Ben came out around 11 am. My service window was 11 am - 2 pm. I hadnt had my flood control unit serviced for many years. I wasnt sure what to expect. He took apart the cover which exposed the main valve assembly. It definitely needed to be replaced. He lubed all moving parts and checked float swich & pump. He also replaced some clamps/rubber connections. Also checked the control panel. I was very impressed with Ben & his professionalism on behalf of the company!

Ben was fantastic. He repaired my pump and then rodded the sewer lines. Excellent service.

We bought a house with their system in place that hadnt been serviced by the previous owner in years. They were wonderful, came out and explained everything to us (new to Chicago and to the idea of sewer backup systems) and helped get us back up and running. I highly recommend them.
