in the very tall crawl space below our house. This was a superior solution because it gave us much more storage space than we could get with a shed and without wasting any space in our backyard. He even helped us lower the fence behind our house because it blocked the pretty view of the forest.

Ive been using Handy Grandpa for years!Hes replaced my water heater, updated the lighting, replaced flooring, etc.But when I was ready to completely remodel my tiny farmhouse kitchen, Handy Grandpa came through! He built ALL of the cabinets and installed them all so that we were ready for the countertop installers! THEN he came BACK to finish the dreamy backsplash!Not only is his work excellent, he is so fun to have around. Always cheerful and eager to help with the next project!

I had one of those nightmare jobs where a bathroom shower pan replacement turned into a major project when dry rot was discovered not only in the floor but the subfloor. This was my tenants only bathroom, and it happened right before Labor Day. This was my first time using Handy Grandpa and Dave did a great job. He works fast and does good work. In record time, he replaced subfloor, floor, installed vinyl plank flooring, replaced the shower, toilet, and drywalled around shower. I will definitely hire him again for handyman work.

Working with Handy Grandpa makes my life so easy!!!! It’s nice to have a company to call for smaller jobs that typically large construction companies won’t deal with. They’ve helped me with small things like installing new light fixtures, furniture assembly, maintenance, tv mounting, and small construction work around my home. They can do big jobs and small jobs - but I love how they are easy to get a hold of, super reliable and great work! Also they are fully licensed and bonded unlike other handymen I’ve encountered. ✨✨✨✨
