Parker and his team were AMAZING!!! They were familiar with the technique of painting that I wanted on my fireplace and assured me I would get the results that I was looking for and I DID!!! I sooooooooo excited my living room is coming together and it all started with the proper paint foundation. Juan and team are perfectionists and even came back to fix an area. Don’t hesitate to book them as they are well priced, offer financing, have a great warranty and get the job done!!’

What a great company to work with. Parker and Jarrett were fantastic to work with. They were diligent, informative, where they were supposed to be when and where they were supposed to be there. Scheduling was easy and convenient and they had the work done within about a week of me originally contacting them. They work the team did was fantastic. Unpin completion inspection Jarrett walked around and found two small spots to touch up and did it with no problem. Supper informative about upkeep and any questions we had and supplied 71 color splotches. Oh… and all this was done while we were away in vacation. Definitely a return customer, here.

I had That 1 Painter give me an estimate on painting new siding on my home from construction repairs. Jarett was great to work with. At the initial estimate, he really took the time to understand what I needed done. His bid was very competitive and I felt comfortable going with him because of the time he took walking through the process.the crew showed up on time, finished on time and on budget. Upon completion, he walked the project with me. I pointed out a couple of minor areas that I thought could’ve been a little tighter on caulking/sanding, but told him I could live with them. He said that he wanted to redo it and have me 100% happy. The minor repairs were done quickly efficiently, and I was more than happy at the end of the day.I would not hesitate to this company, or Jarett, in particular, and will definitely use them in the future.

Im a real customer, sharing a real review. I have to admit, I went into this project with skepticism about finding a reliable painter to do the job. After receiving a few estimates from various painters, I recognized a significant difference (in a positive way) in how That 1 Painter did business. Even before I agreed to use them, they were responsive, professional and very easy to talk with. Although they werent the cheapest in price, they were certainly top notch, and - as the old saying goes - you get what you pay for. I am very happy with the results- they did an excellent job on the exterior of my home. From Michael, to Parker, to Jesus (the actual painter), everyone went out of their way to make this job a pleasant experience. I will definitely use them again.

We had an extensive project to paint the entire interior of our house, after flooring had been installed. The painters had to deal with the dust from the flooring, but managed to clean and paint. There were a few missed items, but with communication with Anthony, he ensured they were corrected over time. They also helped us by painting our front porch and pressure washing the driveway. This helped us tremendously in getting our house ready for sale.
