    Nelson Brothers is my go-to plumber for everything water related. Been using them for a year or so and they have addressed everything Iā€™ve asked them to look at. I have a well and had low pressure after a previous plumber used 3/4ā€ pex and lots of 90 and straight connectors that were killing pressure and volume. Iā€™ve had them replumb my supply side from my well, thru my water filter setup and water heater with 1ā€ copper and water pressure is now much better. They have been back to remove and reinstall my kitchen plumbing when I replaced my countertops, and many minor repairs. They always fix what I need plus they offer suggest things to improve the systems. Johnathan and Andrew have been out and they have been great. Rick is the master plumber / head guy and he always is available to talk thru issues too. They all do an awesome job and you canā€™t go wrong using them for your plumbing needs.

    Mitch was really great as was his assistant Brendan. The existing sewer tried to be hard to replace but both of them rose to the task and prevailed mightily. They needed to find a clean, strong, piece of pipe to latch the new system onto and ended digging right to the footing of the house to find it. Under very tight quarters, they were able to cut the pipe straight and are set up for another good day tomorrow in order to have my sewer system operational again. A plan is in place and I see them executing it flawlessly.Day 2 arrived, the old pipe was removed as was additional dirt from the trench. They tied onto the piece of solid pipe and reconstructed my sewer system. Its beautiful. We can run water from any of the toilets and sinks, and we can do laundry again. I dont remember the last time a hot shower felt so good!

    I highly recommend Nelson Brothers Plumbing. I had a backup in my kitchen sink and knew the pipes under the kitchen sink had to be replaced. Bob Main was dispatched to take care of the problem. Bob was both knowledgeable and efficient. In less than 1 hour my kitchen was back in full service. I feel the price I paid for quality work was fair, and I will definitely use Nelson Brothers Plumbing if I have plumbing or sewer issues in the future

    I really appreciate Nelson Bros. coming out so quickly. I had a horrible chemical smell coming in through the laundry tub. I honestly was freaking out when I called. Danielle was amazing and was able to have Jonathan come out really quickly. He was super efficient and finally found the source. While its not what wanted to hear, he explained his operation manager would reach out with a plan of action. This company did a huge sewer job in my backyard about 4 years ago. Everything turned out great. Would highly recommend this company. Great experience all round from the first call to the plumber onsite.

    Nelson Bros Plumbing is such an easy company to work with. Master Plumber Rick was AMAZING and able to get me scheduled quickly, arrived timely, and assessed work need (which was completed all wrong by shade tree handyman). Service appt scheduled quickly, received text alert reminder and anticipated arrival. Jesse was so WONDERFUL to work with. Educated me on what service needs should be.     Everything was fantastic from making the appointment, staying informed with appointment updates and reminders to completing the work. Johnathan, the plumber, showed up on time as scheduled, efficiently completed the work and was professional throughout the whole time here.     I called for an estimate on fixing an old concrete laundry tub drain. I spoke with Jeremy who listened to my clumsy explanation and knew exactly what I was talking about. He explained the process, asked a few questions and gave me a detailed, itemized estimate much lower than another plumbing company who could not give me an estimate until a plumber came to my home to see the problem. Nelson Brothers is now my plumbing contact. Knowledge, experience, and professionalism.

Performed a shower fixture replacement and added an access panel with no issues, and even nailed the estimate on both cost and time.     I have used Nelson Brothers Plumbing before and I definitely intend to continue using their services.Brandon did a great job helping me today. He evaluated the gurgling drain problem and cleaned out the sewer drain, cutting all the accumulated tree roots out. The gurgling of the drain subsequently stopped, and now it flows freely. I appreciate that he also took time to explain the process to me and answer all my questions.

    Nelson Brothers came out to fix a leak on the waste line from our toilet. The plumber showed up on time and was polite. He showed me what the problem was and gave an estimated price. He was able to fix the leak the same day. He had to cut through some PVC to fix the waste line. He did a great job of cleaning up all the plastic cuttings. I would highly recommend Nelson Brothers. Ill definitely be using them again.

    Had several plumbing issues. Jesse came first-fixed some easy things and diagnosed the bigger (sewer/sump) issue. Called the office & arranged for Mitch to come out the same day to snake the sump & sewer lines.Both were very good, friendly & knowledgable. I have used Nelson Brothers for many many years & never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

    Our bathroom sink was too clogged for plunging so I called Nelson Brothers. They sent Bob out and he worked the clog, which was too extensive to have been able to get it with a plunger, until he finally cleared it out. He then cleaned up the vanity and floor. We use Nelson Brothers for all our plumbing issues. They put in a new water heater for us last year. They do an excellent job and their prices are reasonable. Our HCAC company asked what we paid for the water heater as they offer the same one. Nelson Brothers was $400 less.

I was told by Jeremy (I think was his name) that between 1-5 someone would be out to my home. 12:45 a gentleman by the name of Jesse was there. Demeanor was on point from the start.     Thank you Nelson Brothers for sending Creith Bennet. He fixed a leaky faucet that 2 plumbers and a handyman wouldnā€™t/couldnā€™t fix because itā€™s a pedestal sink??? A plumber from a different company came, ran the water for several minutes then advised me to change the fixture which would have cost $1000+ for parts alone because I have two sinks. He left and had the gaul to charge me $175 for the service call! Some people are just crooked.So the faucet dripped for over a year and Creith took care of it in no time. He also fixed a leaky pipe that damaged a wall in a very thoughtful way. He is undoubtedly very skillful and to add, personable and honest. He works neatly and takes great care of property. I will be requesting him for all future plumbing issues. Thank you Creith!

I stress easy and I thought ā€œ I wonder how long itā€™s gonna take to get an appointment, I hope itā€™s not super expensiveā€ but they were able to come out the same day that I called, they fixed my problem quick, both guys were professional, super friendly and explained everything and the price was so reasonable I still canā€™t believe the price I paid. I never write reviews but I had to on this company and these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you will not be sorry!!

    The technician was absolutely fantastic. His name is CREITH. He was very mannerable and Nelson brothers gave me an absolute price that I just couldnt believe everybody else tried to take me to the cleaners. I am a widow in my 70s. And this was more affordable.
