    For someone who’s spent most of the past nine years renovating our fixer-upper, the choice to work with Sean at One Call Home Services was one of the easiest we’ve made. We have a unique 3,000 sqft ranch home that was built in phases starting in the 1960’s, and we knew having a central AC system installed would be anything but simple.THE OTHER GUYS: We entertained 4 other HVAC contractors before meeting with Sean. As someone who works in construction, I was disappointed to find that the other contractors were quick to complain about the challenges our home presented, and that their estimates reflected an unwillingness to think outside the box. When we proposed installing a high-velocity mini duct system to maximize our limited space, the other contractors were either inexperienced or unwilling to consider the project, instead producing estimates that were outrageously expensive (i.e. multiple full-size systems), not possible without major interior renovations/obstructions, or a combination of the two.ONE CALL HOME SERVICES: When Sean first came to our home for our initial estimate, we were immediately blown away by how far he stood above the competition. His thoughtful questioning demonstrated an immediate appreciation for our home and its unique location, as well as a genuine curiosity about finding a solution that would work for us. Sean went above and beyond to find equipment that fit our needs (we went with a Bosch inverter for the outdoor unit, and a Unico high-velocity mini duct system for the indoor air handler), collaborated with the manufacturers, and had his team attend a training to learn more about the specific systems we chose.THE REAL DEAL: This team is the perfect combination of skill/expertise, humility, and hard work. Sean and Daniel happily entertained dozens of questions from us as well as our 6-year-old, who wanted to know everything about what they were doing. They took the time to ensure the vents were placed where I wanted them in each room, ensuring maximum efficiency while maintaining the aesthetic I hoped for. Sean and Daniel were polite, communicative, hard-working, and considerate during every step of the process.BOTTOM LINE: As someone who works in the construction industry and has lots of HVAC contacts at my disposal, One Call Home Services will be my HVAC contractor, as long as they are willing to work for us. Their excellent customer service, attention to detail, and genuine interest in caring for your home will not disappoint you.

    This company went about and beyond making sure the my heater was working correctly. The technician who took my call was friendly and helpful getting me set up for a next day appointment. The technician who did the service was very professional making sure everything that was installed worked correctly be he left. This company is now going to be my go to HVAC service company.

    Sean is a great guy he stopped over after I called and checked out my ac, explained what he believed the problem to be and gave me a quote. His quote was more than half the other larger companies. I have found a trustworthy technician for all my Hvac needs. I will definitely use Sean again!

    Sean went above and beyond for us! My wife and I were purchasing a home and the heating system wasnt working at the Home Inspection. I called Sean and described what happened and he alerted me that the unit was bad. The seller of my home fired up the furnace without the proper conversion kit which ruined the unit. Fortunately we found this out before we bought the house because of Seans foresight. He saved us $2000!!! I will be recommended Sean to everyone I know!

    Sean is a very friendly and informative person. Not only did he repair my AC fan on short notice (came within 5 hours of my first call) but he showed me what he was doing every step of the way. I would most certainly call him again.

    I would highly recommend Sean and his company to anyone around! I received 7 quotes for AC installation in our house (after contacting 12 companies) and he is the ONLY one that listened to our needs and gave us a quote within our budget.Sean ordered and installed 4 brand new Mr. Cool Mini Split units. He completed this job within the timeframe he projected and did so with respect of our home.He and his team always made sure to pick/clean up and wear booties on their shoes... which is sincerely appreciated since we have two children under 4 years old. We did not have to ask this of them, they simply did it.We had some issues with one of our mini split units at first and he dealt with everything super quickly and never requested the remaining payment from us until the job was fully completed.Its been over 4 weeks now and the Mr. Cool Mini Splits are working AMAZING.     Extremely pleased with Sean and One Call Home Service. I have a 120 year old house and Sean was able to install central ac (condenser and coil) along with new return and service ductwork for a great price and finished the entire job in about 8hrs. He was extremely courteous and left my house clean when he finished. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. I highly recommend this team for your HVAC needs.

    Sean was very responsive to my water heater issue. Replaced it on Labor Day and helped me take the old water heater back to Home Depot. He went above and beyond and would recommend him for every project
