    I had a great experience building with Werschay Homes. The whole team was easy to work with, responsive and extremely helpful. A couple of months into the building process, I found out I was expecting twins due 2 weeks after the home was scheduled to be finished. They promised they would hit the deadline and we would be in the home before the twins arrived and they made it happen! I was very impressed from start to finish and I love my new home!

    Werschay built our home Winter through Spring 2019. This was our first time building a home and the experience exceeded our expectations. I am a structural engineer and was very particular about the foundation, framing and insulation phases, especially over the extreme winter weather of early 2019. Their construction methods are truly cutting edge - all aimed at providing a strong and energy efficient home. Their subcontractors have worked together for over a decade and thus sequence their work efficiently which also leads to consistency and total grasp of their respective roles. The interior detailing is astounding. We found them honest and straightforward to do business with. Outstanding experience and my wife and I cannot recommend highly enough!

    It was a wonderful experience building our dream home with Werschay Homes! The process from start to finish was simple and stress free. The team at Werschay was great to work with and they were very helpful with designing our home. They have a great system for choosing all of the finishes and colors. Things stayed on budget and we were updated any time we picked something out above and beyond the original price. We always knew where things were at on the cost of the build. We would highly recommend building with Werschay Homes. We love our new dream home!

    The experience working with David, Mollie, Jim and team was terrific! We were lucky to have built/purchased a model home from them as well as had them sell our last home. Everyone was super easy to work with and always had time to answer questions or address concerns. Communication on both the buy/sell sides was excellent. We were made aware of issues that arose and given practical advice on the sell side, helping to make the right decision for our family. On the buying side, we always knew where things stood in terms of budget and timelines. Our change requests were met with discussion and positivity to ensure we understood the process enabling us to make good decisions.The design and quality of the new home is outstanding! There is not one foot of wasted space. The layout is practical, yet SO cool! The millwork and finishes are top notch, attention to detail is noticed in every corner of the house. Needless to say we are extremely happy with our home!Thank you for building a beautiful home for us and making a process of buying and selling easier with your endless integrity, professionalism and FUN spirit!!

    I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Werschay Homes on my home renovation. Their team operates with the utmost integrity and their creative insight made communicating my vision easy.As a single working mom, this was a scary project to take on for three main reasons:1. I had never done a large renovation.I had heard horror stories about builders taking advantage of homeowners by over charging and taking short cuts so I was very nervous going in to it. Their team was completely transparent and thoughtful about pricing even when I decided to increase the size of the project by about 35%.2. I didnt know when I would find time to make all of the necessary selections.Mollie Werschay followed my Houzz and Pinterest boards and sent me selection ideas via email. The only thing I needed to pick out in person was the flooring. She saved me hours upon hours of time. She was an absolute life saver.3. The Construction MessI never experienced the war-zone of mess that my friends and colleagues had warned me about. Brad and his team were clean, organized, and extremely thoughtful about this. I am very grateful for that.I have to give 5 stars to the painter, Randy Graham, and to Randy from Oak Hill Custom Cabinets too. My cabinets and the mill-work are simply beautiful.Thank you Dave, Mollie, Jim, Brad, and everyone else at Werschay Homes.
