I cannot say enough good things about FlipClean gutters. They have been on our house for almost 40 years and they still work like a charm, even on the third story in the back of the house. After the tornado in Bon Air a few years ago they were very quick to respond and make the necessary replacements. They even threw in a new and improved flip pole! I have had numerous friends and neighbors put them on after seeing ours in operation. Cleans our gutters in less than fifteen minutes without having to use a ladder. One of the best investments weve ever made in our home.

We have had these gutters installed on our last 2 houses, the first one purchased in 1999 and our present one purchased in 2010. The first one had one problem with a full-length second-story gutter that strong winds would occasionally flip. They promptly fixed that with a clip system they had already invented. Otherwise they are still working flawlessly on that house. All has been seamless (pun intended) on the second house. And oh, by the way, several neighbors houses have ended up with them, too. They see us cleaning them and come over to check them out.

I have a roof cleaning company and I have come across a ton of different types of gutters. By far the best Ive seen are flip gutters which are actually designed and made here in Richmond. The gutters are on a hinge that you can flip to empty, then flip back up using an extension pole, even multiple stories. Ive seen many different types of gutter covers and Ive never seen one that works as they advertise. Small debris still gets inside the gutters and decay and turn into dirt, and then the gutter covers are a pain because you have a hard time getting inside to clean the gutters. With these flip gutters, you never have to get a ladder out or risk being on an elevated surface because you can empty the gutters while your feet are still firmly on the ground. They are built well and very sturdy.

I have had flipclean for over 20+ yrs. now and they are the finest system ever. A simple flip of the gutter and leaves, birdnests, etc. fall out preventing blockage and freeflow of rain water. Highly recommend this product. It is worth it to never have to climb up and remove debris. Gutter helmets can still get some debris under the helmet but you cant see what is building up in there. Enough said.

I waited a year to place our review and we are not disappointed. Best by far. My husband loves these. No wet messy leaves rolling off onto our deck either. This is our 2nd home with them. Thank you for the quality product.

Flip clean gutters are the Best! It takes a few minutes to empty the gutters as opposed to a couple of hours on a ladder and the roof. Well worth the investment . Im sorry we didnt do them years ago!
