Called this gentleman up at 9pm due to a plumbing issue I could not get to the bottom of. He answered and scheduled an appointment for me the next day! In the morning may I add. Called hoping would service my location as there are no local plumbers, even though over 60 miles away he was willing to come help me if I needed but gave some advice to try first. Excellent customer service and concern for his customer. He returned my call almost immediately, still waiting for some others that I called yesterday to return my call. Would recommend based on willingness to help in any way he can and willingness to go well out of his way to help. If his recommendations dont help will be calling him back to make the trip down here and then will update review.

I called Blacks Sewer Line Cleaning at 7 A.M, he was here in 30 minutes and had fixed my problem within an hour. He was friendly and charged a very good price. Also, he gave me several pointers on how to prevent this issue from recurring again. I will definitely recommend and will use this business again.

Had some severe difficulties this past Christmas Eve with my main drain line being clogged in my home. After 7 or 8 different phone calls to other companies, constant promises of a technician calling me back, and several hours later I stumbled on company whom had to subcontract their overload to Mr. Black. Not only did I get an immediate call back from the initial company but I received a phone call from David himself a few minutes later. Mr. Black made a rather lengthy drive to my home during this holiday, with rather inclement weather, and had me up and running within 90 minutes of me making the phone call. Highly recommend David Black! Prompt, courteous, fair, and knowledgeable.

Our Toilet was nonfunctional for a couple of days despite our efforts to unclog it with a plunger & a snake. We have never had to have a plumber help before, so i called a couple of friends to see who THEY would contact. Without hesitation they said BLACKS!! I said OK & I placed my call & to my surprise & thankfulness,, he said he could be here in 30 minutes!!! The ENTIRE job from the time he walked thru the door till he walked out, was 15 minutes!!! We would HIGHLY recommend BLACKS Sewer Line Cleaning without hesitation!!!

I looked up this business on the Internet after seeing his van and the signs in peoples yards.We had a main line clog that actually took him a few tries to break up. He found out that the line is probably collapsed because a lot of small towns around here used the cheapest pipe they could find. He gave us a discount because he said it would probably clog again at some point unless we replaced the line. He really didnt have to do that but he insisted. In exchange we let him put a sign in our yard. Very honest and fair. Really nice guy, too.

All plumbers seemed to be very busy today and I had a little trouble getting a hold of them (but I was having the same trouble with all other plumbers). In the afternoon, I was able to get a hold of them and they were able to fix the problem a couple of hours later. My drain was not clogged very badly and they only charged $100 - great price, and good, professional service!!

Called tech at 1130. Tech showed up at 1215 ready to work. They cleaned up the mess even though it wasnt theirs. Got our house up an running in less than 30 minutes. Also the 30 day guarantee is worth mentioning.

We had a sewer blockage that caused sewage to backup into our house. David came out at 9pm on a Saturday night to try to fix the problem but he couldnt. He was able to open the sewer line cleanout (we hadnt been able to get the cleanout cap/plug off) so the sewage overflowed into our yard and not our house. He came back the next day (Mothers Day) to try again but still couldnt unblock our sewer line. Since he couldnt fix our problem he only charged us a very nominal fee. After digging up the sewer line it was discovered that the city had installed a new utility pole right through our sewer line. After a new sewer line was installed, a smaller drain line in the house was still clogged due to the sewer backup. David tried several times to unclog it but ultimately he had to go down into our very small crawl space to fix the problem. I highly recommend David if you have any sewer or drain problems.
