I cannot commend Superior Solar enough. Rene exceeded our expectations and eased all of our uneasiness we had with going solar. He was responsive to all of my questions in an incredibly timely-manner. We received consults from other companies and never met face-to-face with anyone and was told it could take 6 months to go-live. Not only was the price right but the timeline blew everyone else out of the water. Rene and his team got it done in less than 3 weeks. Truly mind-boggling efficiency. We had the pleasure of meeting with Al and his team, Jose, Manny, Javier, and Val, who all have amazing work ethic and were so courteous to my family. They literally installed the panels and battery from sun up to past sundown and got it done in one day. Rene was with us every step of the way, initiating contact with our picky HOA, city permits, and fire permits. Not a single complaint can be said about these gentleman. I cannot recommend Superior Solar enough.

Our experience with Superior Solar was positive from beginning to the end. Even though the county held us up for 6 months to get a permit (we went with a ground installation) Rene stayed on top of them and kept in contact with us the entire time. When the permit was approved, Rene scheduled the crew immediately even though it meant working on a weekend. The salesman,Rene, to our surprise, was on site digging trenches and moving stepping stones so the men could start right away. The crew was knowledgeable, professional,kept a clean jobsite, and respected our property. They were delightful to work with. My experience has been nothing but exceptional!Rene has been phenomenal from start to finish! If you are looking for a solar company, Superior Solar will take care of you! This is a completely transparent and honest company that will have your best interest at hand and give you what you need. They not only have Rene but they have a phenomenal install crew. During install, Al and his crew were nothing but professional. They did not leave until they were done (25 panels), kept me informed during the whole process and cleaned up before leaving. Renee and the installers did an excellent job with installing my additional solar panels. They were professional and really cared about making sure I was satisfied. Renee even came back the following day to finish up, even though it was supposed to rain. Some of the tiles were cracked and they replaced them without even asking. Rene Torres is the best business man I have ever known. He has always been so courteous and polite throughout the years of getting his services. He has gone above and beyond for me in so many ways. He installed a new WIFI communication for me and helped fix my solar panels that were not previously working. He also took care of calling Emphase Company to order all new micro-inverters to replace the old ones.Even when I bought an EV vehicle, he helped install the car charger and sent his crew to my house the same Saturday which saved me $400.I honestly cannot thank him enough. I have had a previous experience with a dishonest merchant, and after working with Rene Torres I realized how lucky I am to have found someone who is so wonderful and so helpful.My neighbor made the best recommendation.

What can I say? The service I’ve received from Rene has been nothing but the best. From the time we started my solar project to over a year after the project was completed, he is readily available and responds to my emails or texts promptly answering my questions or concerns. He stands behind his word which is hard to find these days and I also think this is a reflection of Superior Solar overall. Rene did not give up on my not being qualified the first time and maintained contact with me until I was finally able to be qualified and approved. He even guaranteed my system would produce enough energy to have a low true up as long as I didn’t over use on electricity. After the first year, our true up was more than what I expected, so Rene took it upon himself to understand why. He quickly responded and told me my system was under producing. Long story short, the issue was resolved AND Rene refunded me almost half of my true up charge from PG&E. From my experience, I highly recommend Superior Solar and make sure you ask for Rene!

We had a great experience with Superior Solar (formerly First Alliance Energy). We met Rene Torres, our salesman, when he came to our door sometime in February 2018. We were already looking at solar and we were interested to learn more. Rene was very patient and answered all our questions. He was able to check our previous PG&E statements to make sure purchasing solar would be worth it. It clearly was for us. the process was quick and easy to get everything set up. Everytime we would contact the company we would be welcomed with great customer service. This is our second summer with the SunPower solar panels and we could not be happier with the service and the amount of power our panels have been producing. When I noticed a lower percentage capacity of power being produced i called them and they quickly came out to replace all the panels that were not functioning at 100% capacity. They also went out to my parents house, where after calculating the amount of panels and the PG&E bill, Rene found that it was not financially worth it for them to purchase the solar panels. This showed us that they are not only interested in selling panels to anyone but make sure they communicate all the benefits and downfalls to the client. I reccomend Superior Solar to my friends, family and coworkers as well as anyone who is on the market looking for solar.

Received a quote from Rene for a top of the line Sunpower system. I shopped the price to several Sunpower dealers and they all confirmed that if that price was real they could not beat it. The price was real, we have had our system for just over a year now. Sunpower gives you the highest output for the smallest footprint. I continue to stay in touch with Rene. He is always responsive with any needs.

First of all the Representative/Agent , Rene Torres is an outstanding person who went above and beyond and literally went out of his way to perform the best customer service I have ever had on any major purchase. This was a big decision to switch to solar energy because I didn’t know how it worked completely. I am so happy and satisfied that he was able to explain several times to me and for being so patient with me until I understood every step of the entire process. The solar paneling is good quality and looks cool on the roof and so does the critter guard that blends in to keep the pigeons from nesting under there. All the benefits of switching to solar energy is awesome as I am saving as well as earning back from the electric company by reading my smart meter everyday and learning how to conserve energy more and more each day.
