    I have worked with Neo Electric on small and large projects on my properties here in St. Augustine. Vinny and his team have been able to resolve all electrical issues quickly. From trouble shooting basic failures in circuits to rewiring homes for me. He just completed a project on one of my properties where a previous electrician wired the home improperly and the finisher screwed nails from the base board into the electrical line throughout the whole home. Neo Electric stayed on the job for 12-hrs to make sure the job was done within the timeline provided and needless to say, I am very happy with the communication and the motivation to get the job done in a short time frame. From communication, pricing estimates, and actually getting the job done professionally, Neo Electric is the best in St. Augustine.

    We were in need of emergency electrical service recently, and Neo Electric was able to come out quickly, make the necessary repairs, and had us up and running within 24 hours. Our entire weatherhead had fallen off of the house and live wires were strewn across the street from the house to the neighbors yard. We are so very thankful for this company’s experience, expertise and willingness to take care of this project one day before a hurricane. We now know who to call for all our electrical needs.     The guys from Neo Electric did a great job. We’re very pleased. Excellent communication and very tidy. We’ve had lots of contractors in & out of our new build home, and these guys were by far the cleanest. Very respectful and even noted our no-shoes in the house policy and removed theirs before I even had the chance to ask. Will definitely use them for all electrical needs in the future.

    This was divine intervention. I met Vinny and through our brief conversation I found out he was an Electrician and worked for Neo Electric, a locally owned company in both St. Augustine and Jacksonville. I am “newer” in the area and do not have a phone full of contacts when I need something done. I am also a new widow and this stuff has never been my forte. Vinny came right then, looked at what I needed done (replacement of electrical box to get it up to code), gave me a quote and a hug for my losses. He got me scheduled and had the job done before Christmas. The two guys that came out were professional, thorough and completed the job in the time frame they had said.     We were in need of emergency electrical service at our home. I called on Sunday and Brandon arrived as promised at 0700 on Monday. Our issue required coordination with FPL and some new parts. They worked with us through texts all week and got us up and running again that Friday. A great group of caring professionals from owner down! Highly recommend.

    Hands down, one of the best companies I have ever done business with! As soon as I called for a problem, they promised to take care of it immediately and they certainly did! Even though it was late and after business hours, here they were, working at my home, just to make my family and I weren’t left in the dark!!! No voice mail, no promise to call back, and no “we’ll get back to you tomorrow!” From the moment I called, it was just straight honesty, sincerity, kindness, and trust, without trying to take advantage!     I ordered a ring door bell camera, called neo electric and they were here within the next hour, they did professional work and were in and out so fast!     Vinny is not only a great electrician, he is a good person and neighbor. Vinny identified 3 separate problems that were causing electrical problems that were caused by another builder-hired electrician.     Joe and his team were very responsive to our situation of a partial loss of power. They sent their technician, Brandon which operated very methodically to eliminate each area that could be problematic. This allowed him to pinpoint the issue and and resolve it completely in just about 30 minutes. Very quick and efficient.     Great overall experience with Neo Electric. After searching for an electrician, I stumbled upon Neo (while in the car)…- one phone call and they had an electrician at my home the following morning. I’ve had several issues with my new build that simply could not wait for a warranty team to come out and take of . The Neo electrician (Frenel) clearly identified himself upon arrival, was courteous and put in his shoe covers (always appreciated ) and let me walk him through the issues. After a thorough check of my electrical panel, problematic switches and wiring miscues , Frenel went to work.Step by step he guided me through the process and proposed fixes and what was needed. Upon completion (panel, 2 switches , and wiring of a third) Frenel again walked me through the fixes. From start to finish a great experience and will certainly be using Neo for all my electric needs/repairs. Thank you Neo Electric!

    I found good reviews for this company on Google Maps. I called the company, received a very friendly welcome from the person who answered the phone, and she had the owner call me back within 90 minutes with an estimate, and a promise to do the work right away. The technician who came out, Brandon, did an excellent job. He was very diligent and patient. Cleaned up after he was done. This was an install for a Tesla wall charger and a surge protector for the whole household. During the time, Brandon was here, owner Vinnie showed up and Introduced himself. Overall, I would write this a highly positive experience, and would recommend this company.!

    Unbelievable customer service! They helped me w installing some a Nest doorbell and thermostats we were having issues with. Brandon was super nice and super fast.     I highly recommend Neo Electric. In my 2 dealings with this company, I found that they are highly professional, reasonable, and work above and beyond to help you.The first time I dealt with this company was during the 4th of July. I was in the process of purchasing a house, but the seller’s electrician was charging them an astronomical amount for electrical work. This nearly caused the deal to fall through. I called several companies around this holiday, but Neo Electric (specifically Vinny) was the only one that responded to me and listened to my concerns. Ultimately, the seller used Neo Electric instead and we were both pleased with the work they completed and the amount they charged.The second time I dealt with this company was recently. My wife and I had concerns with an outdoor electrical outlet that was attached to a longer pole. We heard ringing coming from this outlet, which persisted after we replaced it ourselves. I then called Vinny, who mentioned that there were no available techs due to the upcoming holiday weekend, but he helped troubleshoot the problem. He could have easily ended my call but he took the time to help me over the phone. I am so impressed by this company and will continue to going to them for the electrical needs of my home.

    I had a great experience with Vinny and Pedro. Vinny got back to me on a holiday weekend and had technician Pedro out at my rental property within 30 minutes.     Messaged Neo Electric based on a recommendation for a neighbor and couldnt be happier. Fair pricing, even was able to move the appt up a day as some jobs cleared up which was awesome! The plug for our EV was installed in a perfect spot to reach both car spaces and they cleaned up after themselves to make it look like they were never there. Absolutely recommend this local company for your needs!

