Second time calling Kronsberg and glad I did. I had to have garage circuit breakers rewired after a car fire which caused extensive heat and smoke damage in garage. Tyler and Travis came out and got the job done in a day. Even brought up all the wiring up to current code. They did things quickly and efficiently. Tyler came out about a month later, after I got new drywall installed, and trimmed out all of the outlets. He did a great job. I have not hesitation recommending Kronsberg to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. 1/2 the house was without power. After getting the run around with many companies, Kronsberg had a tech at my house in 30 minutes. Very thorough. Highly recommend!

We used Kronsberg Electric for help installing new circuits for heated floors. After calling several companies in the area and either getting no response or an outrageous price, it was such a refresh to work with this team. From scheduling (they bent over backwards to squeeze us in on a tight timetable) to extremely professional service, to easy (and under estimate!) invoicing, we were so happy with their service. I will be using them again as we continue to remodel. Thank you!!

I absolutely LOVE Kronsberg Electric, especially Travis! We had him run the electrical for some heating coils on our roof and they not only were extremely professional, but looked for ways to cut down the cost, along with being superior in explaining in simple terms what they did. We are planning additional electrical needs in the future and we will want Travis going forward. We highly recommend Kronsberg Electric and we will not work with anyone else!

We had an overall excellent experience with Kronsberg Electric. We needed some relatively minor work done but had a long list and I had called upwards of 10 electrical companies in the area and they all either never replied to the message I left or just said sorry, no, we are too busy. Kronsberg was the only company to actually listen to my needs and put a plan in place without considering us not worth the time. They set a date for about 3 weeks in the future and then called back a week or so later to say they could now come even earlier! Our electrician provided excellent, friendly service and got everything we needed done in a short time. The cost was reasonable. They will definitely be our first call in the future.

After calling 6 south Deschutes County area electricians and getting only answering machines, I was frustrated. Finally on a social media site a response from a remodeling company wrote that if the person needing an electrician contacted him he’d give the name of the great electrician they hire for their projects. I left a message and within minutes the remodeler called to give me the name of Kronberg Electric. Even though they were 50 miles away in Redmond, I called. I was so excited to get a real person, not an answering machine. Travis arranged for Mike to come to our house in the next half hour. He was on time, pleasant, and solved our problem. The rate was reasonable. We didn’t have to spend a weekend with no heat or water. Of the other companies we left messages with one called back that day and said he could help us in 3 months. One called back in 3 days to say they were too busy and the rest never called. I highly recommend Kronsberg Electric.

An electrical circuit at our business office shut down our printer and part of our customer service area. Kronsberg fit us into their schedule at 6:30am the next morning to get us back in service. The troubleshooting required the tech to get into our attic space and trace a wire outside to a light pole, as well as a repair to our circuit breaker panel. Awesome job.

Travis explained everything and answered every question I had in terms that were easy to understand. I would reccommend them for any electical work you may need to have done. They were terrific!

I called for an appointment to add an outlet and got it scheduled w/i 14 days. In this busy construction/maintenance market, that was sooner than I expected. Travis called me early this morning with questions on the order so he could prepare, then showed up exactly when he said he would.He was courteous and quick. He scouted the issue and we discussed options, then he got the work done in a timely manner. His work area was left clean and he did just what Id requested. He went beyond to properly label a couple of switches/boxes to avoid power cut-offs in future.The office personnel are friendly and professional as well. Weve used Kronsberg for repair visits at one of our business locations and are just as pleased.
