    Sagan did excellent job at my house. They upgraded the main panel and upgraded to 200 amp sub panel/relocating it. Completely took control with pge and the city building inspector. Completely rewired my entire house with new electrical and pulled all the old. All new lighting, outlets, switches, underneath cabinet lighting, dedicated lines, door bells, smoke dectors, etc. and brand new EV Charger. Very easy to work with. Great workers that are always on time and respectful in your house. Would highly recommend using them for your next project.

    I am GREATLY impressed with the speed and professionalism of Sagan Electric. Vasiliy responded to me almost immediately and was able to put me in touch with his field man Igor within hours of my initial request. Igor came out to my house later that afternoon for a site walk and completely understood my request and requirements to install EV Chargers and an additional receptacle for my RV. The estimate was about where I expected it to be and I gave the green light to proceed. In text message that same evening Igor said he could have his crew at my house the next day bright and early at 6am. WOW! Sure enough the truck rolls up at 6am and they get the job done. The crew was humble and very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. There was no mess left over and they took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up and put away as it was when they got there.I highly recommend Sagan Electric for any of your electrical needs if you are in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area. Communication is outstanding compared to any other contractor I have ever worked with. You wont be disappointed.This review is based entirely on my real life experience with Sagan Electric for services they performed on 7/27/23.

    Sagan Electric performed a unique, custom, commercial work for our church. They changed out all the lighting in our wedding hall and installed the LED lights across the entire wall. Additionally, wired the new monitors and changed out all the wall outlets to commercial grade. Impressive work, we are very pleased with the outcome! We absolutely recommend them for any job you may have - big or small.

    I’ve used Sagan Electric on numerous occasion. The first time was the installation of custom lights and fans in the kitchen and bedrooms. Vasiliy from Sagan Electric installed my Tesla charger and upgraded my electrical panel. My Ring security system was wired and installed by them as well. The most recent project was wiring landscape lighting and sprinkler system wires underground. Always impressive work for a great price!! Sagan Electric is my go to electrician in the Sacramento area.

    Igor and his team are very professional and prompt. I was referred to them through SMUD and they’ve provided excellent customer service. I’m new to electric vehicle so I had a lot of questions, Igor was very kind in explaining to me the process and how things would work. He broke it down so I understood the amps and how long it would take for a certain wall charger to fully charge my new Tesla. He was never pushy or expected me to go with his services, which I respected and eventually went with his company to install my electric wall charger. His team of installers were very punctual, showed up during the time we’ve scheduled and were very diligent with completing the work. Dana, their office admin, was very organized in providing me with all the paperwork and documentation, what I needed to print out and everything I had to do to get the rebates from SMUD. 100% would recommend!

    I am impressed with the professionalism, punctuality, and knowledge given by Igor from Sagan Electric.Igor showed up at my place at the prearranged time. He took a quick look at the electrical panel, gave me a few options on how the installation was going to get done, and prices, and answered my questions and concerns flawlessly.He even set up a same-day appointment with one of the technicians for the installation. While I was waiting for the electrician to come, I had the chance to interview other technicians from other companies. Some of them would tell me the installation plan, but their services were too overpriced. Some others would offer extra stuff to be installed, such as breakers, or power surges, and even offered to change the whole electrical panel to a bigger one. Based on that I was already sold on the idea that SAGAN ELECTRIC was the right choice. But wait, it got much better. Alex showed up at my door, introduced himself, and was ready to get things done. He answered some of my installation questions for future upgrades. Alex explained the installation process, labeled the new breakers, and even added a rubber bushing to a sloppy installation done by someone else. Alex has 30 years of experience as an electrician, and he really knows his stuff. What else can I say besides the expected professionalism and the fast service!! I got a discount for the job done. I would definitely use their service again and again for any major electrical projects. I definitely recommend this company and its crew for their professionalism, service, and price!!!One more thing, they had no problem taking any type of payment even checks.

    These guys were awesome 👌. When they say well be there at 4 pm on Thursday, they werent kidding. Installer was respectful, well mannered, knowledgeable and will give you information when you ask. After install, he cleaned up really good, like nothing happened. My Juicebox 32 looks clean.Dana was great, practically held my hand during all the paper work from contract signing to rebate forms and scheduling for the inspection.Price? Had 5 bids for this job, Sagan came in the cheapest. But the work done doesnt look cheap at all. Now I am thinking of upgrading my old electrical panel. Guess what? Sagan will be the guys who will be doing it.You wont regret choosing these guys.Thank you Sagan Family!!!

