    Allisonā€™s Home Supply House recently installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring for us. They have been wonderful to work with from the moment we walked in the door of their business. The show room has so much to choose from and beautifully displayed. Their display throughout the business says ā€œWe are Professionals.ā€ They prove it too!!Saleswoman, Karen Nelson, was not only key in helping us choose our flooring but made it such fun to do so. We laughed our way around the show floor, she loaded my car up with samples to bring home and sent me in my way. This process should be fun because it is exciting to pick out new flooring for your home. She was excellent to work with in putting together a quote for our flooring. Karen is an experienced and excellent liaison between business, client, and installer.Installation Expert, Juan Carlos, made it easy on us by coming to Artesia for preliminary measurements and talks about how and when to install. Then he supervises the installation team to the perfect finish of installation. Not only did the installation team expertly install the flooring they even sing on the job. Proof of happy employees is a good thing. What impressed me even more is how the installation team searched for matching planks as they laid them down. We are thrilled with the job they did and our opinion of the finished product and installation is STUNNING!!!Allisonā€™s is an experienced, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy company to work with. They have chosen very well in their employees. Their employees have training and experience which equals expertise in their work. All of that adds up to a great job done!I appreciate Allisonsā€™s for offering their services to Artesia. That is huge! Allisonā€™s went above and beyond in patience as we were delayed in installation on our end. We appreciate their effort to deal with our delay.     Excellent service! Staff was helpful and we were able to find the carpet for our needs and stayed under budget. Carpet was installed in September and has been great! Highly recommend! We had also check with Home Depot and Allisonā€™s gave us a better quote!

    This review is not about their work which is exceptional! But Jasonā€™s heart. He rebuilt my sisterā€™s house after a devastating flood. I have been told going through a flood causes PTSD for the victim. Itā€™s true. They haul their years of collections to the street to go to the dump. The patience & kindness that was shown to my sister throughout the construction was heartwarming!!! Jason, his sons & their entire crew were so kind. And extreme craftsmen. I cannot recommend them enough.

    After a pipe burst in our home, we contacted JAC construction and Allisonā€™s home supply. They helped us work through insurance issues to finalize repairs. Sheetrock crew was quick and efficient with excellent workmanship. Flooring crew was done in a day and half. Excellent workmanship! Both crews went out of their way to be polite and professional. Would definitely hire again! Highly recommended local company. Great staff that went above and beyond to get us back in our home.

    From the moment we walked into Allisons Home Supply House, all the staff made us feel welcome! We were there to pick granite countertops and backsplash materials for our kitchen remodel. Its amazing how fast and easy, the craftsmanship of the Allisons crew, all worked together to turn out such beautiful work for us in just a few days! I am truly happy I chose Allisons for my kitchen remodel, and I thank everyone who had a hand in it!

    Allisonā€™s carpet is definitely the place to go to if youā€™re needing new carpet or for any of your home needs. They have everything you need from up to date kitchen and bathroom furnishings and more!!! The carpet was done quickly and their staff is so professional and friendly.     When mold was discovered in our home, Jason and his staff went to great lengths to help us. They set up barrier walls and air scrubbers, installed protective coverings , and set to work removing the damaged surfaces and rebuilding walls and closets, even installing new carpet! They held to their estimated time frame, and cost estimates, even working on a weekend. Afterwards, our home looks brand new!JAC also did a beautiful stucco job on the exterior of our home. We highly recommend this wonderful local family business.

    The Allisons were wonderful in helping remind just what I was looking for. After decided, they ordered my selections. When everything ordered arrived. They then scheduled the install the floor and cabinets. When I had a question or issue I would call and it would be resolved. I will use them in the future for other projects I might need.

    Needed new flooring throughout our home after having some water damage. Looked into a number of places before finding Allisons Home Supply. The search was totally worth it!Karen Nelson is and continues to be awesome! She was our primary sales consultant, but we also had contact with Jason and his staff who were also very helpful. Karen helped my wife and I throughout the entire process. She helped us make the best selection for us, and we could not be happier. Her level of patience and professionalism is to be applauded.The service after the sale has been exceptional. Had some minor issues that needed attention. Went into the shop today and spoke with Karen Nelson and Jennifer Allison. They could not have been more helpful and offered solutions.Manuel and his crew did a fabulous job with installation. I made a brief explanation and was immediately shown what I was looking for by seeing the great selection of products they had on display.     These folks are absolutely fantastic and helped me in an unimaginable way. I was trying to assimilate a wooden leg for a pirates costume, and needed some type of wooden laminate to affix to my prosthesis.