    There was an electrical burning smell coming from my kitchen and I called about 10 electricians to help. Vinny was so quick to respond and was at my house the next day.     Wonderful experience. Six lighting fixtures were put up, one a last minute request. Electricians were licensed, professional, capable and accommodating. They cleaned up afterwards. The owner, Vinny, also made helpful suggestions and pointed out a grounding wire that had been cut by mowers that needed to be addressed. Would highly recommend to others.

    Neo Electric showed up on time, worked around my crazy schedule, and identified a potential disaster for my family. Turns out our old surge protector (from the electric company!) wasnt up to the job after a recent lightning strike. We lost a ton of appliances and electronics, but thankfully Neo installed a proper one and my family is now safe. Huge thanks to their amazing serviceNeo Electric, also performed a comprehensive 8-point inspection of the homes electrical system on the same day they installed the surge protector. They did it free of charge too. They assured me that my home and family are safe from electrical hazards.Additionally, it was very reassuring that the owner of the company answered the phone and personally came to my house when he realized how close I lived near him.

    I hired Neo Electric to upgrade our lighting through out the house. Vincenzo walked the home and shared great ideas on recessed lighting and installing smart dimmers.     Best 1st time service experience with NEO ELECTRIC. Everyone was exceptional! Professional, personable and efficient.I recently bought a home and had my first experience of a power surge from a lightning storm on a Friday night losing a bunch of items in my house. Not knowing an electrician off hand that I was comfortable with, I googled electricians and called a few that never answered there 24/7 phones or they answered and gave me an insane price and basically told me it’s cheaper if we come out next week. I just felt they did not want to be bothered my problem. Then I came across NEO ELECTRIC and at 1am on Saturday morning I called and the owner Vicenzo Moscato answered my call IMMEDIATELY!! . I explained to him I had numerous items such as my garage door, tankless water heater, lights and other house hold items not working. He spent time on the phone explaining what happened because this was my first home and my first experience of a storm surge. He was willing to send a technician at this time but I was ok with waiting until the next later in the day. Vincenzo himself came mid morning to diagnose the situation for me and guide me through my next steps. Don’t let me forget the best part…his price to come out on a Saturday was Amazingly reasonable!!!! He was so professional and quick with all the paperwork I needed for my insurance company. Vincenzo educated me so much on home surge protectors that once I had my items fixed in my home I had Neo Electric return to install a home surge protector. a technician was sent on a day I requested and he was just as professional and polite.This has been one of my best experiences since I moved here with prompt services, and reasonable prices.     After trying 5 other companies on July 4th weekend to be told maybe sometime next week. I called Neo Electric from a Google ad. The owner came out in a few hours on Saturday and assessed my issues and his techs worked all day Sunday and Monday and all issues are now fixed.     Our bathroom light started flashing (like a strobe light). We contacted this business on a Sunday (4/2) and we got a call back the same day. We were considering trying to do the job ourselves, but by Tuesday decided we would rather just have a professional come out and get it done. We called Neo Electric again and spoke with Joey. He was up front and let us know pricing, etc. and then got us scheduled for same day at 2:00 p.m. (giving us time to go pick out new light fixtures since we believed after speaking with them by phone it was an issue with the fixture and not wiring). The technician, Fernel, was on time, removed the one light fixture, tested the wiring to make sure there wasnt an issue with wiring, inspected the light fixture and showed us it was defective, he clearly communicated with us and let us know what he found and was doing, he installed two boxes to house the wiring and better support the light fixtures before installing them, and then installed them, then cleaned up so he didnt leave any mess behind--all in just a little bit over an hour. Joey was quick to respond, get us answers, get us on the schedule, and made sure we got the military discount when we called up after the job was done to pay. Fernel was on time, professional, clearly extremely experienced and knowledgeable in dealing with electrical issues and fixtures, and quickly got the job done while keeping us informed and making sure the job was to our satisfaction when completed. We will definitely be calling them again for any electrical issues or jobs at our house.

    We had an electricity related emergency Saturday late evening and left messages with several after hours places, strictly off of Google reviews. At 10:30pm, we called Neo Electric and they immediately answered. It was Vinny, the owner. He talked to us by phone for 30 mins trouble shooting, he concluded it was possibly a bad breaker and he graciously offered to come out early the next morning so we could get to Jags tailgate on time. 😁 Then, it was determined to be a MUCH more serious problem...an electrical fire had occurred and accurately tripped the breaker. He was able to hunt down the issue, explained everything along the way and fix the real issue...preventing what was guaranteed to be a devastating event. Highly recommend!!

    The customer service is nothing short of impeccable! I called for an estimate late last week to get two additional outlets installed to plug in appliances.     The team came same day. They had to rip old nonexistent pieces out of our main panel only to find out wrong non-compatible pieces were placed from last electrician. Vinny had to come support the others in this but had the house back up and running quickly.     Santos from Neo Electric was amazing! We purchased and moved into our home May of 2022, new build, and every time we would run the washing machine all the lights in our house would blink.     My wife and I were looking for a locally owned Electrical company with a focus on Electricity! … what we found was a hidden gem. NEO electric is a genuine stone, they surpassed my expectations. I was just looking for a fair deal, an actual diagnosis of my electrical issues, and a professional that cared enough to explain the issues to me in a manner in which it was easy to understand. I will refer to the electrician that came to our house as the professional from New Jersey (only because I failed to ask for his name and I believe, that’s where he said he was from)…With that being said I got a great deal, every issue was addressed, the professional educated me on what was wrong and what he was going to do to correct the issue, and all of that was done quickly. The professional cleaned up the workspace once the job was finished and to top it off I received a phone call from the owner. I also forgot to to mention that this all happened the same day I called, maybe I got lucky but the previous 27 5 star reviews can’t be a coincidence.
