This was my first time using Austin Electric. I have had so so experiences with other electricians. Austins upgraded my service from 100 to 200 Amp. The young men who did the install where extremely professional, worked hard, and were polite. Dave the owner answered all my questions and the upgrade went off without a hitch. They did a clean job and what a difference the upgrade has made. In addition, I received three quotes and their prices were inline with the others if not slightly less. I will definitely use Austin Electric in the future.

I didnt even have them perform any work and I still give them 5 stars!I had an electrical issue and called them as they were local and had great reviews. A technician called me back promptly and helped me diagnose the issue over the phone to see if it was an issue they could resolve or if it was something more in depth that would require a certified technician for my particular appliance.It turned out I would need the certified technician. This saved me the cost of them having to come out and charge me for the visit only to tell me they couldnt fix it.The technician I spoke to over the phone was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. That type of service is rare anymore and I will definitely use them for any electrical issue moving forward!

I do not write lot of reviews but I must write for this one. Dave and team at Austin Electric provide the best customer experience as a contracting vendor. We as a customer have our fair share of bad experiences working with contractors but some time we feel lucky to get a good one. Well, Dave and his team is the one of them. Great sevice at a good price! Flexible and they really listen to customers. Very courteous and professional! Highly recommended!!

Austin Electric did a spectacular job on my parents’ home. Dave, Ryan & Zach did a great job of estimating, scheduling & answering questions from day one. The electricians (Franklin, Duncan & Daniel) did amazing, neat work fixing decades old problems and adding lots of new outlets & fixtures. The best compliment came from my Carpenter, who called the new electrical panel “a work of art”! I am so grateful for the professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff helping us get all necessary work completed quickly. I’ve already asked them to return for some add ons! Well done!

We had the Austin Electric do some extensive rewiring in our 110 year old home. They started exactly when they said they would, they finished exactly when they said they would. Everyone we met was soft spoken and a gentleman. That’s saying a lot these days. Not to mention they did an outstanding job. Dave and his team were terrific to work with. I couldnt be more satisfied as a client and I will definitely use them again in the future!I initially called them because I had a couple of halogen spotlight bulbs that stopped working and they identified an issue with the low voltage transformer. Unfortunately, that particular transformer was not one they kept on the truck so they came back a few days later to install one that would work...we all thought... Ultimately, that transformer would not work either, and due to covid-19 lockdown we had to wait a few weeks to try again. They got everything working for me last week and I will say that this is a company I would ABSOLUTELY use again. Sure, it would have been better if it all could have been resolved in one visit, but that is not the way it worked out and even though we hit a couple of small snags these folks were easy to communicate with. Showed up and called when they said they would, and they were VERY fair regarding pricing.THANK YOU!
