    We decided to put in a walk in shower to make it easier for my mom to get in and out of. The first call we made was to DaBella and that was the only call we needed to make. Gary and Chris came to the house and were absolutely AMAZING! They spent a few hours answering all of our questions and was extremely patient with us changing our minds multiple times. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and tell them to request Gary and Chris if they want OUTSTANDING customer service.

    Chris was very informative about the covered gutters, which DaBella did a great job of installing them on our families two story house. We feel much safer not having to hire someone to clean them or climb a 35 foot ladder to clean them.

    I recently met the salesman, Damon Evans, from Dabella windows. He came to my house to review the purchase of some windows for my log home. This was a very uncanny installation that had to be done. He handled the whole process very intelligently and professionally. He arranged for a very competent installer to come out and solve the major installation questions I had as well as several problems that I was unaware of from the prior contractor. By the time we were done I felt at ease with the deal that was made and confident in the process that would take place to make make sure I was satisfied. Very happy with the pricing and presentation. I would highly recommend this company and there sales staff.

    I recently had the pleasure of having my windows inspected by Luke and Chris, and was very pleased with their service. Although we did not buy any windows from them at this time, as their inspection didnt show any inclement issues, both of them were incredibly nice and professional throughout the entire process. They were easy to work with and made sure to address all my concerns without being pushy. Their expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience smooth and stress-free.     A big thank you to DaBella, Andrea, and Nick, the head installer plus his team! We got the windows installed and the whole job was completed professionally and the double paned windows are beautiful! They keep our home warm with no drafts and are such an improvement!     Evan Smith and Dawson from the Redmond, Oregon, branch of DaBella siding company arrived on time for my appointment, they were courteous, professional, well spoken, and listened to my needs and wants regarding the siding on my house. I was not sure if I needed new siding, but they took the time to inspect my siding, took photos of problem areas, and gave me a very honest review of my siding. They gave me recommendations that were straightforward and honest, and I appreciated all of the above! These young GENTLEMEN are to be praised for being wonderful salespeople to work with! If you need new siding, call them!

    I cannot believe that Dabella has such an awesome amazing employee like April. I have never dealt with someone that cares so much about her customers like she does. Her expertise in this business means so much to our family as we have had so many bad trials with other contractors.     Christian came over this afternoon to give us an estimate that we couldn’t do with our type of bathtub.     My experience with Dabella,Since the beginning they showed us all the options for roof and windows we had, they told us they use GAF materials that they should be the best, also a 50 years warranty that you can transfer if you sell the house.We only decided to change the roof.The installer was so patient and explained me what they sales guys told me in the beginning. He mentioned me that he liked how they have to install the roof deck protection overlapping and not just one layer of it.Now I am checking other roofs and noticing the red flags like bubbling and the overall quality of the job.We are so happy with the final result.

    DaBella sales reps and job inspectors Austyn and Rys in the Bend-Redmond area did a thorough review of my home and that provided me with great options and were willing to spend the time and effort to guide me through the decision process and explain all the benefits of their services, products and contractors. They were very helpful and dedicated to listening to my concerns and needs while patiently guiding and convincing me to commit to a much needed tub conversion and glass door replacement. Although I always get sticker shock with market rates these days, I also appreciate the added value and promise of trouble-free, guaranteed contractor performance, using quality products/materials that are fully covered and warranted (50-year transferrable) for parts and labor, without having to become a project manager myself.

    Tim and Dawson came by to look over my roof and go over my options. I knew I was going to need one soon, and it was so nice to work with a team that was so knowledgable and made the process easy.     The whole experience, from my first call to inquire about an estimate to the day after installation when I received a call checking on my satisfaction, has been exemplary and professional from the team at DaBella. I met with Preston & Michelle in the beginning to talk about options and get an estimate for my tub/shower to walk-in shower remodel. Both were very personable, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Full disclosure - I already had an estimate from another local-and highly recommended company, that came in under the estimate I received from DaBella (almost 4K under) - but because of the care I received from Preston and Michelle - not to mention this job would be a 1-day install vs 4-day from the other company (I only have 1 bathroom - so 4 days would have been miserable!!) the extra money was worth every penny.At the day of install - Jamie & Phil with Preferred Bath were my install team - and nothing short of professional and proficient. They even took extra time to let my dog (protective pitbull) become comfortable with them going in and out of my house. I also much appreciated the care they took to assure my dog didnt escape out an open door as I live on a very busy city street/intersection.The icing on what was already a very delicious cake came when Madison called me the next day to see how satisfied I was with the product and install of my new walk-in shower.DaBella is truly a quality and consumer-centric company and I will be happy to share my experience with ANYONE looking for a bathroom remodel.

