Ken did an excellent job with adding another room to our house! All the work was really neat and organized. Our home was looking smaller and we really wanted to add a family room. We have been thinking about this decision for a long time and we finally chose to add the room. First we need a very trustworthy company. Kendall Developments Inc, is just what we were looking for. A safe, trustworthy company. They did a fantastic job on adding our family room and now our whole family is very satisfied. I definitely recommend Kendall Developments Inc, 5 stars from me! I highly recommend him!

Kendall Developments did a great job on our new home! We ran into an unfortunate situation with ComEd, which caused a 5-month delay to get power run to the property. That didnt stop the team. They worked off gas generators for months to keep the process moving. Kens recommendation to add beadboard vs a typical aluminum soffit is a beautiful touch to the front and back porches. If you are looking for a team to build your dream home, consider Kendall Developments for your project.

We wanted a room addition/kitchen remodel and went with Ken Kendall. The quote was better than other competitors, and the results were excellent. I was extremely grateful that we had Ken’s experience when a structural issue popped up during the job. He found the issue, contacted our architect, and solved the problem in the best possible way. He understood what we were looking for throughout the job, was responsive to any concerns we had, and even kept the job site clean every day that work was performed. Can’t recommend Kendall Developments highly enough for any project.
