Chase and Martin were absolutely wonderful. They were both very friendly, professional, and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. The thing that actually impressed me was when they tested our water; they were honest about the results. There was nothing wrong with our water but they could have been dishonest to make a few more dollars for their company. I will continue to use Townside Plumbing for any further work that may be done. Thank you for turning our disaster into something positive!

TOP SHELF!!! These guys were great. They called and notified us of their arrival time and like clockwork showed up at the exact time. They explained the issues with our hot water heater and where and why it was leaking. The heater was 18 years old and pretty much toast! They also explained updates they would need to do to bring it up to code, which we expected having gone this in our other house about 6 years ago. They could have done the entire repair that day but had to wait to receive the unit from the Home Warranty company distribution center. They called 2 days later (when the unit arrived), showed up around noon and worked until 9-10 PM. It was located in the basement with difficult access and limited room to remove the old unit and install the new one! They brought it up yo code with new copper lines, cut/off valves, and an expansion tank on top of the unit. John was an excellent and highly experienced plumber! Their professionalism was top shelf!

Had a good experience. Would like to thank John for torching and resoldering new valves onto the pipes to our washing machine where we had a leak. It was a tough job in a difficult space but he was persistent and did great work. My wife and I are happy and relieved we were able to turn the water back on today.

My husband and I had a new sink installed in our kitchen that was deeper than the previous sink we had before. There was an issue with our garbage disposal because our existing pipes were a tad bit too high in relation to the deeper sink. John Kennedy made it so we could still have our garbage disposal without having to move around all of our pipes in the wall. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our finished product and that it was done correctly. Very nice guy with over 30 years of experience and a pleasure to work with! I have used Townside for the last five years and the have never disappointed! Each tech sent to our home has been knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. James repaired both our water heater and dishwasher, he is excellent at what he does and is my go to guy! Chase was just out for leak in our hundred year old home - we called in the morning and he arrived right after lunch. He quickly fixed the issue and we havent had any more problems from that area. I recently bought a new refrigerator but Lowes wouldnt hook up the water line for my ice maker and water for liability purposes i was told. They will hook up the hose only if i had the metal head on the end already. I attempted to do it myself but wasnt sure if i did it correctly.I called TownsSide Plumbing and the manager Eric(Reese) was very polite and understanding to my situation. He got me scheduled fast and sent a friendly man name Chase to help.Long story short, i was informed the saddle valves in those universal icemaker kits are not up to plumbing code!! Chase removed the valves & gotme up to code and I am one HAPPY CUSTOMER! I HAVE WATER & ICE!GREAT TEAM THEY HAVE!I have a new plumber now! They are the best! I spent a long time on the phone with Reese and Kristen to figure out the details of installing a hybrid heat pump water heater in my home. These are less common and we had a hard time finding it in stock and finding installers who were comfortable with it. The folks at Townside walked me through everything on the phone and allowed me to email them photos of my space to ensure this type of heater would be a good fit. We had some small issues with the installation (a newer technician who just needed a bit more training) but Townside made it right within a day. They had by far the best value of any company I called (I reached out to over 15 places!) and they were extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend them for any service.

I had a leak under my toilet. I have Choice Home Warranty and had been waiting for almost a month and half for them to have a technician come out. This was a big job to replace a 20 year old water heater with a new 80-gallon Rheem hybrid that stands almost 6.5 feet tall. James Bassett and Justin Chenault removed the old heater without mess and plumbed/wired in this new giant, complete with condensate line. They took the time to show me how to connect via WiFi and operate/monitor the new rig. They also took the time to discuss other plumbing concerns/questions I had. They cleaned up after themselves and left me no mess.Great guys. I will definelty have them back out on my next plumbing projects.

Chase and James were exceptionally great guys repaired a leaking pipe in my bathroom that was leaking downstairs in my ceiling they were professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns!!

Excellent customer service! Jaime eased my frustrations about not having hot water, told me Ill have Scott out there in the morning at 0830. Scott arrived ON TIME, uninstalled old, installed new, waited for fill-up and took the old with him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Scott was professional and courteous.

I had a very good experience with TownSide Plumbing, they were very professional, the receptionists were always friendly and cheerful and they communicated well with the time of the arrival of the technician. The technician, Ken, was friendly and answered my questions very professionally. Reese, was able to get me on the schedule quickly and he was very helpful and caring.
