Fabulous experience again today....these gents have been my go-to guys for nearly six(6) years. Install hot tub to add lighting and power in closets. Just recently needed an outside box with 30 Amp pulled. Job completed on time and BELOW ESTIMATE...now who does that ? Sam Turner and the whole team at Billy Turner Electrical has helped us out on both routine and complex electrical jobs. They are problem solvers. They are professional. And they have heart. Recently they had a team work overtime to figure out how to get our AC thermostat back online - coordinating with our AC provider. At a time when St Aug is growing and getting more commercial (for better and for worse), these guys are the choice for where professionalism and quality meets caring. Good people!

Extremely pleased with Billy Turner Electric and Sam’s installation of a transfer switch for my generator. They competed the job quickly and throughly, making sure I understood how switched worked along with complete written instructions emailed to me from their office during install. Turner Electric was a referral from a trusted friend. This was the best advice I have received in a long time.From the start, Sam Turner came out and assessed the job, discussed and thoroughly understood the objectives and then gave a quality estimate. As a prep follow up, Sam spoke with a Manufacturers rep to make sure he understood the specifications of the wiring requirements of the appliance we were buying.We made an appointment for about a week out and on the dot of the day expected, Turner Electric was right on time and with all the parts required. Care was taken not to drag in dirt or debris from outside or the attic. After install, everything was swept up and taken away. Prompt, courteous, and professional. We are so pleased and without any reservation make this recommendation and referral to anyone looking to have need of electrical services.And the pleasant surprise ????? Get this....the final bill was 10% LOWER than the estimate we had agreed to....Sam could have pocketed those dollars and Id have been just as happy...so please add INTEGRITY to this recommendation...Id have never known . Having just built this house and believing there was not another source available to start the fire, I made a call to the city. Mr. Turner came to my home the next day. He was so kind, so easy to understand, and very thorough. Since he left I have slept the entire night KNOWING that once again my children and I are safe in our home. We do remodels/renovations as well as new construction, so Sam Turner and his crew(s) do everything from installing light fixtures, outlets and switches to complete rewires and everything electrical on our new construction. Sam is professional and very responsive. The crew is always on time, polite, and knowledgeable. With all of the remodels and renovations we do here in St. Augustine, we have some wacky projects at times but Turner Electric has been quite flexible and always up for doing the job. Sam and billy turner came into our home after having several other electricians out to diagnose and fix a simple problem with a pool heater and install of electrical outlets and lights on a newly constructed dock.. Within minutes theyd diagnosed a problem that had eluded all others, in doing so, saved us a huge hassle and expense. In the last year and change, Ive worked with more than a dozen contractors.
