I couldnt say enough good things about Brian and Melinda. Every step of the way they were responsive, helpful, and treated us like family. I work for a production builder and there is nothing like a family business and the difference in treatment. I wouldnt want anyone else to build our family a new home other than Bracy. We have lived in our new home for about two months and have received hundreds of compliments of how well the house was built. and the attention to detail. Thank you for everything!

Bracy Builders built our new home. We also needed a storage building. Bracy Builders coordinated the building as well - one stop shopping!! All went very well. We never felt like we were alone in this - Brian offered up suggestions to make our building the best it could be - ie, foam insulation on the entire interior thereby keeping the inside a bit cooler in this Florida heat. The building is great, functional and affordable!

All I have to say is WOW. From the moment we started working with them, Brian and Melinda treated us like family. They are a family business that has been working for over a generation, and the quality of their work is uncomparable to any other builder in the area. Bracy Builders builds homes as if they themselves were living in them. No detail is too small. We are so impressed by the home they built for us and are grateful that we found Bracy Builders in the first place. It is very apparent that the whole team takes pride in their work, and they crafted a home that we are proud to show off. Even our home inspector was impressed! Stating that it’s hard to find bulders who craft with such integrity. The best custom home builder in Osceola County. The build any custom home you could want from 200k to 2 million. They do it the way you would like. It is not done until you approve it. Mine was built in 1994 and we have had no issues whatsoever. Give them a call you wont be disappointed.
