Over the course of about 6 months, Mike and his team completed an 9 room remodel of our home. Everything from complete smaller bedroom renovations (new hardwood floors, new crown and base molding, and new paint) to installation of new exterior French doors, to new concrete pad and OSB walls for a workshop, to complete master suite remodel (including combining 2 smaller bedrooms, new walk in closet, all new master bath). The two things we appreciated most was: 1. Mikes commitment that his teams work quality had to be good enough to be in his own home and 2. Mikes underlying motivation from initial quote to final punchlist was to keep us (his clients) happy.

He is a patient, skilled craftsman, and quite frankly, a perfectionist. We had Southwest Builders build a new deck on our home. Mike and his team was was Excellent in every phase from start to finish of the project. They used top grade material, very skilled work force. Great communication. Southwest is an excellent company with a desire to please their customers, operating with the upmost integrity. He will be doing my next project.

Hired Southwest to rebuild my backyard deck, it took them a while to finish mostly due to weather but they did a great job and did some minor repairs to the connected part of the house as well. Ill be calling them in the future.

Theres a reason Southwest Builders currently has all 5-star reviews and Im pleased to be able to add another to the list. I would highly recommend Mikes team on any remodel that you are considering. They did fantastic work on a full remodel that included a totally new kitchen, sanding & staining hardwood floors throughout, 2 bathroom remodels, and new refinished staircase. I priced out 4 GCs for my remodel and Southwest Builders easily provided the best value for the cost. I will use SW Builders again!

Mike Bowie was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive to all my ideas and questions, gave me several well-thought out options for our project (fixing a portico) and was well-priced. Once they started the project he came to me with any questions or alterations, and the work was completed quickly. We are so happy with the end result and would gladly work with him again!

Mike and his team completed a remodel of my kitchen and I am so very happy! My kitchen was so outdated and when I got serious about finding someone, I located this company from the internet not knowing if things would work out. Everyone is responsive, answered all my questions any time Iwas confused about something, respectful and always here at the times they said they would be. My kitchen is beautiful and I am so very happy I located this company. If I have any issues with anything in the future, Mike assured me he would not hesitate to correct it. Wonderful company!My bathroom needed an update and Mike and his team did another fantastic job! I am so pleased with the new floor, new bath, vanity and sink and toliet. Again, always on time and very respectful. If I find other jobs, which this house needs, I would not use any company except this one. I appreciate them so very much!

Couldnt be happier with the new deck. The old one was a clear safety hazard and getting ready to fall apart. Mike came in, put together a plan and made it happen. The price was very reasonable considering other quotes and the end product is SUBSTANTIALLY better than I had ever expected. You can trust Mike and his team to do it right.

It has been a pleasure working with the team at Southwest Builders. Though our project is not done yet, we can See the light.Mike has been incredible with his attention to detail. He knows all aspects of the building project.We are installing a bathroom in our basement and remodeling the master bath and bedroom. Hardwood floors going down in Master BR and Guest BdRm. The flooring Man is doing a great Job.We have had plumbing, electrical work, drywall, tile and more.The SW team is doing all the detail carpentry work and painting.The most amazing thing to me is how Mike has been able to line up multiple contractors and get them to show up and complete the job in a very timely manner.Happy Holidays Southwest Builders

Mike and his crew basically rebuilt the back of our house due to years of water damage that went largely unnoticed, which they found while replacing some doors. Their kindness, honesty, punctuality and character will be the first thing you experience, followed by great quality work and going above and beyond in every way possible. 10 out of 10 would recommend. My deck was on the verge of collapse and Mike was very thorough in his plan to fix the issues and make the deck safe again. His estimate was competitive and he also let me know of the things that, once they started work they might run into, and what might add to the estimate. Jaydon and his crew arrived on time and completed the project beyond my expectations in the estimated amount of time. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor from start to finish!

Due to our home being a bit older, his crew took great care to properly fix issues that we could have never seen before deconstruction began. Mike Bowie together with the incredible Jayden, Leon, and a team of skilled craftsmen, took on the overwhelming task of tackling TWO bathrooms in dire need of complete renovation...at the same time! They diligently and tirelessly took the bathrooms to the studs and rebuilt them to meet our needs beautifully. From start to finish, Mike provided guidance and reassurance, walking us confidently through this job which was completely new to us. They also replaced steps that were pulling away from our outside porch. No project was too much for them. Mike had a plan for us each week and was respectful of the fact that my husband worked from home. It was an enormous undertaking for all parties and we are so happy that we had an opportunity to work with them. We are thrilled with the results and hope to hire them again in the future!
