    We had a serious plumbing issue with our sewer lines and Wasden plumbing was so helpful in finding the issue and coming up with a fair and reasonable plan to replace all our sewer lines. The team was professional and did great work. Several months after the job we had water out in front of the house, Matt came out serveral times at no charge to confirm we had no leaks. Turned out it was a City of Plano issue. I would highly recommend Wasden plumbing for any plumbing repair.

    Matt Jackson with Wasden Plumbing spent time thoroughly trying to find a small water leak which included a pressure test. Though the small leak was not located, he outlined the process for us to watch and when to call for them to conduct a stethoscope test.     Another great experience with Wasden Plumbingā€¦10-18-24ā€¦Brendan and Aaron came out today and installed a hot water heater, with complications, but these guys worked as a team to fix things and prevent me costly damage. They also fixed a toilet, a sink issue and installed an outdoor faucet. Brendan and Aaron were very respectful of my property and my requests, they did everything with a smile and professionalism and answered all my questions. These days itā€™s hard to find great people but Wasden never disappoints. Im highly satisfied with the work completed today and the continued dependability of this company.Update: Wasden had to come back out to add a part, and since it was related to the initial call, all I was charged for was the part. Wasden has the wow factor ,they are good business folks who do the right thing for the benefit of the customer.. Integrity at its finest!From the phone call to initiate the service to the time itā€™s completed Wasden made me feel like I was the most important call of the day.     Weve used Wasden Plumbing several times in the past few months. We first called on them to fix issues that another local plumber caused and to continue troubleshooting what we thought to be a foundation leak. Fortunately, they were more thorough than the previous contractors we used and they located the issue quickly and provided a quote. They ended up making the repair in significantly less time than anticipated and proactively adjusted the invoice in our favor. Most recently, theyve replaced several angle valves and the kitchen faucet.Overall, they have been responsive and communicated clearly from beginning to completion. The whole team has been great but special thank you to Tyson and Jake who have come out the last couple times and have been quick, efficient, and professional. Hopefully, it will be awhile before we need their help again but I will definitely use them for all future repairs and projects.

    We had a major lightning strike near our house that caused several of our electric devices to break. Wasden Plumbing was able to fit us into their schedule the next day to evaluate our tankless water heaters. At first, they thought they might be able to repair the modules but found out the mother boards were discounted 3 years ago. They got us back in the schedule quickly to install a new tankless water heater. The team was always on time and did a great job on the installation. I would recommend Wasden Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

    We needed a hand sink installed for our business and Wasden was recommended on our local Woodcreek Page. Leann was very friendly and got me on the books very quickly for an estimate. Matt, who came to look at the space, was on time, communicative and professional. After we approved the estimate, we were placed on the books very quickly and Tyson and Jeff showed up to do the install. They were on time, they were friendly, they did a professional install and if we need plumbing services in the future, we will use them again!

I saw one of their guys, possibly the owner, stop his truck in the middle of Buckner this morning to remove a hazardous car bumper that was in the roadway.     I work for a foundation repair company. I regularly use and/or recommend Wasden Plumbing any time one of my customers has a plumbing issue. This time it was my own home that needed their assistance. I needed a fresh water and sewer line leak test done before I myself had foundation repair work completed. I actually reached out to Jonathan, the owner, as he was just starting his day, and asked him if he had any spots available that day or the following Monday. He happen to have two spots available the same day, which was fabulous, because they are always so busy!Tyson was dispatched to my house to complete the leak tests, showed up way earlier than expected and got to work.     I called on a Sunday as I was having some leak issues when trying to install a water filter under the sink. And also my garbage disposal had leaked water which was another issue. I texted Wasden Plumbing and they were able to fit me in right away. I went to Home Depot and purchased a new disposal plus power cord and Alec was there within the hour of us returning from the store to install it for us plus check the leak issue from the filter. He was great to work with and excellent at his work. I definitely recommend Wasden Plumbing. We have used them previously a few times for other issues like installing a different type of kitchen faucet and also replacing our water heaters. All of it worked out very well.

    Scheduling an appointment with Wasden Plumbing was truly a pleasant experience. Initially spoke with Leann to schedule the appointment. I called a few plumbers, and Leann was the only front desk person who could answer any plumbing questions, she was very informative and helpful. Then I received text msgs when the appt was scheduled, another when Matt (the tech) was en route, as well as another when he arrived. Loved that, as I dont like constantly looking out the window or checking my phone hoping I didnt miss them bc I went to the bathroom or something. Now on to Matt, the technician who did the service call; great guy, genuinely helpful, provided a lot of information without ANY sort of high pressure sales tactics. Matt explained to me what would need to replaced even suggested I might be able to tackle it myself if I was so inclined (I am not, but loved that honesty). Matt promptly texted me an estimate for the quoted job within ten mins of leaving my house. (Also can I just say I appreciate that the use of text, rather than asking for my email, Wasden really has their customer service tech on point.)After the conclusion of my first experience with Wasden, I can say I will happily have them complete the work and would feel very comfortable referring them to anyone in need of their services.

    Wasden came out on a holiday weekend to repair our tankless water heater. They were very timely, curteous, and knowledgeable. They repaired the water heater, and allowed us to get back to our family time without the inconvenience of no hot water. We will use Wasden for any future plumbing needs.

    Original water heater for the house went out. Called Wasden plumbing and spoke to Jonathan who was very friendly and accommodating. Jonathan came out the same day to assess the situation and told me he could replace the water heater the next day. I was in a pinch going into the weekend and called a few other places to check the price he gave me. Jonathan was cheaper by a few hundred bucks and was back out the following day, which was a Saturday, replacing the water heater. Within 24 hrs I had a new water heater! Excellent customer service, very friendly, reliable, would highly recommend!

    I was at a plumbing supply store in Rockwall, needing to buy a washer to fix a leaking spigot. They didnt have the washer in stock, but Mr. Wasden heard my discussion with the store personnel, and said he had exactly what I needed in his truck. He got me the washer he thought would work for me, and then got me one of every washer he thought may work, and one of them worked perfectly. He didnt ask for anything in return. It is rare to find someone with this type of helpful attitude, and I felt that it must be commended.
