Working with Pearce Heating to replace our heat pump was an exceptional experience. From preparing the proposal to completing the project on time and with excellent quality, their work exceeded my expectations. We requested proposals from five other companies, but Pearces was the fastest to arrive and best reflected our requirements. They showed up on time on the scheduled day, delivered everything as promised, explained everything they did, and left everything cleaner than it was before they arrived. They did a great job installing a heat pump. While they were not cheap, they were the only company that truly cared to make sure the system will work well. They were the only company (out of the three) that noticed the return ducts were not large enough. Brain, the owner himself, went to the crawlspace of the house to look at the ducts and to make sure they can do it before they gave me the complete estimate. It took them four days to tackle the difficult job as the unit had to fit inside the house in a small closet. Everyone was very professional and helpful, from the estimate to the installation. I am very happy with the heat pump and so glad I choose Pearce.

I have had work done by Pearce Heating on two different occasions, several years apart. First they installed a mini-split system for the hot summers we are starting to get in the Seattle area, and later they replaced our forces air gas furnace.Both times we worked with a bunch of stellar crew who protected the work area, did a very clean installation, cleaned the sites of debris, and did a thorough work with me through when the work is done.Inspections passed easily with inspectors complementing their work was clear, well done, and easy to approve.I feel confident that they would be my go-to in the future for similar work.

Amazing experience from the initial discussion all the way to the installation.The comfort level before and after are like 2 different houses all together. Now I never know when/if the system is doing something, its just consistently pleasant inside of the house.What was done: replaced a two-stage gas furnace with a variable rate heat pump. We went with Bryant Evolution series because its capable and silent, it varies power of the heat pump and adjusts the blower speed.The project included adding ducts to a large addition, replacing return ducting with larger size, relocating the outdoor unit far from original location, providing adequate foundation for it, adding the fresh air intake system, Air Filtration system with UV light and of course, the installation of new indoor/outdoor units.There was a lot of work done in a span of one week. The owner of the company Brian Pearce had to be involved from the start of the project due to its complexity and he had been helping the team throughout the whole project.I would like to thank the entire team, including Jacob, Tim, Dylan and especially their lead Travis for all the work they put into making it happen. It was a pleasure to have them in our home!

We recently learned from them that we needed to replace our furnace and A/C. Brian and his team did an outstanding job installing a mini split during our construction project. Brians prices were very reasonable and he was willing to make 2 trips (1 to run the line set before drywall, and another to hang the head unit and install compressor after siding and drywall). Travis was the installer, who was extremely professional and overall a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. Everyone on the team was great to work with. I highly recommend Pearce and am already planning to use them for my next project.

I hired Pearce for my EV charger installation.they are one of the contractors listed on PSE rebate program. Service was great, only Pearce technician examined the panel before giving accurate quotes. Other 2 quotes that I got were online only. Technician clearly explained the work needed, price was good. They did good job during installation day. Overall 5 star experience. It has been more than 2 months since they did installation. I will definitely call them for any future electrical work.

We needed to have a chandelier hung from 16 ceiling, plus converting 2 can lights to pendant lights. Pearce Electrical had the expertise and super tall step ladder to do these jobs. Courteous, knowledgeable, and pulled a permit for their work. Permit requirements included upgrading 4 circuit breakers and the attic supports for the new work (old supports & breakers were not up to code), and posted the work for the permit inspectors to check what was done. Impressive! All included in their very reasonable estimate. They emphasized the importance of doing the job right, no shortcuts. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly. We recommend them to everyone, and will definitely have them back again. They are very familiar with Trilogy housing.

Pearce is amazing. Customer service is top notch and the quality of their installation work is great. I had a very detail oriented contractor in the house when they installed a furnace two years ago. The contractor is hard to please and was impressed with the install, as was I. This summer my 15 year old AC died on a Friday night. I texted Pearce and didnt expect anything back until Monday. They were at my house at noon on Saturday and fixed the AC. These guys are the best. Couldnt recommend them highly enough.

