    Ive used MAS on several occasions before. Today was just like any other with MAS, technician arrived on time and did great work. Tony, as usual, was very considerate of special issues that we have in our household. He was flexible to get the work done in a way that worked for our family. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of options for remediation at different price points. No pressure to take one or the other, just gave me the info and let me choose. Once we decide on the way forward he knocked out the work, cleaned up, and was off to the next job. Very professional and courteous. Quality work from quality people at a fair price. You cant really ask for more than that.

    We had a leak in shower on the second floor but had no hint of where the water which had breached the drywall was coming from. Within an hour we had answer and a solution.     I was assigned Tony as my plumber. He was fantastic! He arrived on time and communicated with me often about his ETA. He was fast! Very experienced! I needed a new stub out cut from the pipe that’s in the wall for my bathroom sink. I highly recommend MAS.     Updated: Used Mas 9 months ago for emergency sump pump replacement. They were fast and I paid $925.00 for the emergency service. Pricey but it was a weekend and a flooded basement would have been more. With the upcoming rain I thought it would be a good idea to tested the sump pump by putting water into the sump well and found it did not work. After some troubleshooting I found it was actually the electronic float that was not working. So I called Mas, who supplied the pump and float to have them come out and fix the problem. After a bit of a hiccup they sent someone out to check out the problem and get the system working. The real test of a business is how they handle things when something goes wrong and Mas stepped up to the plate and made it right. Good Job.

    Very responsive! I was looking for a licensed plumber to install a new water heater. I called Saturday after hours. Shortly after my call I got a text message from a plumber and we exchanged all needed information. Their price was unbeatable. The fact they have great reviews put me in their path, however, we ended up needing emergency service on Sunday and I couldn’t use them. The price remains top price from a few places I have called, especially from HD. I will be using MAS for my other plumber needs, if ever needed!

    MAS Plumbing came out to look at my ejector pump the same day I called for service. Frank from MAS called ahead to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time. Frank was very cordial and respectful of my home. He answered all of my questions patiently (I had a lot of questions) and performed the exchange of ejector pumps quickly and efficiently. Frank was a consummate professional and if my experience is any indication of the type of people MAS hires, you can’t go wrong with their service. I look forward to working with MAS again in the future.

    From the first phone call with Barb to the technician Frank the service was fantastic. Barb was very responsive and handled my problems in a very friendly and effective way.     Very satisfied with my kitchen faucet install. Tyler was very professional, friendly and efficient and did a great job! He was not bothered by our German Shepherd trying to “help” him during the install. We will be using MAS again as we have several more projects to complete.     Your plumbing technician, Glesian, was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. He identified and fixed our problem also advising us how to minimize future similar problems with our toilets.     I used Mas about 4 years ago to install a water heater and they gave me a great deal. Recently, it stopped delivering hot water. My first call was to Mas.     We had MAS Plumbing quote by phone the cost of a new hot water heater. We had also sent pictures of what our current heater was and the space it occupied. We accepted the offer and it was a great choice. The technicianTyler was prompt, respectful of our condo as well as our time, and very knowledgeable.     We had an urgent situation with our back up sump pump system and had place a call at 6:30am for help. My call was returned by 7:10 even though they didnt open until 7:30am. Ronnie was extremely helpful and rearranged the schedule so that we would have a service person by 11:00 that morning. Tyler showed up promptly on time. He was extremely professional and courteous. He clearly explained what was happening to the system and found a way to fix the issue within no time. This was our first experience using MAS Plumbing and after this experience we will not hesitate to use them again and again.

    I had a Sunday emergency sewage backing up my shower drain. I call them with in 15 minutes received a call back to se a time they can get to me. They also gave me very good estimate on what it will cost to fix and a less expensive way also. Their Plumber was at my home with in 1 hour for my conversation with their supervisor.     Had a leak in a hot water pipe under a concrete floor in my utility room. MAS Plumbing came out gave a free estimate and Matt was the assigned technician. He completed the work promptly and professionally. The utility room was put back together, concrete repoured, utility sink and washer put back in place, and floor cleaned. You cant tell anything had been done. Highly recommended.

