My husband and I recently remodeled an old home (established in 1931) in Reading MA. We hired Justen (Bates Electrical LLC) to do a full rewire, upgrade panel from 100 to 200 amps, install recessed lighting in multiple rooms, and update lights in our kitchen/bathrooms. I highly recommend using Justen Bates for your electrical needs. He was friendly and accommodating, and always eager to meet with us to answer all questions. We had additional requests throughout the process, and he was happy to add to his workload. We are thrilled with the results!

Highly recommend Bates for all of your electrical needs! We reached out for a few small fixes with our electrical panel and adding a new outlet in our basement. Justen was very knowledgeable, timely in his communications, arrived on time, and completed the work as scoped. Very friendly and professional service.
