    We hired Victor for a second time to remodel a master bathroom in a house we had just moved in to. He had remodeled a previous master bath and did such a great job that I knew I could trust his work. And once again, we love our new bathroom. His quality of work and attention to detail are exceptional and we really appreciated how he cleaned up at the end of every day so that dust and debris would not track through the rest of the house. He is very creative and offered ideas/suggestions when I would have trouble making decisions. He stuck to his cost estimate and finished the project within the timeframe that he gave us up front. He even had some extra time at the end of the project so we hired him to replace our back deck, and he did a great job on that project as well. We’ll definitely use him for future projects.

    We recently had our master bath remodeled by contractor Victor Smith, who came with high recommendations from a friend. I loved her bathroom, so looked no further.Victor was available when I realized I was a bit overwhelmed by the choices that needed to be made. He helped navigate the many styles offered. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and Victor offered great designing advice. I so trusted Victor’s opinion that early in the project I told Victor to “just do what he thought was best” and it turned out AMAZING!He is prompt, efficient, clean and meticulous. He arrived every day that was scheduled and never left early.He always put quality workmanship first and would often stay late to make “something perfect”.I am glad for my decision, as I now also highly recommend Victor Smith as an expert contractor. I look forward to using him again for many more projects. I almost don’t want to share the news of my favorite contractor Victor Smith, to ensure he is available when we are ready for our next project! However, he has EARNED and deserves an outstanding recommendation. We look forward to working with him again!Thanks for our beautiful bathroom, I feel like I am at a fancy hotel every time!     Our new master bathroom is amazing! Victor and Alan did a great job. We were working with a smaller space and big ideas. Since this was our first time remodeling a bathroom (or any room for that matter), we had no idea what we were doing. They were patient, flexible, and very helpful. During the planning process, they were very active in our choice making to allow us to get the look we wanted that would also keep the space practical and functional. They made great recommendations as well. One of our favorite features they recommended was to create a built-in medicine cabinet behind the vanity mirrors. They also suggested moving the door to swing out which provided more space in the bathroom. When working with other contractors, Victor was very thorough and had our back. We decided on a unique color for our plumbing fixtures and he made sure that it would match the fixtures of our glass installation by insisting the company bring us a sample book to look at. They completed the job on schedule and within budget. They were even super friendly to our two dogs, Yogi and Baloo! We are very happy with the quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future!

    Victor Smith has worked on 2 major projects in our home in the last 2 years. He was referred to us by someone to remodel our dining room and other areas due to massive water damage. His pricing was extremely reasonable, but his work was the reason we asked him to come back. He is a perfectionist. His attention to detail AND keeping things neat and clean make the remodeling process almost enjoyable. He shows up on time every day and is willing to listen and help. He helped us with many other vendors, showed us concerns so we could address them, and took care of many things that popped up that were not a part of our original agreement. He did so in a calm, kind, professional way. We trusted him in our home and felt he cared for our home and the look of our new basement/kitchen as much as we did. We were sad to see them go on the final day! He completely remodeled our basement & did a demo and remodel for parts of our new kitchen. The results are stunning!     Victor was recommended by a neighbor when I was looking for a contractor to remodel our office. From start to finish, Victor and Alan were professional and a pleasure to work with. They offered design advice, helped me visualize the design with a computerized drawing, paid attention to all the fine details and delivered a finished product that looks amazing. Victors pricing is competitive, but the real advantage is the quality of their work and the integrity and accountability they bring to each client. They are nice, honest, hard-workers who go above and beyond to make sure their clients are completely satisfied. I highly recommend Victor and Alan for any home remodeling job!

    Victor’s talent for remodeling is above the rest. He recently worked on our master bathroom and completely transformed it exactly as I asked. He gave design help and helped me make the best choices for my space. His attention to detail is outstanding and would not allow any imperfections. After completing the job, he gave me a couple days to “live in” the space to see if there was anything that bothered me and came back and fixed. He was timely, showed up every day early, and worked each day in full. There was minimal mess and he was sure to clean up every day before he left. His professionalism was great, very kind and respectful me and my kids, as we were home a great deal of the time. He is highly regarded by the sub contractors he works with, know for doing great work! I would highly recommend Victor and his crew for any project!

