    I have use Pope Plumbing for quite a few years, they are always so professional and helpful, they are quick to call me back and always give me an estimate before starting any work. Dawson was one of the Technichinas I have worked with and he was truly amazing. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. If you ever need a plumber, I highly recommend POPE PLUMBING. They are my go to, Its nice to have a company I can call and not feel like a was taken to the cleaners. They are honest and I feel very affordable.

    Pope Plumbing. I was going to use them on a foundation leak. There was some confusion with scheduling so I heard somebody else. I left Pope a bad review. But Was very impressed when they reached out to me after the fact to resolve the situation and to make good. Will consider using them again. Not many companies will actually reach out to you and try to make it right like they did. I will give them another try... Update... 1/19/21. I had Pope Plumbing come out and replace a garbage disposal. They did excellent work and in a timely manner at a price I could afford. Very pleased with the results.

    I hired Pope Plumbing on Thursday to come on Friday March 26, 2021 to fix what appeared and ultimately was a minor leak in my supply line near my water meter.The repair was completed in a few hours and I promptly paid the bill. Good fix; no more leak.

    Its 2024 and Ive been using Pope plumbing since 2008 when I purchased my house. Initially, they replaced a vitrified clay pipe sewer pipe with PVC due to some trees and some other issues. More recently, I needed to replace a grey water drain for a shower and today they replaced my toilet flange and updated some piping under the house. I even had them reseat a second toilet that was wobbly. My pier & beam house is located in NE Dallas and they continue to be very professional, honest & affordable.

    I have used Pope Plumbing for years because I have found them to be a business that does very good work and stands by their work, should a problem arise. Most recently I had a cartridge in a shower valve replaced. Dawson did the job quickly and without fuss or mess. I subsequently had to have the main valve replaced at the same location as the new cartridge. Dawson returned (I had asked for him) and he and his associate, Roberto, were able to replace the valve without removing any tile. That method caused them to have to cut an access hole that was blocked by a fire break. Somehow they managed to do the repair cleanly.Dr. Lucas

    At my job I was calling around for a same day plumber and no one could help. I stumbled on Pope in google search. They were there in one hour. Absolute best customer service and professional work. Fast forward to last week. PVC burst. They were there in a hour. They worked two days over the water, we float on the water. In cold weather all day. Yancey made sure there were no leaks and his helper was super nice.. Major repair at a great price. Professional. I am so impressed. I will never call anyone else again. We found our partner.

    I was provided world class customer service from my very first phone call I made to Pope Plumbing. A technician arrived in a very timely manner and determined I had a slab leak.     I had contacted them via a referral from my neighbor to look at the drain line of my air conditioner in the attic. The original line did not have the proper drop angle & the air conditioning repair wanted to raise the entire system! Would have costs a thousand or more.Pope plumbing came out, gave me a very reasonable estimate, came when they said they would and did a great job.Highlt recommend them!

    Contacted Pope Plumbing yesterday to perform a few toilet replacements in my house. They came out the next day, were prompt, courteous, professional, and fixed other various issues as they worked towards the goal without being asked or making it our problem.     Really good experience with these guys. We sent a message at midnight asking to set up an appointment on short notice, and we received acknowledgment by 1 AM. We got in for 4:15 PM the next day. Our plumber Kevin was great, very friendly and explained what he was doing in detail. The only reason for 4/5 stars is that he was about 20 minutes late, and didnt get any communication at all from the office regarding the work requested. Once we said what we wanted, we were able to get a quote and the work done within the expected timeframe. Overall would definitely recommend.

    What an outstanding experience! I contacted the office and got a hold of Jennifer. She seemed genuinely concerned about our issues. Our water heater was out, I had a faucet that needed be replaced and we drainage problems in 2 different sinks. She sent out Mike and Alex who were very courteous and extremely professional! They got everything taken of very quickly. Considering all the work that needed be done I thought it was a reasonable price! I highly recommend this company and will use their services again!

    Great Experience! Had a plumbing issue on New Years day. Pope was the first company to get to me. The technician they sent out was knowledgeable and professional (he won the job immediately).     We are remodeling a guest bathroom and ran into a problem where the overflow pipe broke at the slab. They came out the same day I called, gave me a great estimate, and performed the service without having to jack hammer the floor. With their estimate they gave us several different solutions on how to fix the broken pipe. They also installed a new manifold.Very friendly, professional, and saved us a ton of money...and frustration. I highly re commend them for all plumbing needs.     I use Pope because I know they are going to do the job RIGHT. I recently had a leak in my bathroom caused by a messed up phalange, and Jacob did a great job with the repair. I was a little concerned that my flooring around the repair would have to be replaced, but Jacob and his partner were able to put it back perfectly. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the quality of their work.

    Contacted Pope Plumbing via Messenger through Facebook, and they responded within 15-minutes. Arranged a technician to my home within the hour and waived the service fee. What did I have to lose - free consult/estimate, and no cost to me if I said no. Yancy arrived, reviewed my problem, and provided a quote. Since I was a veteran, he offered a (IMHO) significant discount on labor. I agreed to the repair, and he did everything perfect; actually, the repair exceeded my expectations. Very (very) happy with Pope Plumbing, and Yancy the plumber will be my first call for any plumbing needs.

    Thanks to Pope plumbing for placing my plumbing problem on top of the priority list this morning. My bathroom and bedroom was flooded due to a broken fixture from the supply line to the toilet. Chris, the technician came within specified time range. He was very pleasant and courteous, explained well what had caused the problem. 5-star for courtesy of personnel from the receptionist to technician, ability to prioritize issues and response time. Quite a different experience I had previously with another plumbing company in Rowlett that was was rude and unprofessional.

    Jason did a very good job on the difficult replacement of a tub P-trap and drain line for an upstairs bathroom in a rental apartment I manage. He carefully gained access through the downstairs ceiling to avoid an otherwise extensive repair.The result was an efficient repair saving both time and money for the landlord and minimizing inconvenience for his tenant. During the process Jason let me know of each step and the estimated cost. The result was an invoice for exactly what he had estimated...a fair expense, given the project.In the office, Jessica was helpful setting the appointment and alerting me prior to Jasons arrival. Jasons manager, David was patient when answering my questions and concerns.

    My kitchen sink was clogged and overflowed when our upstairs neighbors ran water in their sink. Totally unexpected and a mess. My son and I bailed the sink and Popes technician came the next day.
