Bushi has provided multiple services for me since I moved into my home, they repairs a pipe with a gas leak, installed my water heater and recently replaced my boiler. Theyve always been incredibly communicative, punctual with services, given helpful advice and provided affordable options for me. I thought I smelled gas recently, and they got to my house faster than I did! I would definitely recommend them! -

I called Bushi plumbing because my tenants told me the hot water wasnt working. Bushi showed up within less than 24 hours and fixed all the plumbing issues and got us back up and running immediately. Great service and professionalism. Will definitely use again -

Renato and his crew are amazing. My boiler failed late Sunday night. Renato told me they could stop by Monday morning. They ordered parts and already started installing the new boiler that day! The installation of the new boiler was professionally done. I also asked them to fix a problem with the hot water baseboard heating loop. Some clown had installed part of it right above the electrical panels. The electrical inspector was not happy about that. Renatoβs crew relocated the pipe away from the panels when they were hooking the heating loop back up. His crew is polite and professional. They took out the old boiler and left the basement cleaner than before they started. I have called them several times and have always gotten amazing service. They are my go to for plumbing and heating! -

Im a new homeowner and I had no idea what to do. Bushi Plumbing was amazing and provided quick service! My water heater burst around 7pm at night and I called the emergency answering service for after hours and someone called me back within 15 minutes. I was able to text Renato a picture of the damage and model and he was able to come over the next morning at 8am with the replacement for a really affordable price! Truly great service and quick turn around, I really appreciated it. Theyll definitely be my go-to plumbing service in the future. Thank you so much Renato! -

Id give this company 10/5 stars! I highly recommend this company! They are fast, reliable, professional and an excellent plumping company. This past weekend, New England had extreme cold Below 0 degrees for 2 days. This caused our water pipe to freeze and burst and the fire department came to shut off our water. we had to repair our pipe and we called so many plumping companies and they ended up being already booked out several days into the week because other multiple homes had pipes bursting and other pipe/plumbing issues from the extreme cold as well. My boyfriend and i were stressed because we had no water for over 24 hrs and every plumbing company we called were booked for the day and several days out of the week. no one had availability to repair our broken pipe until I called Bushi Plumbing. they were able to come to my home the same day and fixed our broken pipe. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They had all the tools and equipment to fix our pipe. Everything is fixed now and we finally have water! I am very grateful for this company and for them being able to help us on our pipe issue! -

Very responsive and efficient. Reasonably priced. Our water heater started leaking a couple days before Thanksgiving. We called Bushi Plumbing & Heating, and Renato came within an hour despite a busy day. He helped picking up the new water heater for us the next morning and finished up the installation in a couple hours. The whole process was very smooth. We will definitely use their service again! -

Called at 4pm on a Firiday - my water heater had sprung a leak. Renato told me his men had left for the day, but he would see if he could get there ASAP. The job was done by 6pm! The cost was reasonable, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Im going to keep his number handy for any other work. Others I called did not return calls until the next day. You snooze, you lose! -

Renato and his team were absolute life savers. We had a problem with a sewer odor, and couldnt locate the source. In 2 visits, Renato scoured the house, found the source (a vent line improperly terminated below the roof), and fixed it. He was able to get roofers to come same-day to complete the job. They had to move our washer/dryer, and cut holes in the wall, all of which they promptly and elegantly repaired post-job, same day. Team was respectful, meticulous, and highly communicative. Renato even took the time to explain the issue and its impacts to another unit in the building. Could not be happier - he gave us our home back. -