    Brady and Travis run a very tight ship, these guys are very professional and really lead with their heart. The inspection team consisted of Jose B. and Lori J. They were exactly on time; they were absolutely GREAT to deal with. They were professional and yet personable and friendly. They explained the inspection process and procedures and answered any questions that had, before and during the inspection process. They were very thorough and easy to develop a great rapport with. I felt very comfortable with their inspection and their assessments of the work that will be needed on my roof in the future.     We are not wealthy, but a windfall made it possible for us to buy a small house. We were told that we needed a new roof, but the roofing companies I spoke to wouldnt finance my husband and me. We began searching online for discounts or senior programs that could help us out and happened upon DaBella Exteriors.This company responded immediately to our cry for help and sent out a pair of their employees, Amanda M. and her partner, Luis P., who began right away to assess our roof and our financial situation. After looking at the roof and making notes about the potential size and cost of the job, they came in and sat with us, explaining their plan for us and the choices we had about warranties, materials, labor, and everything else going into the replacement of an old roof. They answered every question we could think to ask. They had brochures, samples of roofing material, a very interesting and thorough powerpoint, expertly presented, and the friendly and professional attitude we found lacking in other roofing companies we spoke to.Amanda then proceeded to find financing for us. As we had spent most of our savings on the house, and were living on fairly small retirement checks, she had to look at several and find different banks and lenders for us. It saved us massive confusion and headaches. She worked all hours and kept in constant contact with us, offering alternatives and giving us good and bad news in ways we could hear and understand what she was telling us. I really felt as though she and Luis were both our friends and on our side.I am so grateful that we found this company and give them 5 stars out of 5. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof and not sure they can afford it.

    Update 7/28/23 Worked with DaBella GM to resolve the issues and had our windows installed. Im obsessed with the windows. Instantly cut road noise and also noticed the AC is working efficiently. I would recommend this window product freely.Entered into a contract with Da Bella to replace all the windows in our home January 2023. Sales team left with a $10k deposit and a target date to install in June. It seemed a long wait but, they said they were being cautious. June rolled around and I had to initiate contact and was told our windows were in the warehouse. Mid June I contacted them again and was told by the operations manager that we were scheduled for July 24, 2023. Not here yet. Called the office and was told July 30. Not acceptable. Ive requested cancelation of the contract and a return of my deposit. This company has high pressure scripted sales tecnique. Horrible communication. Alot of excuses. Buyer beware!!

They told me they didnt have anyone available to come out to do a bid, threw me a ball park figure of $15-30k and clearly werent interested in my business. Andy was right on time, was very professional, friendly and easy going. He did a thorough inspection of our roof even though we already knew it needed replaced. When he was done, he took the time to sit with us and answer all our questions about their products, went over EXACTLY the work they would be performing, what we should expect in the process.     Connor, the sales rep, was excellent in providing detailed view of all sub projects I want to get it done with DaBella. Able to come up with a quote where I can keep most of my project intact. Mainly Entire home windows replacement, Panoramic Door & a Garden Window, had to leave out Doors, that I felt little over reach. Bit pricey I felt in the beginning, Connor was able to work his team to give a price that I am comfortable to go with. Now, I am looking forward to quality work and installation!

    Met initially with Kelly and Kalen. I was interested in getting a quote for a shower installation. They explained various options and plans and listened to my concerns and needs.     Two gals came up to set up an appointment to inspect and bid on my roof job. Colby came up to examine it. He took video of the damage and wear. He pointed out what was wrong and how they would fix it. The bid was quite high, but the quality of their product appears to be above industry standards. I could tell that he was very knowledgeable about roofing. My original roof was not done properly, and he pointed out the mistakes, such as no ice lip and no ventilation in the attic.

