We had an issue with our Breaker box and our technician Joe LaCombe did a great job of explaining the issue and conducting an electrical safety inspection of our home which pointed out issues which needed to be addressed. We worked with Joe to address these issues quickly. We would recommend Mr. Electric for all electrical needs.

Had a wonderful first experience with Mr. Electric. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was very professional and I felt comfortable asking questions. The level of work was excellent, and the complimentary home safety check revealed a lot of issues that we wouldnt have known about, for which we are very grateful as we live in an older home.

Kept us updated to the point of within 5 minutes of arrival time. Fixed a mess created by another company. The electrician who came out (James) was very professional and did not negatively critique the other companies work but rather focused on getting it corrected. Will us again.

My experience has mostly been great. Recently, we encountered the same issue we had a couple years ago. The issue was apparently not solved then. Hopefully, it will be resolved this time. Both techs were great in dealing with the issues both times. They were clear and concise in the work that needed to be done. And they executed the work properly, as our power was restored in both cases. My issue is Mr. Electric systems. I had to tell the new tech about the work that was performed two years ago. The tech also tried to sell the Advantage Plan to us again. This also happened when I called to make the service appointment. The rep who answered the phone tried to sell the Advantage Plan to me. We are on the Advantage Plan and have paid for it. I expect your techs and reps to be aware of our status as customers. We should not need to remind your staff of our status. Other than this, we are very pleased with your service.

My parents house next door was struck by lightning. They are elderly. They called their electrician, he came out, checked some things and said they would probably have to rewire a lot of the house and they can’t do it for another week. I called Mr. Electric they were able to come out the next day. I had a 12:00 appointment. They texted me to let me know the technician was on his way at 8:00am. They sent me a picture and the name of the technician. He was very professional and my parents were very pleased. After looking at everything James( the technician) was able to diagnose the problem. He changed out the breakers in the breaker box and put in a surge protector. Problem solved. It was fixed , they had power again, and were very pleased with the service. The fee was very reasonable. I am so glad I found this company. Now I have a new electrician as well. I have been referring them to everyone!

Jon from Mr. Electric ran a new ceiling fan mount from a previous switch, and it was the most smooth and thorough experience with an electrician I have ever had. The dispatch even gave us a courtesy call to let us know that they were running a bit late, even though Jon still showed up well within the time window we were given. Mr. Electric was easy to work with and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

My husband and I had called around to a few different electric companies and Mr. Electric was one of the only ones that had friendly service and didn’t charge for an estimate. It was an easy decision from the start! We had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Electric - Lori was so easy to work with to schedule our estimate and followed up with details on when the electrician would arrive. She was patient with us when we had to reschedule a couple of times too! We received a picture of our electrician with personal information about him via text and email, which was a really nice bonus safety feature. Aaron came out to give an estimate and did a complimentary inspection of our entire home, inside and out. He came back out to install our ceiling fan and he even agreed to come back out again after that without charging us when we didn’t have the right downrod for the fan (how amazing!). This company is classy, high quality, and has unmatched customer service. We will be using Mr. Electric for all of our future projects! Thank you Lori and Aaron!

John S arrived on time and was very thorough when he explained what he discovered and my options for repair and replacement. The prices he quoted were very reasonable. Replacement of the main panel required temporary disconnect of power, and city permits and inspection. John coordinated with the power company and city so that the work was done quickly and power was restored with minimum disruption to my family. Very pleased with the work done and professionalism of technician.
