H ad to remodel our main bathroom and Mid Mo was recommended to us. We are so thankful for that, Thomas is so knowledgeable in everything electrical and plumbing!! Our bathroom turned out even better than we dreamed. He amazing!!! Ill include before and after pictures, Thomas gave us great advise and help!

I had a main drain problem on a SundayI called Thomas after I had already called Express plumbing on a SundayExpress was able to send somebody on a Sunday. Unfortunately, Express plumbing gave me incorrect information, and a quote to saw cut up my garage floor for the repair.Im glad I got a second opinion, because I called Thomas the next day. His camera was a much better quality. His pipe cleaning system was also much better and safer on my system.He indicated the pipe did not travel under the garage floor as indicated by the previous contractor, and he also verified my pipe was in great shape for the first 60. His high pressure cleaning spray Snake was a much better and safer on my system, and was able to get 116 into my pipe.Unfortunately I still had a clogged tile pipe farther away, and would have to dig it up to repair. Not in the concrete, but in dirt.No where near under my garage floor, and no saw cutting of my concreteI wish I had called Thomas firstHis professionals and quick response was A+++His equipment is top notchHe knows what he is doing, and he will give you a fair price.Thanks Thomas!

Tom is as professional, experienced, and efficient as they come. We had a drainage issue with our plumbing lines. Tom was there to save the day. We have used his services on a few occasions over the years, and I wouldnt ever call anyone else. Fast, friendly, & all around great service provider. Very reasonable on price too!!

Thomas at Mid MO Mechanical has come to my rescue numerous times! Heat/Air/Plumbing...he is quick to respond, will stay until the job gets done and prices fairly. Hes even fixed what other contractors failed to do correctly or missed in the first place. I could not recommend any contractor more than Thomas. You will not be disappointed!

Thomas is knowledgeable, kind, and dependable. He is such a hard worker and so dedicated to helping his customers. He has helped us with numerous issues including HVAC replacement, septic tank clog, water leak at our well, and a very complicated frozen pipe issue. He responds quickly and prices are very reasonable. Thank you for all of your help with problems great and small!

Mid Mo Mechanical are exceptional people, He will drop everything to help you and his work is excellent. He does so much more then plumbing. One of the only business in the area with the right equipment to hand major problems. Stands behind his work till no end! Highly recommend and his prices are better then anyone around.

Wish I could give him 25 stars. Tom Long is by far the best, most honest, hardest-working, ethical, and Christian tradesman I have met in my 27 years in Rolla, Missouri. Over the past year, he has done large jobs on rentals (heating, air conditioning and septic) and small work (plumbing repairs, etc.) for me on numerous occasions, done remodeling and mechanical installation and plumbing for my mother, my sister, my daughter. He has come out at 10 p.m. for emergencies, fixed frozen water pipes for my daughter in temperatures so cold all I could do was say, BRRRRRR.... and always shows up early to get started and stays late to get done. He NEVER overcharges. He was doing a remodeling job for my mom when she fell ill and got transferred to a hospital 100 miles away. He called to check on her every single day out of genuine concern, and kept her grass cut while she was sick and recovering. She has a huge yard! People dont do those things anymore, but Tom Long does. He doesnt know his own worth. He just thinks over-delivering is what everyone is supposed to do. He doesnt realize how lucky we are to have him. Bet his wife wishes he was a little less diligent so she could see him more. Hire this guy! You wont be sorry. You will be recommending him to everyone you know.