    I discovered that the washing machine water valves were leaking when the new washing machine was to be installed. So the installation was postponed until the valves were replaced. I called Mas plumbing and to my surprise they had someone available within the hour. Tyler had to remove the piping around the valves to replace them. Very professional job.

I was pleased with their service, would use them again, and will recommend them to others.I live in Chicago where there are several plumber options but contacted MAS based on their good reviews and extensive history in the business. I needed to replace a hot water heater and a booster pump in my residence. MAS was not the lowest estimate, but they worked with me to lower their price - I agreed to purchase the replacement units directly and they would handle the install. I was able to find a proper affordable replacement with their guidance and they were easy to negotiate with and completely reasonable. Scheduling with Barb was easy - she is very professional and responsive. Tony, Matt and Ryan who did the work were polite, transparent and helpful. They not only did a good installation, they answered all my questions thoroughly, gave advice, and even did some work beyond the scope of what had been discussed to improve my set up without my having asked. On top of all this, at the end they noted it had taken them less time and materials then originally estimated and they lowered the price by several hundred. It went about as smoothly as I could have hoped and I genuinely appreciate their good work and great approach. I am confident I made the right choice to go with MAS and won’t hesitate to use them in the future.

    This was our first experience with MAS. We were very pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule a time for the plumber to come out. He evaluated the problem we were having with the faucet and was able to replace it. I liked that they are local. We highly recommend this company.

    I used MAS Plumbing to fix a big drainage problem I had on a new Kitchen Sink after a poor job done by my contractor. Ron, the owner, was very easy to talk to and was very open about the prices and services that might be needed. The plumber who did the work, Andrey, was a true professional. Very easy to talk to and he made sure I was satisfied with the work he did. The problem was solved and my sink works great now. I now have a plumbing service I can trust! Will definitely use them again.

    Had an issue with outdoor sewer overflowing whenever washer drained into laundry sink.i called in on a SundayMAS called me next day and had a guy out within a couple hrsTyler Lewis came out ,rodded out the outdoor drain and problem was solved! Tyler was very courteous and friendly. He offered some tips on how to keep that sewer clear of debris coming from outside as well as inside in the laundry room sink as well.Very satisfied with Tyler and MAS!

    I was having some issues with some backdrafting with my water heater and decided to upgrade to a power vent system because of this and also because of the age of the tank itself. Andrey and his apprentice were on time and installed the tank and everything worked great. The following day after reassessing the work, I had some concerns regarding how some of the exhaust pipes were layed out especially as it related to the condensation. Turns out a condensation kit was missed and wasn’t installed which I inquired about. Andrey called me right away and admitted he had missed that and said he would come by after finishing up on a job in the city to install the kit. Obviously you not only want to hire a company that does good work but I think equally important is a company that is honest and admits to a mistake and makes things right.The MAS team was very accommodating with all my questions and helped to ease my concerns regarding the venting layout. I’ve never owned a power vent system and Google will lead you down a dangerous rabbit hole so it helps to have patient professionals explain things properly.

    Our basement floor drain was backing up due to the sewer line being clogged with roots. Andrey quickly returned my call for emergency service on a Saturday morning and was at our house within 90 minutes. He did a great job fixing the immediate problem and then discussing the options for determining the cause of the problem and identifying possible longer-term solutions.

    Our garbage disposal was not working, and we had pipe issues we wanted looked into, as well as some outside draining questions. Tyler came early in the scheduled window of time to provide a diagnostic review and costs estimates for repairs. While here he explained all work needed in detailed and easy to understand terms. He also got the garbage disposal running at no charge. Highly recommend MAS plumbing.

    I bought a remodeled house where there was some plumbing done by what I am guessing wasnt a plumbing professional. I have had to call MAS a number of times recently and there was always quick responses and great service. Im sure all their professionals are great but Tyler is the one we always work with. I cannot comment on their pricing vs competitors because we only called them and stayed with them because of their great service but I wouldnt want to cut cost on something like plumbing. Doing some google searches on average costs of such services we have called them for they seem to be right on point so you cant really go wrong using them in my opinion.
