    The staff at Sam Mechanical are fantastic. They came highly recommended to us when our heat was not working properly. We called them early on a Sunday morning in freezing temps days before Christmas and they came right away. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable. We had another issue the next day with work another HVAC person had done and called them and they came over right away and fixed it. They are super responsive and we will continue to use them and recommend them.

    SAM Mechanical (Steve) provides the best service I have ever had and I have owned homes for 35 years. A perfect example - needed work ASAP due to a health incident and Stev showed up the same day and got the parts in record time (also same day). He was a life saver (literally).     Sam’s mechanical did not disappoint! They are so knowledgeable and professional.     I had a great experience with Sam Mechanical. My place of business desperately needed the AC replaced and Steve also recommended a dehumidifier and a smart thermostat. It can get hot and humid inside, with no windows to open and now it’s spectacular- nice and cool! The crew was great, they were on time and did a great job, the office staff is very responsive and helpful as well. Steve even set up the app on my phone for the thermostat! Highly recommend this company!

    Such a great experience working with Steve and team. They looked at my pool heater on the same day I called. Steve explained to me in detail what needed to be done. He also shared the options available to me. I really appreciate the honesty and flexibility working with SAM Mechanical.     I called Sam Mechanical after a friend gave me the recommendation. Just like with her experience mine was great. Steve came over to check on my central air unit that wasnt blowing cold air. After a few minutes of testing he narrowed the problem down to a leak in the outdoor condenser. After laying out a few options for me and explaining everything that was happening we got the problem fixed that same day. Its great to have people who are experienced and have such great knowledge who can explain to you what exactly is going on. The workers that came later in the day were great too. These guys worked fast and cleaned up whatever mess they made like they were never there. I will gladly call these guys in the future with any hvac issues we might have. Thanks again!

    I called late one night, after our furnace and oil burner stopped working, and Sam Mechanical was over the very next morning to fix our system.     We called on a SUNDAY as our new Nest thermostat was not calling for heat correctly. Steve ( the owner) came over within 20 minutes of call. While troubleshooting the issue, Steve explained what he was troubleshooting. Was able to rewire the thermostat correctly and get our heat working that day!     Sam Mechanical installed my ductless AC system, the guys/installers were on time. Courteous, informative. Did an amazing job. Everything was clean when they were done. I also use Sam mechanical for any service calls I may need for my AC. I also had my heating installed by them also. Steve is very excellent in his work.     Fabulous experience. Came within 20 minutes of calling on a holiday weekend to troubleshoot my central a/c which had stopped working. Unfortunately the part needed to be ordered. Once again, as soon as they had the part, they came immediately and installed it. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend using this company.

    Air conditioning went out on a Friday, meaning I would have to go all weekend being hot and miserable, right? Wrong! I called SAM and explained the situation. They said they could come then next day early in the morning. Not only did they arrive on time, but they called to say they were on the way.The technician was nice, knowledgeable, and pricing was fair. He got the job done quickly. Made sure everything worked properly before leaving. He had to come inside to check the thermostat and he took off his sneakers at the door without us asking him. Impressive!When it came time to pay, I was able to use a credit card. They had a mini card reader and instantly emailed me a receipt. Modern and cool.Very satisfied. No complaints. Will keep their number saved in my phone. It’s relieving to know a reputable company is just a phone call away.

    I had no heat and my Boiler service told me boiler was fine, but there was a frozen pipe somewhere and I could try holding a hair dryer along the baseboards in the affected zone. Upon doing so, water started to flow FROM THE CEILING. I called Steve at SAM Mechanical - Emergency - He told me to shut the boiler and was there in under a half hour. Steve broke into the ceiling, identified and patched the pipe. Then found that the baseboards were still not getting hot. Steve was able to isolate the possible area of another freeze to make another break into the ceiling - and upon hitting the pipe there with hair dryer the water began to flow. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEVE - he saved the day! *****

    My wife and I just bought a new house which is stressful enough and we knew the boiler was on the older side. Lo and behold the boiler started acting up only a few months after moving in and we were avoiding using our heat because if it. I was referred to Steve from Sams Mechanical by my HVAC company and Steve was on it right away.