I experienced exceptionally outstanding service from Pearce Heating and A/C when they recently installed a new furnace and A/C unit at my home.I have never had a company that responded more quickly and capably to every question and need that I had. After my first phone call to the company, their representative arrived within minutes to check out the A/C. After I decided to replace both the A/C and the furnace several days later, the office moved rapidly and was able to schedule the replacement for the very next day.The crew arrived at my home the next morning in the middle of a heat wave, stating they were going to do everything they could to keep me from having to experience even one more night in a house without A/C. At the end of the afternoon, air-conditioned air was blowing from the vents, and the house was completely cooled---long before I could have dreamed possible.When they were finished, the workers went over each part of the furnace and A/C with me, giving a very clear explanation of how to operate each part. They encouraged me to contact the office if I had any questions as time went on. They left everything so clean and neat that I couldnt even tell anyone had been there working.I will certainly call Pearce Heating and A/C when I have future needs, and I strongly recommend them to anyone needing furnace and air conditioning replacement or repair.

We are very happy with the solution and work that Chris did for our project. We had to move a flood light installation and added an electrical outlet for the patio. He provided several solutions, clearly explained what needed to be done and obtained all materials. The result looks great and clean. Chris and Pearce company were professional. Bill was exceptionally helpful with evaluating our needs, making system upgrade recommendations, providing a detailed estimate that included all available rebates (PSE & Tax) as well as providing everything we need to get through the Trilogy HOA approval process. The installation team (Travis W, Peter B, and Tim S) was always on time, clean and courteous and provided high-quality workmanship. I could not be more satisfied with the work performed by Brian and his two techs, Tim and James. They were on time, professional, friendly, and took great care to follow COVID protocols while in our home. The installation of everything, from the pad to the A/C unit and the ducting to the electrical, was completed cleanly, and you could hardly tell they had been there, save for the new equipment. They installed our new smart thermostat and ensured we understood how to operate it. And before they left, they carefully took us through what to expect, what to do during seasonal transitions (cold to hot), and maintenance. They checked every box for me in terms of quality of service and delivery. I strongly recommend Pearce Heating & A/C for your next service or installation project.

I’m lucky to have come across Pearce Heating & A/C. They were able to come out the day I called, then proceeded to diagnose my issues and put together an estimate in less than an hour. Then they provided me a convenient way to sign off on the desired work options and got straight to scheduling. Once the team was at my house, they were super friendly and clear about what their plan was. Execution was flawless and my new system is running great! The gear they installed will be saving me about half of the energy and natural gas that the previous system was consuming. They were able to do all of this around Thanksgiving time and did a great job communicating available time to work.

We have utilized Pearce to check our furnace and air conditioner for many years, and have always been happy with their service. We have recommended them to friends and family. But they recently went above and beyond our service expectations. On a freezing cold Sunday in January, our almost 20 year old furnace went out completely. I contacted Pearce through e-mail and Sandra responded immediately. She arranged for Bill to come by first thing Monday morning. And he suggested replacements for the furnace and a/c. We agreed, work started Tuesday, and we had heat by Wednesday. The workers who came were friendly and so very considerate. My husband was ill and had to go to the hospital during that time. The Pearce team made certain that they worked with our schedule to get the job completed. It was almost like having kind and caring family members working on our behalf. And we are so pleased with our new furnace and thermostat! Well try out the a/c this summer, Im sure. Thank you, Pearce, for helping us during a difficult time. We appreciate all of you!

Called Pearce because our furnace was working but not quite as it should. Although they dont really work on our brand of furnace, they sent Bill out to see if it was something he could fix. He was amazingly thorough in checking everything and explaining how our furnace works - and told us what to look for if we had issues in the future. Our issue turned out to be super simple and he was able to get the furnace working as it should. Pearce has earned our business and we will be calling them to service our A/C unit soon! And as a realtor who is often asked by clients who to call when something isnt working at their new homes, its great to have a company I can recommend who I would also use at my own home!

This is an amazing company, cant recommend this team enough! I called as my 30 year old furnace wasnt working. Clair came out that day and took care of the issue. Hes a seasoned veteran that truly understands heating and air plus hes a great guy. We had an excellent experience with Pearce Heating for our furnace and A/C installation. Clair, who did the initial assessment while we were looking for quotes from various contractors, was extremely thorough and detailed, with a wealth of observations regarding our heating system and ducts, and provided us with three options.The furnace and A/C were over 20 years old, and additional work was required to improve air flow. Our install techs Patrick and Tim, with lead James, were super professional. The job took 2.5 days and despite them having to set up show in the garage by the furnace, at the end of each day the garage looked spotless and all our things were back to their original spots. A lot of work was done on the ducts in the crawl space, accessed through the kitchen, and again, everything was as mess-free as could be. The team communicated very well.Upon completion, Pearces coordinator scheduled an inspection with the city of Redmond on our behalf, and also managed to align the timing with our schedules. Were most pleased with the overall work.