    Victor Smith was hired to remodel our master bathroom . Our bathroom had not been touched since it was built in 1995 - including the hideous carpeting - and needed a LOT of work. While we did not want to reconfigure the shape of the bathroom, the entire room needed to be gutted and essentially rebuilt. Victor and Alan came in and took the ugliest room in our house to the most beautiful room in the house. Our children now fight over who gets to shower in there each day. And they do have their own bathroom!The look we were going for was contemporary, clean and (hopefully) timeless. Id say Victor accomplished this in spades. Every step of the way, he was informative, helpful, responsive and thorough. Victor and Alan are perfectionists and are not satisfied unless the job is done to an exacting standard. No detail, big or small was overlooked. I felt comfortable with their work, their skills and their opinions. Price wise, we met with a few contractors but felt most comfortable with Victor. He was upfront from the start regarding costs and was neither the most expensive nor the least expensive. We came in right around where we were quoted, with the overages being selections on my end for materials chosen.I am, as recently discovered during this project, not a great decision-maker when it comes to selection of design options and both Victor and Alan were incredibly helpful giving me resources of where to look, opinions on materials that we could use and overall thoughts on the design - all without ever trying to steer me one way or the other, letting the ultimate design of the bathroom be my own.All that being said, I would highly recommend Victor Smith for any contracting needs - you will not be disappointed. I hope to work with them again!

    Victor and his assistant did a phenomenal job on our Master Bathroom Remodel. They turned our early 2000s builder grade bathroom into a beautiful high end space. Victor has an eye for design and are meticulous is their construction. They showed up on time every day and communicated with use along every step of the way. We love our new Master Bathroom and enjoy all the cool features they recommended like heated floors and multiple nozzles in our stand up shower. We highly recommend Victor for any remodel. We were so impressed we used him for our basement remodel and will use them again when the time comes to make other upgrades.

    Cristi Coman SmithI cant help but brag on our contractor, Victor Smith, who created a custom door for our bathroom and installed it for us while we were in Sarasota. Because the 2 doorways were different sizes, he created two different facades so they looked perfect from the hallway and inside the bathroom (and he matched the style and stain to our cabinets).Hes done a ton of design and remodeling work for us, including a new fireplace, a complete redesign and remodel of our powder room--and our new front porch deck is being created right now. Victor is easily Atlantas most creative, hardworking and reasonably priced contractor. Theres a part of me that wants to keep him a secret, but he deserves the recognition.

    Look no further than Victor Smith for your remodeling needs; you will not be disappointed with Victor, a consummate professional. Last year, Victor remodeled my hall and master bathrooms at the same time. The bathrooms were 20 years old and definitely needed to be updated. I was nervous about going through a remodeling project as I had a horrible experience with a prior remodel that left me with a negative impression of contractors.Thankfully this time with Victor, my experience was completely different and he restored my faith in contractors.After seeing Victor’s name on the NextDoor Neighbor website and looking at his pictures and recommendations on Facebook and his website I decided to contact him. I had some ideas on what I was wanted but was looking for input, as I wasn’t sure what was feasible and would look best. He visited my house and we discussed some ideas then he sent me a computer rendering of the plan so I could visualize the renovations for the two bathrooms.Victor had great ideas and thought of things I wouldn’t have included in the design. I trusted Victor when he made suggestions. Victor provided a very detailed proposal of everything that is included, timeframe and pricing. I had lots of questions and Victor patiently answered all of them for me.Victor took me to a few local stores to look for tile and offered suggestions on what works best based on his past use of the materials. He never rushed me to make decisions and wanted to make sure that I got the look I wanted. Victor did not take me to the high end tile stores in Buckhead and was not trying to get me to buy the most expensive product so he could get a cut- as I had experienced with a prior contractor. Victor made suggestions but let me pick out everything myself and I did all the ordering and purchasing of the products that I wanted to use; there was no middle man, really like this!From day one of the project I knew I was going to be in good hands. Victor and his associate Alan, took the time to make sure that my house, from the entry door and up the stairs and hallway and workspace and into the bedroom was protected. Victor and Alan showed up everyday on time and worked tirelessly on the projects. Not only did they protect my house they cleaned up after themselves everyday, which I greatly appreciated. It was refreshing to only have two people coming in my house everyday and knowing that they were doing the work themselves and not subbing it out to others. Victor and Alan take pride in their work and hold themselves to a high standard to go the extra steps to make sure everything is perfect. They made sure that the bathrooms are waterproof and didn’t cut corners on this vital step!When I had questions about what they were doing they took the time to explain it to me. They kept me updated on their progress and next steps which, allowed me to relax. I felt very comfortable with them in my house, and some days I would forget that they were upstairs working away as I was downstairs working.Not only did Victor give me bathrooms that I LOVE, but he did it in a week faster than the estimated time frame- can’t beat that.I highly recommend Victor to anyone looking for a contractor to do remodeling in your home. I just wish I had more projects for Victor to work on for me.Kim
