Jaws replaced our water softener back in March. I called many plumbers and Jaws was the easiest and to the point. Gave options but didnt push us to do extra like other places did as its an expensive fix to begin with. No issues since and grateful they came quickly to ensure our appliances didnt start failing! First time using JAWS and they will always be my first call for plumbing issues. Jeff answered the phone and immediately got me on the schedule (same day!) and told me what to expect. Jeff @ Jaws was great. Its kinda funny as I saw the Jaws truck a street over and I had this leak. When I called him, he said he would be right over. Jeff and his assistant were awesome. Very clean, took shoes off, laid down tarp and cleaned up when job was completed.I totally recommend Jaws.

I called 2 plumbers based on some other recommendations who never even returned a phone call. Jaws responded immediately and managed to work with my schedule for an almost immediate appointment. They arrived at the appointment early and ready to go with clear communication through text updates as well. And more important than anything, they were super pleasant and very nice to deal with.

JAWS Plumbing is excellent. We first had Jeff here several months ago to assess a leak we had in our family room ceiling. He was able to quickly figure out the problem, made the repair, and we havent had any problems with it since. About two months ago, we were having a problem with our water heater. Jeff was able to troubleshoot with us over the phone and even sent a video that was husband was able to follow. No problems since with our water heater! Recently, we had a problem with our downstairs toilet. Dave came by and replaced the broken piece but then realized it was not a proper fit. He came back at 9 AM the next morning, installed a properly-sized piece, and now everything is working beautifully. JAWS is knowledgeable, prompt, reasonably-priced, and all employees are very nice. We wouldnt use anybody else for our plumbing needs!

Couldnt be happier with the service. We got a call back same day as we called, a quote within a few days and scheduled within the month. Jeff said to call with questions of we had them (and of course we did) and he always got back to us right away. He is reasonably priced and works efficiently and neatly. Jeff and his team were excellent. They finished a water-driven backup sump pump and a water softener in half a day and we were very pleased. Very responsive and did a nice job of explaining the system to us. You can tell that Jeff takes great pride in his work!

Unfortunately for me, I have had the pleasure of having Jeff out to my house on two separate occasions. First time was a few months ago for a pipe leak and replacement of my hot water heater and again just recently to replace the septic pump in my basement. On both occasions Jeff and his partner did an awesome job. The replacements were made quick, clean and at a fair price. If you need any plumbing work, Jeff and JAWS is your call.

I hired jaws plumbing to install a hot water heater and water softener at my house and I must say I am so glad I met Jeff and his company. Jeff and his helper did a awesome job. They were respectful, clean and do quality work. As I construction warranty manager I wish jaws did new construction. I will definitely be using Jaws for all my plumbing needs in the future. Horizon was a no show for two days. Saw the van drive by my house and remembered I saw an advertisement in the Penny Power. Checked for reviews online and all were stellar. Called the number and left a message. Got a call back 10 mins later. Jeff said he was eating dinner and that he would be over within the hour. He arrived in a little under 45 mins. Jeff was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. He went to work right away and was finished the job in under a half hour. Quality of work was very professional and the price was more than fair for service after 6pm. This is the first plumbing work Ive needed in the house since I purchased it. I now have a well qualified, go to plumber for many years to come. Dont waste your time waiting around. Go right to the best and call JAWS plumbing LLC.

They are professional, came in and knew what parts were needed for my tub drain and wrote up the invoice , the parts were in within the week and made appointment for them to come back and install the parts .
