Can electricians/electrical companies get any better than Pier Electric? Pier Electric sets the bar for me and is my Jacksonville go-to.From the responsiveness, to the quality workmanship, to the seamless transaction, to the automated receipt. Pier Electrics no hassle, quick quote and turn around time was superb.I got the job quoted by a few different companies and Vlads straight forward and familiarity with what Teslas specifications were on point. From the torqueing, to the code he knew it all.Vlad came right on time, knocked the EV charger out in no time with peace of mind. ☆☆☆☆☆s For Sure 🌹🌹!! True Professional Organization 🌹🌹🌹 !! Pier Electric was contacted reference our purchase of a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq home charging system by Qmerit. Vlad, owner of Pier Electric called to set up an appointment. August 3, 2024 (Saturday), there was an opening, YES Saturday !! We locked the appointment in between 9 AM - 11 AM on 8/3.Guess what? Vlad was knocking on our door at 9:30 AM in Crescent City, FL. no less, incredible !! What contractor makes an appointment and actually shows up On Time & Early in the appointment window?? Qmerit contacted me on Friday for installation with Pier Electric. Vladimir contacted me and we set appointment for Monday at 7am. He was on time and very professional. Explained how everything works and did an excellent job. Will highly recommend this company.

I bought a new Ford F150 Lightning and contacted several installers for my charging station. Pier Electric was the least expensive. On the install day Vlad showed up on time. He had to install a new circuit breaker as the one I have was full. He got the job done quickly and was very kind answering all kinds of questions I had. A couple months later I had a problem with the charger and Ford said to contact the installer. I called Vlad at 9:00 pm on a Friday expecting to leave a message to set up an appointment. Vlad actually answered my call and was at my house AT 11:00 PM ON A FRIDAY. Quite unexpected. He looked at the charger, saw that it had power and took a video to show Ford. That was helpful in Ford expediting a new charger to me. Pier Electric is now my go-to for any electric needs I may have. Professional, friendly, and reasonable prices. If you need an electrician, call Pier Electric.

Diligence and professionalism define Vlad, owner of Pier Electric, a company affiliated with Qmerit, and engaged in the installation of an Ultium Level 2 Charger for my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq Sport 3. Rather than run exposed encased wiring within the garage, from the panel to the charger, Vlad was determined to conceal it within the walls and attic, a much more difficult but desirable task. As a retired Professional Engineer, I observed his tenacity in getting this accomplished. The end result was perfection. My strong recommendation, if you purchase an electric vehicle, and want a home charger installed, consider no other company but Pier Electric to do the job!