    Terrific experience dealing with Sagan Electric! I needed a 240A outlet installed in my garage for an EV we purchased. The person who took my initial call was responsive and professional. I was able to upload a photo of my electrical panel which they reviewed and immediately sent back an estimate for the work needed. Andrey and Adam arrived during the scheduled time frame and were friendly and quick to get to the work at hand. The outlet was installed within an hour and they completely cleaned up after the work was done. I will be calling them back for any future electrical needs and I highly recommend to others. The price was affordable and the service was excellent!

    We were is pretty desperate need of an electrical box upgrade, half house was going in and out.     I obtained multiple quotes for installation of EV charger - Sagan was in line with other quotes, but was more prompt and professional (and not as expensive as some!). When the job was apparently more difficult than anticipated due to our crawlspace, they figured it out and completed the job professionally. They also took the lead on all paperwork for submission of the SMUD EV installation rebate and were more transparent about the permitting fees than other companies. I am very happy with the entire experience and would use them again.

    I left messages for 4 different electricians to install an EV charger. Sagan was the only one to return my call. They came out the next day to give me an estimate, and Igor was very punctual. Once I received the charger I called Sagan back and talked with a real person and made my appointment for installation for the following day. Again they were very punctual and cleaned everything up. They are helping with all the paperwork for the rebate as well. Sagan is very professional, I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

    Sagan Electric did great work and at a much lower price than the other bidders we had out. They installed an EV charger in the garage, changed several lighting fixtures, added new outlets, and added a new outlet with a dedicated breaker in the garage.     Shopped around a few different vendors as I was looking to get a Level 2 charger installed for my EV. I did as much research as I could in terms of what I needed, from an electrical standpoint to equipment to logistics/paperwork for permits and rebates, but working directly with Igor and Dana from Sagan made it really easy. Igor is very knowledgeable on charger options and went the extra mile to consult with experts who advised on the best option to install to get the permit approved by the City. Dana was also very helpful on the back end, facilitating invoices and paperwork for rebates with the city and with my power company. Both were very responsive on telephone and email as well. Great experience, highly recommend!

    I found Sagan Electric from a google search. We got a couple quotes to install an EV Charger w/permits and Sagan Electric beat the other quote by several hundred. In addition, my initial request was responded to almost immediately by Igor and he was out at our house that morning for a quote on our job. He was very knowledgable and thorough with asking questions and explaining things. The timeline he provided to us was very accurate on permitting and when they could be out to complete the job. The electricians that came out were very professional and the work was very clean. Everything looks and works great!     I had a problem with a circuit breaker in an aging electric panel. On short notice, Sagan Electric staff sent a technician to my house to address the problem. I was expecting to wait a number of hours but the technician was at my house within less than an hour. He replaced the malfunctioning circuit breaker and checked to ensure those electrical appliances connected to that circuit were functioning as before, without tripping the circuit breaker. I appreciate the promptness with which the job was completed and I especially appreciate the advice the Sagan technician gave me regarding factors that I should take into account when I eventually decide to replace my aging electrical panel. I highly recommend Sagan Electric based on the thorough completion of a job, promptness in providing that service, and most importantly, their technical prowess.

LED lighting under the covering shines bright. I didn’t even know I had 3 phase hook up in my shop, this detail alone was awesome because I was able to buy a stronger air compressor.     We received quotes from three electricians for the installation of a Tesla wall charger at our home in Fair Oaks in mid-October. The first quote was so outrageous, it was laughable. The second two quotes were within $50 of each other. Vassily (owner of Sagan Electric) spent about 45 minutes to look at our service panel and the location where the new charger would be installed. He was thorough in his explanations and very patient with any questions I had. I agreed to hire Sagan Electric and am so glad I did. His installers were personable and professional. Dana (his office manager) was in constant communication and also very patient with my questions. Dana also got the required documents together and applied for our SMUD rebate. When the county inspector came to sign off the work, he said to thank the electrician for the extra work he did! Qualified licensed Electrical Contractors are not easy to find. We won’t have to look again; Sagan Electric is our “go to” electrician from now on!

    I highly recommend Sagan Electric. We called them for an urgent electrical issue and they came to our home same day. Igor then provided a written quote by the end of the day. They helped us out by switching a GFCI plug in our garage to a regular plug so that our garage fridge could be properly connected.