Very pleased with the whole experience with Pearce when my furnace blower died. I was already hoping to replace it with a quieter unit and replace my ancient A/C as well.Bill walked me through the options, and in contrast some of the other bids, took time to listen to what was important for me, including moving the outdoor unit to a different location. Very flexible and answered a ton of questions while adjusting the design as we shifted to a dual fuel dual stage heatpump + furnace instead of a furnace + ac unit.The install crew Tim, Jacob and James were very professional, did a very clean job, and treated me and my home with respect at all times.The new system is great - very quiet and way better than before.They were not the cheapest bid, but I believe they did a great job and wont hesitate to recommend them.

We had an A/C added to an existing forced air furnace. We put out a few bids and had the most confidence in our meeting with Pearce. They were realistic about options, performance concerns, and helped us evaluate options and placement to exceed our expectations.They went above and beyond rebuilding the stack and leaving the entire system in a much cleaner and better flowing state. They were able to reuse existing conduit, added an extra outlet, and ran the lines perfectly protected and concealed. The installation looks as if the home was designed around this installation.Their work is well thought out, very cleanly executed and on top of that, the entire team was great to work with. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We had a complete loss of power on Wednesday, 11/23/2022 caused by a power surge from a PSE failed ground cable. Left us with burned out circuitry no heat in our furnace. On Monday, 11/28/2022 at 8:00 am I called Pearce Heating & AC and Claire Parker arrived at 9:00 am and diagnosed a burned out transformer and fan motor in our furnace. He was able to replace the transformer; but, had to locate a fan motor. He was able to replace our fan motor on Tuesday, 11/29/2022 at 3:30 pm and restored our heat. Overall service from Pearce Heating & AC was outstanding and Claire was exceptional. I would highly recommend both Pearce and Claire Parker for any future heating or air conditioning needs.

Pearce will always be our go to heating and A/C company. We just added A/C to our rental house in Sammamish. We did our due diligence and got 3 bids and Pearce was the best bid. Bryan came out to do the bid and explained that the bottom floor would be cooler than the upper floor as heat rises. We asked what options we might have to cool the upper floor. Bryan provided options to get the upper floor cooler. Since this is a rental house we didnt want to install mini-splits as that option was more than we wanted to spend. Another option was to add an additional air return upstairs to pull out the hot air. The bid for a new furnace, a new A/C unit and adding an additional return was very reasonable and the best bid we got so we moved forward and so glad we did.We got our schedules coordinated and all of the work was done within 4 days. The crew who did the work was amazing! Every single worker was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and customer-centric. They explained the work and process they were going to undertake and sought our input on where we wanted the A/C unit and where we wanted the additional air return grill. We had an issue with the lights in the hallway not working and now that Pearce has licensed electricians we were able to have that work also completed. The Pearce eletricians were amazing!Each day the crew arrived on time and they worked long and hard. They were very respectful of the property and wore booties on their shoes inside and cleaned up the garage each night before leaving. We cant say enough good things about Pearce Heating & A/C. We will be long-term loyal customers who will have our rental as well as our primary residence service by Pearce every year. We highly recommend Pearce to all our friends and family.

We have been using Pearce Heating & A/C since they installed our furnace ten years ago.When we came home from a vacation on the 23rd of December, we had a problem getting our furnace to come on. After trying a variety of things, we got it to fire up, but this did not last. By morning we had no heat, the furnace would not start. We contacted Pearce Heating, and they had a technician at our house in an hour and a half!! After testing, Clair the technician found we no longer had a working thermostat. Fortunately, Clair had a nice one in his truck, which he installed in no time and was on his way.Clair was also at our house for our furnace checkup in November. He is always congenial, and I find him very easy to work with. He gives me honest assessments of our system, so we dont get that big surprise when its time for a maintenance upgrade.

They also did additional work to fix our furnace so that it would be easier to change the filter and made sure everything was up to code. We are about to remodel the house, which requires relocating the air return. Brian was the first(and only) person we talked to and he was very helpful and really spent time and effort evaluating our relocation options. Although there are also some competitive quotes out there, I still went with Pearce because of their strong review, honesty, knowledge in products, great first impression, and quick response.The installation was smooth and the installation team: Travis, James, Jacob, Peter did a good job finishing it. One of them walked me through everything in details and the following inspection passed easily. The installation team even fixed some other problem automatically when they spotted the wrong work left by old contractor, which really surprised me.The admin team was always nice too! Clair comes out each year to do our maintenance, and has always been very honest about what does or does not need to be done. The one time we had a problem with our system, it was fixed within the day. Weve always had a great experience with Pearce and appreciatetheir reliability and communication.

