    Thomas from Ellington AC came out to troubleshoot our system. He was very professional and courteous. He found the issue fairly quickly. Burnt wire and switch. He replaced the switch and fixed the wire and were up and running. He is an asset to Ellington AC.Later that day another crew came by led by Spencer. They installed an additional return due to the increase in tonnage on my new AC unit. Spencer, Josh, and Elsie were all very professional and courteous. Their workmanship was outstanding. They cleaned up the work area better than new. Spencer cheerfully answered all my inquisitive questions while he was working. This crew is also an asset to Ellington AC.

    Eddie was and is amazing. Not only did he fix whats wrong with the air conditioner, he told us what was right and good with the air conditioner, easing our fears of needing to get a new one as soon as possible. His personality is very bright, hes sociable as well as professional. We wouldnt work with anybody else but Eddie from here on out.

    A big thank you to the team at Ellington Air Conditioning & heat. Jason W. advised me honestly the urgent need of replacement of our entire aging system. Abby M. coordinated everything flawlessly. The installers Cameron L. & Josh W. showed true professionalism and artistry with the replacement. All the necessary permits and inspections were done in a very timely manner and all warranty documents mailed directly to me. I highly recommend using this company.

    Spencer and his installation crew were absolutely great! They were all very professional and very patient answering all my questions. They were quite a team with good leadership by Spencer. They worked well together, they were very efficient during the installation process and after the work was done, they did well in cleaning up. Im very happy with my Lennox unit and Spencer and his team!! Great job with Ellington in having such a fantastic leader in Spencer and his crew!!11/27/2024Though my new system was installed. There was an issue where the unit was not operating properly. The thermostat system was indicating that the cooling and fan were operating yet no cooled air was being circulated throughout the house; temp was not cooling throughout the house.Charles came on Thanksgiving and diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. An additional transformer was needed due to the electrical demands of the additionally installed germicidal (blue) lamp; not enough power was provided to run the system properly without the additional transformer. Charles was very good at explaining this to me. Great job Charles!!!

    Amazing experience with Ellington today having my indoor and outdoor units replaced. Completely professional, courteous, and concerned about the customer!     Breanna was very thorough from inspecting the unit, cleaning as needed and replacing the thermostat. She provided important info on how we can maintain the unit in between service. She explained what she was doing and why as she went about her work. Spencer came on the second appt as we also had them install the power surge protection. Both were very professional. Would recommend.

    Nate was terrific and he was very through in his review of our A/C systems and the issues we had with one unit. Quoted various options and we selected the best repair for us.     Unlike first person who came out, he listened and looked at the system readouts and made a few adjustments..he said if that didnt work to call them and they would replace a part. He gave us an estimate. He also clarified two other things for us. We will ask for him whenever we need service. He was very personable and prifessional.

    After some not so pleasant experiences with other local A/C companies, I was pleasantly surprised about the whole experience. We had all the ducts replaced as well as de- humidifiers installed in the attic.I am probably forgetting some folks, but Danny, Ryan, Colby, Josh, Charles, and the front office staff were an absolute delight to deal with. I have yet to see any other crew work that hard to ensure our job was finished on time. Any questions we had were answered very quickly and to our satisfaction with no typical sales pitch, rather outlining several options/recommendations based on our questions.It was a delight to work with all of them. A very dedicated, enthusiastic crew with a sense of humor.Well done guys

    Blakes maintenance service on October 17th was excellent. My husband and I were impressed by the thorough inspection of the units and the recommendations for care.on October 31, 2024, we experienced one of our units not cooling. i called Dana early on November1, Blake came out that day, and replaced a hard start switch for the compressor. it works great now.     Extremely satisfied with the entire Ellington crew. From sales to installation they went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations. All of the guys were very courteous and professional. They were even awkwardly nice to eachother. Usually when guys work together there is a lot of friendly banter, but they were kind and respectful to eachother throughout the day. Rare to say the least. The installation results, visually, are far superior to the other unit I had installed last year by another company.

    I won’t share much because I prefer not to have my info open for the world to exploit. I had a new system installed yesterday, a day after I signed for it. On a Saturday no less. It took 12 hours due to the age of the property and deterioration of materials used in the 60’s. Regardless of how long it took, the guys were extremely diligent and fastidiously did their job. I’m now enjoying and appreciating being cool again. Thanks guys!

    Our AC stopped blowing cold air during the night. Called Ellington Air Conditioning & Heat who squeezed us in same day. Phil, our technician, arrived an hour earlier than we were told. He diagnosised the issue and had us back up and feeling that sweet sweet AC in record time! In fact, he comes back with the final part needed tomorrow.     I truly lucked out having Isaac as my technician on 7/23/2024...Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but answered all my questions with a simplicity that anyone could understand (for a 75 year old woman this is so necessary)....His mannerism was not only extraordinarily professional but he went out of his way to thoroughly check my AC system without rushing as so many technicians seem to do these days. I cannot praise Isaac enough !!!!!!     We are so happy to have worked with Ellington Heat and Air when our AC decided to die in the MIDDLE OF AUGUST! The level of customer service we received is unparalleled. Danny, our sales rep, was so wonderful and caring and really made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Nelson, who came out on a Sunday to save us from melting, was really great. He really knows his stuff!!     Ellington has been helping provide us service for the last year now, and we’ve had consistent issues with our AC not cooling properly in the summer months (which we ask now living in FL is a majority of the year!). We had tried another company and although they were nice and helpful they could never figure out what was wrong with our system. Nelson has been the main one checking on our unit recently and each time he has taken the proper steps to fix the simple things first, clean, etc. and today we believe it’s FINALLY FIXED!!!!! I’ll definitely be calling and using Ellington from now on! ☺️

    Having your Air Conditioning fail just before a Holiday weekend is the worst time, but all too common it seems.     Its been a pleasure to deal with the office staff, the technicians and the management. From my ac condenser breakdown to the troubleshooting, warranty claim, waiting on parts, and final repair Nick and all the people behind him supporting him were professional, courteous and communicative about what to expect and when.     Just got a new AC installed. Jay came by to give me a quote and talk through the specifics, usually when you agree to a deal is the last time you see the salesman, but Jay was also present when the installation crew arrived and made sure everyone was on the same page and that my questions were answered, which is standout service that I did not expect. Spencer & Keandre did standout work installing the system and took A LOT of time to correct the wrongs of the previously installed system so that we dont have the same short lifespan as before. The bill for a new system is a tough pill to swallow, but these guys actually managed to make me feel like I made the right decision. (There were a couple other guys during the install that I didnt interact as much with, but the whole team seemed to be at the top of the game.)
