John did an amazing job. I got a 1 inch pressure reducing valve replaced on my main water line. He also checked pressure in expansion tank as well as replaced a filter cartridge at sink and did not charge me. It’s tough to find a trusty plumber nowadays, he knows what he is doing, was done within a hour and cleaned up after job what more can you ask for. Was with Blitz plumbing for 9 years until a management change and their service went downhill, will be going to ZSL for my future plumbing needs.

We are so glad we found ZSL Plumbing through our Yelp search.After speaking with several other companies, ZSL was the most responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They explained options to solve an issue with our baseboard heaters and did not push me to do more than needed.They arrived on time and repaired the unit quickly and efficiently. My experience with ZSL plumbing was absolutely superb. I had a main waste pipe situation that needed immediate attention for obvious reasons. A truck showed up within an hour to the rescue. Joe and James assessed the damage and were immediately in remediate mode. As an investment property owner, having had many repairs performed on many properties, I can very quickly assess professionals from everything else. Joe and James possessed all the qualities you would look for in any industry, polite, professional, and my favorite part, thorough. They knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Have nothing but wonderful things to say about the crew with ZSL Plumbing. Whether it has been a planned project or an emergency situation, I trust them implicitly to get the job done right, at a fair price, and give me an honest answer.So far ZSL has done water & gas work for us; including a full tankless water heater replacement with whole house filtration, plus the unplanned diagnosis and repair of a bathroom leak. Every time, the crew is nothing but professional and does a wonderful job getting things done, and to me, most importantly, making it look like they were never here with a fantastic job cleaning up at the end of the work.Super great to work with, and while I hope we dont need them TOO much in the future, I know I can rely on them whenever needed.

I’ve used Jon and Rob probably 10 times, including last night. One of my old copper pipes was leaking- texted Jon- he is basically on speed dial at this point- and he came over right away. Fixed the leak very quickly, did an assessment of my pipes, preventatively replaced another 90, and was on his way.Always very fair with pricing, excellent crew, and I’ve positively recommended him to my neighbors who all were happy with them as well.We had a leak coming from one of the bathrooms, and I basically watched them trouble shoot the problem, because sometimes it isn’t as obvious as a hole with water coming out, and it showed me how experience and expertise in your craft makes all of the difference.With with ZSL, and you will have the same experience I had.

I had a new water heater and boiler installed in my home last August from a plumber who was an absolute nightmare. Since then the heat in our house hasnt been working all winter long. I was recommended ZSL and called them to discuss potential issues that could be causing us to have no heat. When I called, they immediately fit us in for a consultation and scheduled to come fix the issue right away. They were prompt, clean, extremely polite, and explained all the work they were doing and issues we had been having, and as new home owners that is greatly appreciated. The heat stopped working again that same day, I texted John and he was back a 2nd time that day to inspect what hidden issue may be around, at no fault of ZSL. John inspected the system in depth and backtracked the previous plumbers work to find any mistakes they made. He fixed a lot of extra mistakes beyond our heating system and so far the heat has been working incredibly. I absolutely will be saving their number and using them for any further work we do on our house, and I highly recommend hiring them!!!!!

Early this morning I awoke to the sound of gushing pouring water falling down into my garage, that I later was told came from an exploded pipe that froze.There was Water Everywhere….I immediately and frantically text ZSL Plumbing at 7 am (as they did previous work in my home last year) and within seconds I got a reply “we are on our way”.The relief that professionals were coming to me without hesitation and without an appointment was a weight that automatically lifted from me.I am thankful to them for their quick response and speedy fix.They came, assessed the problem, fixed the problem and made recommendations to further resolve any future problems.Not only did these guys come to the rescue, but I must also mention that they did an amazing job on installing my new plumbing fixtures last year.Do not hesitate to use ZSL Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs, new or old or upgrades.
