Logan came by to fix our leaking ceiling and turned out it wasnt a plumbing issue, but a HVAC issue. Even though it wasnt a plumbing issue he still helped by cleaning up the huge puddles left in the backroom from the leak. Highly recommend Logan and Rush Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Logan and Jamie are great to work with. We had a water leak that required quick attention. They were onsite quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it all timely. I was totally impressed with this company. If I could give Rush Plumbing 10 stars I would. Jamie Waters is who came out to do a leak test. He explained everything step by step on what to expect. He was very knowledgeable in his trade. Plus he was the most courteous-professional guy that I have ever meet. As a business owner myself I know your employees make your company thrive. Had to have water heater replaced as it leaked and stopped working. Logan came out and fixed everything! He was friendly, communicated clearly and took the time to walk me thru what was going on. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!Our water pipes froze. I called the property managment and they sent out Felipe with Rush. He poked around the yard a little, in 11 degree weather, and could not find anything. He said that he had an idea and that he would be back. He came back and told me to let him know if the water came back on. He was outside for at least 45 minutes (again, its 11 degrees). Finally the water came back on!! He was able to find and repair the frozen part. Felipe is truly a God send. He could have cut the main and told us to wait until it thawed, but he did not. He is a professional that went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure we were okay. Definitely recommend!!
