    This was the first time I used this company. I had an outdoor faucet leak. Scheduling online is simple. They follow up with a phone call and text. They send a picture of your technician when he is on the way. They arrive on time and are professional. They gave me pricing up front with a best case and worst case scenario. The repair was quick and efficient and they showed me my outside water shut offs. I could not be more pleased. Trevor was awesome and he kept me updated on the progress. I was pleased with the price and there was a discount for paying in full. They also informed me of their service plan, but there was no pressure to buy. I will definitely use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

    Very professional and courteous. Impressed with his expertise. Called Total before noon and 2 techs and a Supervisor showed up by 3PM.Alan and his helper were terrific to work with throughout the process. They are now the “go to” guys on finding and repair of a leak under a slab & tunneling to complete the repair. Great work guys!

    Trevor was a good listener to what I requested in order to establish where we had a leak under or possibly in the foundation on how I wanted it troubleshooted. They did a great job and found the issue. I am giving them a 5 star for his service and his coworker. I will say the estimate to repair will cost you more with a company like this than your average plumber and we declined to use them for the repair. Everything else was great!

    This review is not meant to discourage anyone from using their services, but rather to share my personal experience. I contacted Total Plumbing on a Monday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the following morning at 9 AM. The person I spoke with assured me that the appointment time was firm, not a window. However, the technician arrived a little after 10 AM—not a huge issue, but worth mentioning.The technician was friendly and professional, and used a long cable to unclog my drain. The entire visit lasted under 20 minutes. My only concern is the cost—$275 for such a quick job seems excessive. While the work was completed, I feel the pricing should better reflect the amount of labor involved.

    I called Total Plumbing for a leak test as some of my wood floors started bowing. Jonathan and Fabian were great! Both were very professional and very nice! They explained everything to me and made sure I was happy and understood before moving on. The performed the leak test and confirmed there was a leak. They then found the leak and repaired. They cleaned everything up after themselves and again, made sure I was happy with the work. I would definitely recommend Total Plumbing for your next Plumbing needs. And if you can, ask for Jonathan and Fabian as they rocked!

    Total plumbing responded to my call and scheduled service within a couple hours. Robert did an excellent job explaining everything that was being done and educated me on reasons for foundation plumbing leaks. ***Update...Jonathan came out the very day to pressure test and found the leak. He repaired same day. Overall, Im very satisfied with the whole experience and Total plumbing will be my go-to for future needs.

    Total Plumbing has been a company we have done business with for years. They have replaced all the toilet, shower heads, faulty hot water heater and unclog drains. Today Carlos Gonzalez was our plumbing Tech. He inspected all our sinks and unclogged 2 sinks and the primary bathroom bath tub. He was very thorough with his inspection and got my sinks and tub working great. I would definitely recommend Total Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. They have been a great company to do business with.

    James and Dillon (Im pretty sure that was his name) were great. They knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Gave me several options, including my wish list way, and the cost of each option. I was surprised after all that, that actually stayed to fix it yet that day instead of scheduling to come back again!! When they left I had a functioning tub/shower. James even figured out there was something not right with my circuit breaker not getting enough current to my hot water heater - totally not their job - so I dont go to replace something that doesnt need it (instead look at the circuit box).     Water heaters broke and Total Plumbing came in less than 24 hours. Joe and his assistant were very kind and completed the replacement within a couple of hours and did a great job.     SPECTACULAR is what I say about Doctors Nick & Justin. My 1970s sewer line broker not just under the house but embedded in the massive amount of concrete these dinosaur builders poured long ago. Nick surgically chipped around tremendous amount of concrete to expose the troubled areas so as not to damage what was still good. After 3 days they completed the very small space and repaired everything and made it 2024 perfect 👍 I will recommend everyone at TOTAL PLUMBING and Nick, Justin, Trevor and Jackson all day long THANK YOU 👍🏠😀

    I have a french drain that needs clearing, with 4” plastic corrugated pipes, using a heavy duty auger is not an option. Nick was very transparent about what he can and cannot do. In the end, we agree that it was worth a shot to use a smaller auger to clear out some of the debries in the pipe. I just want to thank Nick for the transparency of the work, I felt very comfortable with the work going into this. If I have a plumbing need in the future, I would definitely call Total Plumbing Service again.

    Josh Luna and partner, with Total Plumbing Service, did a great job and helped us out with a big problem ! We had out of state family arriving the next day. Out of the blue, both bathroom sinks were stopped up. No amount of drano or plunging helped.Total Plumbing Service was able to identify the problem which was actually connected to a pipe in the attic. They added an additional part to a pipe in the attic. Our bathroom sinks are draining perfectly!! Thank you Total Plumbing Service for correcting our problem in plenty of time for our guests! We definitely recommend this excellent business!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