    My fiberglass shower is a crumbling mess & the tub is only big enough for a small child. I had April from DaBella over yesterday to discuss shower repair. She inspected everything very thoroughly and came up with a comprehensive estimate to replace both the shower and tub for an extremely reasonable amount. The company sounds stellar and April was a joy to work with…I’m looking forward to the completed work with an adult sized bathtub!

    Dave sold us on the company because of their warranty, being green and the initial customer service. It was a little more than other quotes we had received but for the warranty it was worth it.The crew that did our roof did not do a good job on cleaning up at all, every day there was a new mess. While there was snow on the ground we knew it wouldnt be the prettiest site to see during construction, however this crew did not clean up after themselves until several complaints and phone calls later. My husband and I had to clean up after them.Luke and Dave are doing a great job by keeping in touch with us as the roof has been finished and the clean up is being completely done properly now. Luke came out and double checked our roof and made sure that while the cleaniness of the job was very disappointing that the workmanship did not match and reassured us that the roof was in great shape and the install was done properly and met company standards which in my opinion are very high.Overall I would say the company has very high standards and definitely wants the best for their clients, however they need to be careful about the crews they hire. Customer service is above and beyond though and we are thankful to be giving them a chance to right the wrong of the crew they hired.Thank you Luke and Dave, also to Alex for making sure that in the end we are happy and the property looks just as good as when they arrived if not better!

He explained everything very clearly and made adjustments in the number of windows to be replaced and the different price ranges to reflect my budget.     I am very satisfied with my windows and I was very satisfied with the installation. I really notice the difference this summer. My house stays nice an comfortable and I dont have air conditioning. I filled out my Energy Trust application and I needed signature from the installer. Luke from the Redmond office came down that day. He Reviewed my application, signed it , and even offered to make a copy and mail it for me. That is customer service.

    I called DeBella to get a quote on a new roof in the Bend area. Jacob and Chris, DaBella sales representatives, were very friendly and professional. They took time to assess and measure my roof, thoroughly explained the advantages of using a GAF roofing product and the Golden Pledge Warranty (50 years!), and reviewed their roofing process and materials with me. When I said I needed to consult with others before making a final decision, they said, no problem. They answered all my questions, and when I called to say I was ready to sign, they came back to my home to go over the contract. Other companies told me Id have to wait for eight months to get a new roof; DeBella said they could work on it in 4-6 weeks. So far, customer service has been excellent!

    Met with Max Dinesen and his colleague a few weeks back; they were the first to set up an appointment after I pinged a site requesting quotes for a new roof and gutters. They set the appointment promptly and then came out within a few days. Max was very thorough and professional, and when my wife and I had some concerns, Max addressed them with confidence and clarity. The schedulers have dropped off all of the materials, and Max has checked in to make sure everything is in place for removal & installation beginning tomorrow. He has been prompt in his follow ups even through a bout of the latest variant of COVID, which is impressive. The material is all here and ready to install, Max has made sure we performed our diligence in removing items from around the roof line in case something falls from the roof, as can happen from time to time. All in all, I anticipate a high quality experience, and I know if I have concerns that need to be addressed afterwards, Max will be my advocate. That is all most clients want when the job is done - an advocate to take care of any remaining items, no matter how small, and I believe Max will act on our behalf if we need him to.

    I set up an appointment for a consultation with DaBella Exteriors. Due to some scheduling issues, their scheduling service was able to find a time that was convenient for my wife and myself.The representative that came out to our house was Joel Pickell. Joel was very informative and had a comprehensive presentation where he explained the products the company offered and how DaBella Exteriors could provide a fantastic new roof for our house. Since we have had a few really rough winters in Central Oregon, it was time to get the roof replaced.After Joels presentation, we decided on roofing and he was also able to offer us a variety of financing options to meet our needs. I was pleased that the process went smoothly and expect the actual roofing process to go well too.
