Max and his associate just finished our 3-part boiler repair. He could not have been more polite, efficient and professional. Max answered all my questions about the job, and thoroughly explained our options for the fix. Happy to say thanks to Max at M&M, we now have hot water again. We just recommended him to a friend in town, and he promptly paid her a call to diagnose the issue. As a homeowner, it is very hard for me to trust plumbers because they come up with random numbers, excuses and reasons to increase your quote. However, I trust this company with all my heart, and I do not hesitate in calling them when I need them for a job. No longer do I call 3 different plumbers from 3 different companies to seek a quote. This company is my go to because of their honesty when it comes to the job and their transparency.The workers are ALWAYS excellent when delivering customer service, and are never rude when I have questions or concerns.Thank you Joe Gallapoli for the recent job he did at my house and for explaining the issue with patience and understanding.
