Top notch, when an install error was discovered a year after our hot tub was installed, Smith responded immediately to texts and came out that day ! Very impressed with their customer service. Smith Electric has done work for our condo association, and for my wifes and my home, on several occasions. Weve always been satisfied. Yesterday, Corey was in charge of finding and reconnecting wires, installing outdoor receptacle, putting a timer on hallway lights. It was a pleasure to have him and Boogie on our property. They were friendly, professional, expert, attentive. We highly recommend Smith Electric.

Can not say enough about the professionalism of Smith Electric. Technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and are ALWAYS on time but usually early.Angela is great communicating between me as the customer and the technicians. I had Corey come out first and he saw my issue and then made a suggestion for an upgrade that made my home safer. Again, very reasonable priced due to the work being completed well within the timeframe given. Should be able to give this company a million stars

I’m in a rental, we had an issue with power loss in several outlets. My landlord was able to get Brian and Doug with Smith Electric out quite promptly. They were able to find and repair a bad wire splice inside of a wall attached to an outlet that was still working. Long story short, an outlet sized hole was cut into a closet wall, all power was properly restored and Brian insisted on breaking a stereotype by cleaning up after himself. 👍 Much appreciated, will definitely use and recommend in the future.

The electrician was professional & knowledgeable. He helped me with choices concerning camera placement. He helped me unite my IPhone to all the Ring Devices as well as the Alexa/Echo device. Polite, well mannered young man. He represents excellent customer service. His name is Kevin & I appreciated his helpfulness & his kindness. He got the task completed quickly & efficiently. Honestly, I cant compliment enough!we called 3 companies1 never returned our call1 came and said they would get back to uswith a quote, which 4 days later we have still not received.and then smith electrical.2 sweet young men showed up to do the job, right then!they were quick, and efficientand the best price I could ever have imagined.no upselling, no milking the clock.I will never use anyone else. as a business owner myself, they did it all right!thank you so much!

Smith Electric installed two outdoor power sources for a new grinder pump and high water alarm for sewer connection at my home.From the time I called them, to the estimate review , and installation was one of the best experiences I have had with and electrician since moving here in 2011. They arrived as scheduled , were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. The office staff was incredible!

Excellent service, reattached the electric weatherhead to my house that Matthew pulled off, within an hour of calling. Not only did they do a great job, but the two technicians - George and John - cared enough to clear some branches off my gate that were preventing access to my property.