Pearce Heating & A/C is the best in the area. Ethical, responsive, customer focused, and high-quality service. Our sales tech Bill was patient and extremely helpful throughout the process- all the way from bid to install complete. Install technician Lead Tim was very friendly and so were install techs- James, Peter, and Justin. After our furnace was installed, we continued to experience some issues with furnace not kicking-in when it supposed to. Bill was very responsive every time I called him and came right away to check it out. Apparently, our furnace situation was a corner case scenario due to the house structure and was not something even that they had experienced in past. However, Bill, Tim, and crew came back and pretty much spend a whole day to fix the issue with no complaints. I appreciate their positive attitude and drive to provide the best and top-quality customer service. I would highly recommend them.

They were best value for what we wanted, did not try to up-sell us for something we didn’t need, and performed the install without any issues. Last week when our gas furnace went out, we called around and again, Pearce was the best value. They came out as scheduled and again installed without any issues. Great service, honest, fair prices, and I would definitely recommend them.

He always kept us informed at every stage (when we could expect his quote to arrive, when he would be able to confirm parts availability or installation scheduling, etc.). What really came through was a strong desire to have us as their customer and doing whatever they could to ensure we would receive an installation of the highest quality.The installation team (Mike, James, Travis & Pete) were right on time and Clair came to introduce us to the team. Within 5 minutes of evaluating the current setup and reviewing the install challenges, Mike outlined his overall plan with the team and everyone dove right in. We recently had Pearce replace our furnace and install central air conditioning. Even though we have used Pearce for years prior to this for servicing our heating and have been very pleased, we did our due diligence in talking with several heating companies since this was such a significant investment.When Pearce came to provide us an estimate, they spent time looking at the best way to install our new HVAC, including counting floor registers and returns and investigating our crawl space and our breaker panel. In contrast, other companies spent less than half the time that Pearce did and left us with the impression that they were paying nominal attention to the existing duct work and what a new installation could/should look like based on our concerns and questions.It took three days to install our our new furnace and central air. The Pearce installation team was professional, knowledgable, and thoughtful (shoe coverings every time they entered the house). Everything went exactly as they indicated it would from installation through the electrical and mechanical inspections by the city of Bellevue. In fact, both city inspectors indicated unsolicited that our furnace and ac installation was a top notch job and that they dont always see such professional work.Pearce charged us the amount indicated in our estimate. There were no last minute surprise charges even though their original plan for running our condensation line had to be altered a bit and a mal-functioning condenser pump caused an unforeseen installation challenge. Most importantly, the day our furnace was scheduled to be installed happened to end up being the coldest day and night of the year, to date, so the team double-timed the furnace installation to ensure we would not go without heat more than absolutely necessary.We could not be more pleased with our decision to go with Pearce. Not only has working with them given us considerable peace of mind around our HVAC investment, we get to support a local company that is bucking the trend of making the consumer pay more money for lower quality and poorer customer service.

Pearce has an excellent team, competitive prices, and professional service.Ive been relying on Pearce Heating for yearly maintenance since I bought my house in Woodinville. Once they pointed out that our 20-year-old furnace was finally on its last legs (cracks were forming), I priced out a new furnace and was pleased to see that Pearce was also competitive for new installs. They installed a new Bryant furnace. With only a little convincing, I also had them install the furnace as A/C-ready, since that could heavily reduce labor charges for installing A/C down the line.Several years later and the heavy heatwaves in WA State have convinced me to have Pearce install A/C early next year (the earliest they could, due to the surge in demand). Sure enough, the price differential of the furnace being A/C-ready will likely save us thousands in labor and parts (the parts have more than doubled in price given demand and pandemic shortages!). Im very glad they had presented me the option of making the furnace ready for A/C, since Id have never thought of it myself at the time.We recently did have some issues with the furnace (several parts were going bad: the pressure switch and the power switch). For both cases, Pearces responses to our calls were exceptionally swift; they were out to inspect and repair within an hour each time! Since the furnace was still fairly new and the parts were all under warranty, the service itself was free of charge, as well.Overall, Im very happy that we chose Pearce Heating for our maintenance, furnace install, and A/C install. I especially appreciate the excellent services provided by Bill and Claire and the reception/dispatch team including Allison and Sandra (apologies if I got anyones name wrong).

