    Amazing experience from initial email inquiring about their process, to the key handover for my custom home. I brought the Kent team a set of plans that I found and liked, and they were able to adjust it to my exact requests, and make my dream home a reality. Communication thru the whole process was clear, the project went super smooth, and the home was done ahead of schedule. Couldn’t have asked for a better team for building my first custom home, and would highly recommend Kent Custom Homes to anyone in the market for a new custom home.

    I dont know where to start so lets start at the beginning. Rylie was great as our sales associate, working with Jen our design consultant was great. She helped us make the right choices to make our house a reflection of our tastes. Mandi keep all our paperwork straight and between them the getting started process was really a snap. Never had to worry about anything and it moved along quickly.Now the build. We had Britton as our project manager and you could not ask for a better partner to help you get what you want in your home. Constantly responsive and always just a call away. You can trust when he says its checked that it is checked. He was also responsive to the change orders and understood the concept of the change, this helped as he was able to articulate to the subs. The subs we had were responsive to him and he managed a good house build. As a Project Manager myself, I know when I am working with a good one.Now lets talk about quality. Everything was very well build and no corners were cut. I assure you, you get what you pay for.Last but not least Nathan who put this team together. With all that is going on he found time to be connected to the project, he was there from start to finish. Our family highly recommends them to your family for your home. (P.S. On time and on budget)

    We recently lost our house to a fire. Nathan (Kent Custom Homes) was an old friend and he volunteered to help us get back on our feet with the demolition, design and reconstruction of our new house. Kent Custom Homes took great personal care with us through the entire process. My wife and I could not be happier with our new house. Nathan, Chrystal, Johnathan, Mike Carver, Jenn, and Justina all worked so hard to help us and we truly appreciate everyones dedication and caring throughout the entire process.We would not hesitate to recommend Kent Custom Homes to anyone.     Wow! Just wow! What a phenomenal home building experience we had with KCH! They came highly recommended from our close friend and because they do “Homes for our Troops”, we knew this was the right choice for us. Mandi and Rylie walked us through the process and helped us decide on the layout that worked best for us. Jenn then expertly helped us through the design and color layout. Joel was the Project Manager and was in constant contact with updates and everything was transparent and upfront. We knew when we could expect construction delays so there were no surprises.     Loved every experience of working with Kent Custom Homes to complete an install on a project we had . Absolute professionalism from every person we were in contact with. Nathan was a huge help in guiding our project so that our dreams were made real.     I cannot recommend KCH enough! We had the best experience with this company. From the very beginning, we felt comfortable and loved that they prepared us for what was to be expected. They have a great process of designing, picking details out, and working with you to stay in budget. Communication was excellent. Mandi is amazing- was so nice and helpful in the beginning, open and honest, we couldn’t have done it without her. Heather and Cameron were the absolute BEST! They both go above and beyond and are they any time you need them. Thank you Heather for keeping everything organized, helping me make a million decisions, and literally being my go-to for every single thing! Cameron rocks he is just so great at his job. He paid attention to every little detail and kept things running smoothly and on time. I could go on and on - but you’re in great hands with this company.

    What really differentiates Kent Custom Homes from local builders in central Florida is their people. The team that worked with us during the build catered to our needs at each phase. Jimmy Daniels, Mandi Justesen, Jenn Hill and Linda Miles were absolute professionals during our project duration. We feel that everybody went above and beyond to make our home exactly what we wanted. I am not exaggerating when I say that this process was as stress-free for us as it could possibly be!     There’s not enough words to even say how great it was to have Kent Custom Homes build our house! From the time we walked in the door and sat with Mandi to go over plans, upgrades and how the process works to sitting with Jenn and picking out all the fun details of our home like flooring, faucets, doors, tile, countertops, modifications and so much more! From Ira, Mike, to Joel as superintendents on the job, they all were great! Joel is new to the team and he was awesome! Anytime we had seen something we questioned, Joel was on top of it and getting it done before we even asked! Big thanks to him and meeting us on the last day to turn over the keys. I would of given him a hug but that 6 feet social distancing got in the way!! Thanks again Kent for making our retirement dream home come true!! You all are the best and I’m gonna miss ya!

    After 6 mos of frustration and being taken for thousands by a another GC, my wife and I searched for a builder to build our home. We had received several bids from known, reputable builders in the area. After long and extensive review, my wife and I decided to use Kent. This decision was not easy as the were on the higher end of all the proposals we had received. During our selection process we sat with all the potential contractors. Jimmy Daniels was the only one who, was forth coming, honest, and straight to the point. He did not try to sell us, only give us what he had promised. And that he did! Kent Custom home built us a home that far exceeded our expectations.We placed a deposit at the time we signed our contract and days later the permit was pulled and the form boards were set! This was a huge relief as our previous contractor had done nothing after 6 mos and our large deposit was gone (which we never got back). Jennifer, was an absolute dream as she kept us up to date on every step of our project and if a question was asked, I had received a honest answer. The absolute professionalism within this company is unmatched! All promises were kept and deadlines were met. If you are considering to build a home, I dare you to find a finer contractor. Do not make the same mistake I did in the beginning, call Kent and you will not be disappointed.

    They put out fast and good quality homes. Polite and professional staff. Everyone on the kent custom home team was great. Starting with mandy who helps you with your plans and everything you want in your home to Justina and Jenn who help you pick out from floors to shower tile cabinets ect.