Following last summers heat wave, my wife and I finally committed to getting A/C installed at our home. From the first interaction with Claire, through successful installation, I cant say enough great things about our experience. Claire was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about his job. When it came time to install, we had the pleasure of having Travis and Sabastian work on getting the new A/C unit put in. Similarly, they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and overall amazing to work with. In particular, we appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took in their work.During the same timeframe, the crew also discovered that our furnace was operating at extremely dangerous levels and educated us on the reason for the issue. Ultimately, they encouraged us to replace the furnace. Given the pressing nature of the install, they were able to get a crew back out to our house the next day to successfully install the new unit. The customer service and care they had was simply amazing.Overall, it was an absolute pleasure to work with this team and I have no reservations about seeking their services in the future.

I knew the furnace was nearing the point where it was going to need to be replaced and when the time came I also decided to install A/C as well. I called Pearce. Clair led me through the ins and outs of heat pump options vs A/C. He provided a detailed cost estimate, discussed equipment options and what installation would entail timewise. My installation team was headed by Mike with Diego, Travis and Pete assisting. It went faster than expected, communication about install details was great and they made sure everything worked. Mike took time to walk me through the new equipment in terms of how to change the furnace filter and how often, shut off valves, and things to note in terms of normal operations. They explained the inspections that needed to be done and that they would help me schedule them. They left the work area cleaner than when they started. The final price was exactly what the original estimate had been. Their customer service is 5 star. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Great company!

I needed to replace my air conditioner, and after getting three bids from reputable HVAC dealers, I chose Pearce Heating and A/C, Inc. I went by the guidelines offered by HVAC.com in what to look for in hiring the best HVAC company/technician because if they dont do the installation correctly, the equipment wont perform as expected. The owner, Brian Pearce, was so much more knowledgeable and thorough than the other salesmen. Unlike the others (one who gave me a bid after spending 15 minutes looking at my current equipment), Brian spent at least an hour explaining everything to my satisfaction. I knew this was the company I wanted to hire for all my HVAC needs from here on out. I decided to replace both my 18-year-old furnace and air conditioner at the same time. The lead installer Mike Anderson along with his tech Sebastian did an amazing job. Brian also explained how I could safely get more hot water from my water heater by installing mixing valves. After 22 years of filling my large tub in shifts waiting for more hot water, I can now fill it once and done. Our AC unit died in July post-heat wave, and we called Pearce to come out and take a look. Because of how busy the market was, the first available date to get the unit replaced was a month out, but the team went way above and beyond once the installation appointment came. While the entire installation was scheduled for three days, Mike and the team worked hard to get the new unit up and running on that first day. This was a lifesaver, because it was 95+ degrees that day, and around 90 inside the house. After the work was all done, there was a minor electrical issue due to some weird wiring decisions by the previous owners, but again the team came out and quickly resolved everything. At the end of all the installation the garage was clean, the installations were well done.- Competitive pricing.- For servicing, they actually sent me details of the filters I could by myself (amazon/homedepot) if I wanted to change them on my own or buy it from them if I wanted to.- In my case there was a rebate from the energy company and also the old furnace had cashback from the company on being returned. I called for a water heater replacement and it was replaced the next day. The installer completed the job in about an hour. I am very pleased with the product and the service. About 2 weeks before the water heater went out I called them because the air conditioner quit cooling. Again great service and very fast.

Bill came to do a yearly check on my A/C and heater. I bought my home several months ago, so these units were new to me. Bill is knowledgeable and free to offer me information about my units and how to care for them. He was thorough and efficient in his examination. I asked him about a “mystery” buzzing in my closet that was on the other side of the heater wall. I wasn’t sure if it was caused by the heater. Bill investigated and found it was a transformer in the crawl space under the closet. It was a simple, quick fix to stop the transformer buzzing and I am thrilled to not be bothered by this mystery noise anymore. Bill took good care of my appliances and went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely continue with Pearce Heating & A/C to maintain my appliances.

What an exceptionally professional and efficient company. On Friday, Bill comes on an emergency call and patches our furnace together for the weekend. On Monday morning, Travis W. and Sebastian A. arrive with the big truck and a new furnace. A few hours later we were fully operational. All team members, including the office team on the phone, were friendly and highly skilled. Bill then Travis did a great job explaining our options and guided us to good choices. Well continue to call them for our HVAC needs.
